This is our second home so we are staying in it frequently. As such it has all the amenities and lots of love and care! This is a beautiful first floor condo with water views from both the front (Lagoon) and back (Caribbean) porches. It is a comfortable home fully equipped with all you need to have a wonderful vacation. Steps away from your front door is a beautiful pool with it's own small beach and hot tub. There are 2 docks and one overlooks the Caribbean sea and has nice lounge chairs. Climb to the widows walk and see splendid views of the sea and lagoon. Sunset Pointe is an exclusive 12 condo community and its amenities are for use only by guests. You will be greeted by our caretaker and she will assist you in any way possible. She is on site 24/7.

The condo has 2 bikes, 2 kayaks, snorkel gear, grill on private patio.

Bring your poles, there is great fishing right from the docks.

The handcrafted French mahogany doors open onto spacious furnished patio decks off all rooms. Our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom include fully outfitted mahogany/granite kitchens, laundry facilities, and all the luxury of home. Our water is rain forest refreshing and safe to drink right out of the taps. For your comfort, the unit has flat screen TV, Internet, cable TV, air conditioning, and 7-ceiling fans for your ultimate comfort.

Enjoy the exquisitely designed grounds or take a refreshing dip in the pool. One of my guest's favorites is a late evening hot tub with champagne under the full moon. Be captivated by the unforgettable sunsets. Our property has a shared boathouse, 75-foot dock and private boat slips. After a day of fishing share stories at our fabulous, group BBQ courtyard. With only twelve owners, we all take pride in the creation of our elite community, with a perfect location only a 10-minute walk to down town Placencia. 22-miles of beach for you to explore. Kayak around the canals...Lots to do and experience.

Loved the location. My family lives to fish, so being able to walk out on the dock and cast a line was a big deal. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. We didn’t plan ahead for a golf cart, next time we will for further exploring. But the bicycles were awesome. We used them almost every day to get into town & it worked just fine. Fishing guides picked us up right at the condo on the canal. Quiet and low key neighborhood suited us just right.

Very nice place and location

Awesome condo with perfect pool for cooling off. We used the bikes to ride to town and the kayaks to enjoy the canal. Placencia is a great town and this is a great location to enjoy the area

Sweetest Spot Ever!

Amazing location -- on a quiet peninsula, but within a short walk from the action on the main beach. Check-in and out was a breeze, the onsite attendants were lovely and attentive and set us up with the best tour guides in town. I have no negatives. Was fully wonderful!

Great place to stay

The condo is perfectly placed near water. It is on a canal just feet to the entrance to the bay. Also a plus is that it is only a few short blocks to town which has most of what you might need. Watch out for the mosquitoes thought😎

Fantastic Stay

This condo was fantastic. Ran into some neighbors and they were so friendly and helpful. Property was simply fantastic and location for sunset wine viewing was so peaceful and just what the doctor ordered. Condo is super well appointed and comfortable. Highly recommend bug spray as we both were eaten alive, but it was worth it. Will totally stay again!

Perfect getaway

This property is amazing, it’s secluded, yet close enough to town. The sounds waking up in the morning sound like you’re in the jungle. The sunset views from the dock, and the sunrise views from second dock are amazing. Be sure and open up all the doors to enjoy the amazing cross breeze on those windy days! Staff is very attentive, host is quick to respond to any requests. We are already planning our return visit!

Sunset Point is perfect place for Placencia

Loved the condo and layout and terraces. Access to owner bikes and kayaks is a plus. Wi fi is weak often if you are a working nomad, but we certainly managed. The views from all windows are sublime. I never imagined it would be so perfect for us! I so very much enjoyed this spot in beautiful Belize. Thank you!!

Concdo #10 was beautiful and well equipped. Mary was a great help and very responsive. We had a small issue with the lock on the kayaks which she was very helpful. We love Sunset Pointe and will definitely return.

