Parking:
Limited parking on site at no charge, one vehicle per unit and overflow lot for RV and trailer. RV and trailer not permitted to park in main parking area.
Deposit required:
Upon check-in, each reservation requires a major credit card for a $100 Pre-Authorization. Cash is not accepted.
Construction:
Cibola Vista will be undergoing interior renovations Summer 2021. Phase 3a (Buildings 9&11) will be from 06/13 through 08/01. Phase 1 (Buildings 1-4) will be from 07/11 through 09/16. Available inventory will be utilized until out of order per the takedown schedule. Trades will conduct work from 8a - 6p, 6 days per week, excluding Sundays. Resort management expects some minor inconveniences for Owners, including reduced parking around work areas, dust & debris, and minor noise issues.
Other notes:
Visitors must be at least 48" tall to ride the water slide on property.
