Experience the tranquility of island life with this four bedroom home. This modern beach house is located on a bluff where the beach meets a rocky shore, providing spectacular views and direct beach access. From the moment you enter The Reef House you will be mesmerized by the views of the Exuma blue water and enchanting cays in the distance. The organic interior, comfortable living spaces, and outstanding amenities—including a pool, hot tub, and three outdoor showers—create the ideal vacation rental for families, groups of friends, and destination wedding guests. Every bedroom enjoys awesome ocean views! With it's open-floor plan, The Reef House is perfect for entertaining or relaxing when you need a break from all the fun and sun Exuma has to offer. Kayaks and paddleboards included to explore the scenic surroundings.

Property Managers will meet you at airport upon arrival and escort you back to house, stopping for provisions along way if interested.

Fly into Georgetown, Bahamas airport (GGT), 40 min drive to house.

Minimum stay: 5 nights except stays which include US holidays where a 7 night minimum is required. Stays including Christmas Eve/Day have a 10 night minimum.
Complimentary mid-stay light cleaning for stays of 8+ nights.

Beautiful property! The owners have thought of everything to make the stay relaxing. So glad we took advantage of getting our groceries picked up in advance. The dinner at Blu was incredible. Kayaking out to the islands was the highlight of our stay.

A Perfect Stay

The Reef House is truly outstanding! It has the prime position on this gorgeous, secluded beach with cooling trade winds that keep the pool deck area bug-free and perfect for afternoon naps. It earned every bit of the 5-star rating from the view, to the airport escort, to the quality of the house itself. Best house on the beach easily.

What a Great House!

We have rented several homes over the years, and this one was the best so far. It was absolutely perfect. It started with the great communication from Cathy and Rick, quickly responding to every question we had.Next came the team of Tina and Theo to take care of us once we got there. Tina met us at the airport and escorted us to the house, allowing us to pick up groceries and alcohol along the way. Then she gave us an excellent tour of the house. We had a little problem with the pool, but Theo was there quickly and took care of it. There were a couple short power outages, and it was great to have a generator to keep the AC on while all the other houses were dark.The location is incredible. So many shades of blue! The pool was great, the ocean was great, and the house was in excellent condition. Not only that, but it is filled with beautiful art and high quality furnishings and fixtures. This continued to the outdoor spaces as well. It had everything we needed for our DIY vacation.It is not close to George Town or anything else, which is exactly what we wanted. There was a handy convenience store (E & E) literally 200 steps away that has most of the staples you might need. No perishable foods, but canned foods and lots of toiletries and other supplies. Santanna's is just down the road for a good island meal and drinks, as well as Mom's Bakery next door.Thanks Rick and Cathy, for sharing your beautiful home with us! We hope to be back soon!

Perfect house for our family

The house was amazing and the view was better. Private beach and pool were perfect for our family. House was well equipped for cooking and beach activities. The WIFI was down during our stay that was an inconvenience. Highly recommend

Amazing Time

We stayed at this property for our wedding week in the Bahamas. This home is more beautiful than advertised. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. The week was just perfect and you never need to leave the beach or house. Obviously the island is gorgeous and you should explore but you would have an amazing time not doing so as well. We hope to be back in the future and will absolutely consider staying here again.

House on a Hill

Perfect layout for four couples! Ocean view in every room! Been to numerous vrbo's on numerous islands. Family says this was the best! Rented boat, went to Tropic of Cancer beach, ate at Santanas! Property manager stocked with food and liquor so enjoyed on arrival! Thanks Tina. See you next time!

Amazing Vacation!

My family of four had an amazing time at this luxurious, clean, and tranquil home over Christmas! Both Tina and Theo are absolutely amazing and made us feel so safe and comfortable the entire time. We took an excursion through Theo, and it was absolutely incredible! The beach access, pool, and ocean view from the living room made for an unforgettable experience! The Bahamian people are also are so kind and welcoming! As a family who travels a lot, this was by far our favorite spot! We WILL be back!

Absolutely Stunning

The Reefhouse in Exuma was even prettier than the pictures, if that could be possible. We woke up every morning and could not even believe the views. We visited for Thanksgiving and had a couple of days of very windy, overcast weather and enjoyed just sitting in the living area looking at the exquisite view. The house accommodated our family of 8 very well. It was very well equipt with everything we needed and then some. Would highly recommend. Great for up to four couples or comfortably a family of 8.

Fantastic Time At The Reef House

The Reef House was perfect we all had a fabulous time. The house looks exactly how it looks online if not even better. The views are amazing. We took advantage of pool, hot tub and of course the great beach. It was quite windy so we didn’t venture out on the kayaks but would love to have had the opportunity. Fantastic time! Thanks so much.

Absolute Perfection

We celebrated my 50th birthday at the Reef House and it was absolutely perfect. From Tina meeting us at the airport to her making our reservations and more, the property and service exceed all expectations. The house is absolutely beautiful and the beach is quiet and secluded. We have traveled to this island nearly 20 times and this was our best stay yet. I cannot wait to return!

Absolutely beautiful

The house was better than the pictures! Every room has an ocean view with its own bathroom. It has 2 master bedrooms with worked perfectly for our group. The beach access CANNOT be beat. You are literally steps to the most inviting ocean. Each room has its own air conditioning which was very much appreciated. The trio is basically the house and the view! It’s best to buy your own food, the food at the restaurants is expensive and not that good so buy your own food. They have everything you need to cook at home. The property is very well maintained. Totally worth it.

Family Vaca!!

This property and experience exceeded every expectation we had! Property management was super informative and helpful in every way. House was beyond beautiful and perfect for our group. Any issue was resolved and handled immediately! Cannot say enough good about the whole vacation. We loved every minute and hope to come back soon!
