Not to mention, this rental also includes dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico and quick access to the beach! This allows guests to savor their time along the Coast and soak up hours of the beautiful Florida sunshine.

Start unpacking into this three-story vacation rental and discover stunning, coastal décor throughout. Discover a bonus seating area on the ground floor, a well-kept patio, and the living room on the first floor. Each of these areas provides the perfect spot to unwind after a long day in the sun. Choose from your favorite shows and movies on the Smart TV in the living room or enjoy the warm weather by sitting outside. Consider preparing a coastal-inspired appetizer in your fully equipped kitchen to be enjoyed outdoors. The kitchen can be found on the second floor and is finished with every appliance and utensil you may need for your stay. Find another outdoor seating area on the second-floor balcony showcasing undisturbed views of the beach. The third bedroom is located on the second floor, whereas the master and second bedroom are on the third floor. Good location on the beach. Dirty towels and wash rags from previous tenants left in bath floor. Bathtubs very dirty. Had to finish their laundry and clean up tubs before use. Great place if only cleaner.

A little slice of paradise

We loved the location! Wonderful views of gulf- perfect for walking and enjoying the beach! Perdido Key is a great area for hiking, biking, eating fresh fish and relaxing! We had perfect weather this year!

Wonderful stay at The Dory!

We loved this townhouse! It was nice to just walk out of the house and onto the beach. House was clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room for the 5 of us, plus some. Would stay here again!!

Great location

This was a great location steps from the beach and not far from a lot of restaurants and shops. Our favorite part was the private beach that is blocked off just for the residents of this complex. We didn’t have to compete with the condo complex next door for beach space.

Great stay at the Dory

We love staying at the Dory townhouses. Our family had a great time! We loved sitting on all the balconies and playing games down in the screened porch area. It’s a quick easy walk down to the beach. Even though all the townhouses were full you didn’t hear the other people unless you were all outside! slept great with comfortable beds! Be aware that they have limited toiletries( they provide a bar of soap per bathroom and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom with no shampoo, conditioner, etc…)( or a hair dryer) so make sure to bring your own.

Wonderful

Everything was perfect the only thing I had a complaint about is check out being so early otherwise the location and place were great for our group 😊 one other thing I would suggest is if you have small children bring a baby gate my 1 year old saw the stairs as a personal challenge 😂

Good location and good view and accessibility of management. The kitchen needs some upgrades to cooking pans and a couple of roaches (bugs) were found in the kitchen area.

Breakfast with the dolphins! Steps to the beach! BEAUTIFUL views!!

This place was exactly as pictured and very clean. We LOVED being directly on the beach. The balconies offered beautiful views including dolphins swimming every morning. We fished from shore and caught pompano and whiting (March 2023). Swiming and shelling were also great. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Big place with plenty of room to spread out and/or come together. It was nice having a washer, dryer, and full kitchen with a dishwasher as well as all the kitchen utensils you'd need. Kids enjoyed having televisions in their rooms even though we didn't use them much. Handy location for other activities as well such as shopping, restaurants, state park, etc. We contacted property manager because on of the doorknobs wasn't working correctly. They responded via text quickly and were also there to fix it within an hour. Very impressed! We will book with Southern again!

Not Great..

Pros- great location, beach wasn’t busy and it was definitely less people in front of the units. The bunk room was nice and newer looking furniture. Had pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen. Nice TVs. The location was good!Cons- arriving to the property, we had problems with the door code not being ready for us and had to call and wait for them to get it. The garage door didn’t work. As soon as we walked into the unit the mildew smell was so strong everywhere. (When we arrived home our clothes acually smelled like it) I’m sure it is bc there is so much carpet and rugs. The couches were in not good condition(I ended up laying sheets on them). The upstairs master bed was terrible. Very hard and sunk in, in the middle. The bathroom up stairs drain was stopped up and drained very slow, it also the drain wouldn’t go down to be able to take a bath. Halfway through our stay the door code stopped working again so we had to go around the building and go through the back. The walls were super thin and we could hear the people next to us pretty good! We ended up leaving a day early. :(Overall we would not stay here again. I don’t think it was worth at all what we paid.
