Summary:

Welcome to Kasa Kanab! This cozy, modern townhome is located in the El Pueblo community in Kanab, Utah. Centrally located to Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon, the Grand Canyon, and the Coral Pink Sand Dunes, this home boasts warm, inviting décor, numerous amenities, a fully stocked kitchen & laundry room, and is a comfortable space for up to 8 guests (7 beds and 1 air mattress). You'll also enjoy full access to the community's seasonal pool, spa, and exercise room. So, bring your family, friends and pets and come visit!



The Space:

Sparking clean and tailored for your comfort! Kasa Kanab is a spacious townhouse near downtown, local hiking trails and more. You'll find it to be a terrific place to base yourself out of while visiting southern Utah.



This property is a pet friendly property and does require a $50 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friends. Pet Policy: Pets are NOT allowed to be unattended in the home at any time, please understand and respect our policy.



All bedrooms and one bathroom are located upstairs, the other bathroom is downstairs.



Master Bedroom - King bed, TV, chair, closet, private balcony that overlooks the pool area.



Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, TV, closet.



Bedroom 3 - Queen bed, TV, closet.



Extra twin inflatable mattress.



A full Jack & Jill bathroom is located upstairs with 2 separate vanity/sink areas, shower/tub combo with complimentary body wash, shampoo & conditioner.



Living Room - Spacious with a 42" Smart TV that you can access Netflix or Amazon Video, comfy reclining couches, gas fireplace, coffee table.



Kitchen - Fully equipped so you can cook up your favorite meals, counter seating for 2, dining table with seating for 6. Equipped with a blender, toaster, baking sheet, cookie sheets, pots, pans, hand mixer, and griddle.



Patio - Out back, propane grill so you can enjoy BBQs, seating & small table.



Guest Access:

Keypad lock to open the door. We will send you a private lock code prior to your reservation. You'll have full access to the townhome and the HOA facilities including the gym, seasonal hot tub, and pool. The pool and hot tub typically open for Spring Break (usually the last week of March) and close on October 1st. Spring Break is an estimate because weather must be over 70 degrees for 3 consecutive days before the pool can open.



Please make sure to put the pool key back in its original place once you are done using it. If you lose the pool key it is a $250 fee to replace it.



Vehicles must be parked in lined spaces and within those lines. Several complaints have been received that vehicles are occupying two or more stalls, parking is occurring in undesignated areas (areas that are not lined for parking stalls), etc. We ask that guests and residents park in the designated spaces properly to allow parking for everyone. Zip's Towing will be tagging vehicles that are parked inappropriately for possible towing if the parking violation is not corrected in a timely manner. Thank you for your cooperation!



The Neighborhood:

Kasa Kanab L6 is located in Kanab's beautiful neighborhood, El Pueblo. El Pueblo offers a lot for the family. As mentioned, there's a community gym, pool and hot tub. It is very important to read and follow all the rules for your family's safety. Failure to do so could result in a revocation of clubhouse privileges. Please be respectful.



Note: Most GPS Systems will not take you to the correct address. Please search on "El Pueblo Townhomes" in Kanab, UT.



There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops. We love some of the local tour companies; they can make your travel time far more productive and enjoyable. Many of them even offer early morning pick-ups from Kanab.



Equestrian and biking trails are also available.



Getting Around:

This home is near downtown and has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon.



Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.



Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date.