Lovely stay at Sunset Pointe

Our family stayed 3 nights . We had our 11 and 13 year old boys with us. This condo is located in a wonderful area at the end of the Placencia peninsula. The condo was very comfortable and supplied with everything needed. There is ample outdoor lounge space and the views are great. The 2 bikes were a wonderful perk for getting around. The boys caught many fish off the dock! We can't recommend this property enough. Our only regret is not staying longer. We had great communication with Tracey and she and Bruce can help with any questions you may have about the area. Thank you Tracey and Bruce!

Great place. Any issues were quickly resolved. Enjoyed the walk to town. Snorkeling with turtles, nurse sharks and rays by silk cayes. Finished with xip line. Recommend fishing boats 32ft and up to avoid rough ride in choppy waters. Dint forget to ask guide to bring live bait. Thanjs Sharene

Beautiful, well kept property not too far off the beaten path.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunset Pointe! From Francisco’s helpfulness to friendly neighbors who told us where we could go to watch for manatee, the people were fantastic. The unit itself was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and even some staples for cooking. Bedrooms were beautiful with comfy beds. We loved having the doors open with the screens pulled across for most of the day to let the breeze through. We are every meal outdoors on the porch where we could enjoy the scenery. Loved our experience and grateful to have stayed at such a wonderful place!

Beautiful location, amazing accommodations

I’ve been visiting Placencia since 2013 and have stayed at Sunset Pointe several times. The location is ideal. You can easily walk into the village, as well as, enjoy the tranquility of the water. The accommodations are awesome. Modern, well decorated and very comfortable. There is a caretaker on site if you need anything. So much to do. Snorkeling, fishing and many tours to choose from. Alfred is the best guide! A huge thank you to Mary, the owner. She made the whole rental process easy and did so much to help us prepare for our visit. We will be back!

Pardise Found!!!

Just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful sailing trip and the stay in your beautiful condo in Placencia just topped it off! We thoroughly enjoyed the walks into the village and meeting and talking with the friendly people. After getting our "land legs" back from sailing we set up a tour with Francisco. I was a little reluctant to go on "a tour" but it ended up being one of the highlights of our vacation! We visited a banana plantation, had breakfast at Rosa's, explored Mayan ruins, then hiked up to a cave through some of the most beautiful rain forest I've ever seen. One of our most memorable experiences was jumping into refreshingly cool water and swimming into the heart of a cave! That rated right up there with kayaking into the Biolumenescent Bay in Puerto Rico. Thank you and your friends for making our stay so enjoyable! I felt like I was staying at a friends home. . .

Great convenient Condo

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your condo in Placencia! The condo was very comfortable, A/C was fantastic, kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed, very happy to find a safe in the master bedroom. The fans on the outdoor patios allowed comfortable eating during the very humid days. We enjoyed the crows nest on the roof for our morning coffee and in the later afternoons the saltwater pool and hot tub. Francisco, the caretaker of the complex was readily available throughout our stay. He helped arrange our private fishing/snorkel trip with Afred, which was amazing, the best one we've ever been on! He did do a quick fix for the master shower head during our stay which was very appreciated. Mary provided a lot of helpful information prior to our arrival, especially the info that the pharmacy had some super strength steroid cream to help with my very itchy bug bites! We would definitely recommend staying here.

BEAUTIFUL PLACENCIA IN BELIZE IN THE MOST BEAUTIFUL CONDO ON THE PENISULA

We were fortunate to find Sunset Pointe in Placencia. We by far had the most beautiful condo there. The place was decorated in the most pleasing way. the front patio was so relaxing with a deluxe patio set, lounger and amazing views to the lagoon. Out the back deck was a gorgeous view of the ocean. I loved that it was on the 1st floor, it made it so assesable. Sharene is just the best. She is very detailed oriented. She had a huge binder with all kind of information and places to shop, eat and do. Alfred took us out on our outings. We went fishing with him and he got 5 lobsters while we got a grouper, baracuda, snapper and mackeral. He cooked our lunch with our catch. WOW Francisco, the caretaker of Sunset Pointe was very helpful and kind. What an amazing time we had in paradise. The pool and hot tub were increible. This is a DO NOT MIss place. Great Property in a Lovely Location!

