The house on the barrier island is perfectly placed with the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the crystal clear lagoon of the Carribbean Sea on the other. This unique 4 bedroom house with exterior corridors comes with all the non motorized water sports and beach comforts you will need for a Sun & Sand getaway.

The House comes with all the amenities needed for a perfect Caribbean Island getaway, including Over Water Swing, Kayak, Paddle Boards, Snorkel Gear, Hiking Trails and Day Beds and when you are not enjoying being in the water, you can dream the day away on our wonder 360’ viewing area known simply as the “upper deck”. Morning Coffee watching the Sun Rise or Evening Cocktails watching the Sun Set come with some amazing views of this beautiful destination.

about this modern home that has been completely renovated in 2021 and has all the conveniences you would want for a perfect stay in Paradise.
⋅ 4 bed / 4 en-suite bath/ exterior corridors home with all of the linens and toiletries needed with direct access to the outdoors.
⋅ A new modern, fully equipped Kitchen, a Screen Porch and a large Barbecue outside of the Screen porch. Please note: kitchen/porch is separate with doors opening up to the outdoors.
⋅ Air Conditioning, WIFI, T.V.
⋅ Outdoor shower, Day Bed, Hammocks, Beach Chairs and even an over-water Swing.
⋅ Concierge Service to assist with all excursions, dinner reservations and on island needs.

Besides the amazing views of Stocking Island, Exuma has 365 islands and cays (one for each day of the year) surrounded by the most stunning blue waters you have ever seen and crystal clear when you're wading or swimming in it. This is the Bahamas and the beaches are some of the finest in the world. If you are coming to relax and enjoy the sun & sand or looking for water activities like Swimming, Snorkeling, Scuba Diving, Hiking, Paddle boarding or even Fishing, then you are coming to the perfect place.
Our guests would have access to the "on the hour" boat shuttle from the Peace and Plenty Resort, back to the mainland, which is available every hour until 7PM. Boat Rental services are located in George Town and they have a variety of smaller sized boats.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund of the deposit if reservations are canceled at least 60 days prior to your arrival date.
EXCEPTION:
For the Holiday rate period, 100% refund of deposit if reservations are canceled at least 90 days prior to your arrival.