We recently spent five days at this lovely condo. The owner had excellent communication skills and the booking and check-in process went very smoothly. The property was exceptionally clean, and it was great having views of both the ocean and the canal. And we enjoyed heading to the roof-top palapa for the nice breeze and 360 degree view. I highly recommend this property, and if I return to Placencia I'll definitely stay here again.

Overall nice

It was good, the only thing I thought was very weird, was that if you used more than 1 1/2 rolls of alloted toilet paper, you had to buy your own. We were there 3 nights. It's not enough. We rent our home and have an unlimited supply for guests.

Lots of amenities

We had a very comfortable stay with my husband, mother, and tiny dogs. The property has lots of great amenities (bikes, kayaks) and the pool is especially beautiful and we had it all to ourselves! Walking distance to the main village. The condo is very well furnished, and stocked with everything you would need (beach towels). The sunset views from one of the two large balconies were amazing. Would recommend to others.

Close enough but not too far!

Close enough to town to walk (5 min) but this property is at the end of the road, off the beaten track for quiet and privacy. We stayed here for 3 nights prior to a sailing trip - excellent space, lovely amenities… AC and pool enjoyed by all. Great to have access to W/D to clean our clothes prior to heading out off the grid. Lovely beach and lagoon access. The bikes and kayaks were well used and greatly appreciated. Amazing Beach Front Property

I needed to change my stay in Placencia quickly and Tracy was on the spot with getting me setup. It was amazing! The property has all the amenities that you would need and they are all high quality. From the Beds, bathrooms, kitchen, washer/dryer, TV, Wifi, front deck, back deck, literally everything was top notch! It was such a perfect location to stay with being on the point and having water on both sides of you. The views were spectacular on both sides and when you want to go up on top of the roof. You feel safe and secure there with no negative issues. I rented a golf cart for my stay for ease of access to the town, as it would be a pretty good walk to get to the stores, but that was part of the fun for me. (Captain Jaks is where I got my cart and they deliver) Overall if you are looking for a high quality stay and experience in Placencia, look no further. Lagoon house has you covered!

Great place with everything you need!

Great place to stay and close to everything. We dived with Seahorse Dive shop and it took us 5 minutes to drive there. The unit had everything you needed to cook and prepare your meals. The local caretaker helped with all our needs and questions. We will stay again.

Excellent Condo

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to town. The property and the condo were very well maintained with friendly residents. The pool is clean and well maintained. The on-site property manager can hook you up with a local guide to do just about any thing you want. The condo sleeps 4 comfortably and the beds were clean and comfortable. There is also a pull out couch which we did not use, so I guess it could sleep 6. We cooked several meals and all the necessary appliances are in the kitchen. The owners were very helpful through out the entire rental process. We would definitely go back.

We love spending time in Belize. It's a place we can unplug, unwind and re charge the soul. Our permanent home is in Oregon, so we enjoy getting away to Belize in the winter to escape the snow! This is our home away from home and we want you to enjoy it as much as we do.

Our resort is for a fortunate few who like to take in the beautiful, but less-traveled road. The complex is private, safe and close to the action in town. Belize is a great country with wonderfully friendly people and English-speaking for everyone’s ease of travel. You can spend US cash anywhere. All our unit owners are fantastic people to meet and vacation with at Sunset Pointe. We are run by our private Strata Home Owners Association (HOA). We often describe Belize to people as; “the same as Hawaii was in the 1940's, except with cell phones”. There are NO Chain Stores, No Box Stores, so it’s perfect if you want to be away from the Madness!!!!
Fantastic is all we can tell you! There is NO getting sick on the water or food like many people do in most other Central American Countries. There is Great drinking water in Placencia, yes right out of the taps! Adventures are yours in this part of the world and you will meet tons of very interesting people along the way. Both local and international and very multi-cultural.

The Sunset Pointe property is very private, safe and not commercially run. It's located in a quaint fishing village at the tip of a 22-mile peninsula. Placencia Village is only a 10-minute walk from Sunset Pointe. In the distance lies the second largest living reef in the world and many islands with everything from cruise ports to cool restaurants.
