Maui Ka’anapali Villas is situated on 11 acres of beautiful ocean and beachfront property, lushly landscaped, exotic tropical gardens with breathtaking views of the islands of Lanai and Molokai.

Resort amenities include Castaways Restaurant, 2 tropical pools, complete with umbrellas and Jacuzzi, a kid’s pool and BBQ grills. Resort also features shuffleboard, small fitness center, a laundry facility, an on-site activity beach shack for kayaking, snorkeling, sailing, canoeing, stand up paddle and cabana rentals.

Activities to do off the resort are 2.8 mile Kaanapali Beachwalk, a spectacular Oceanside trail connecting all of the Kaanapali beach resorts and restaurants, 4 nearby Championship Golf Courses, Tennis at Royal Lahaina Tennis, snorkel or swim at Black Rock or Honolua Bay. Fantastic Shopping and fine restaurants are minutes away at Whalers Village.

Unit was very clean. Proximity to beach is great. Views from outdoor terrace picturesque. Beds extremely comfortable. Kitchen well-stocked. Appreciated beach chairs, etc. that were provided. Laundry facility on property is directly behind the building, so it is closeby if you need it. Carpets showing lots of wear, some deck furniture ripped in several places. Light in refrigerator didn't work from day 1. We also had ants in the kitchen and bathroom. When we contacted property management , they said 'ants are part of life on Maui despite our best efforts, and we didn't want to replace lightbulb in refrigerator because it would have taken an hour and didn't want to disturb you." Suggest placing small ant traps/bait under the sink or in some cabinets for future guests. Additionally, we had baby spiders in the second bedroom bed and on curtain in that room multiple days. There is a mousetrap under the kitchen sink, couldn't hurt to add additional preventative measures for other insects/pests.Thank you!

Accurate listing

Loved the rooftop patio. That was the reason we booked it. The pictures are accurate. The kitchen was really nice and the bathrooms were clean and updated.

Amazing Maui Penthouse

Awesome location. All the beach chairs umbrellas toys snorkeling gear boogie boards you could ever need. They provide beach towels daily at front desk. So you don't need to bring anything for beach. Location is beautiful. Sunsets from balcony are beautiful. Well equipped kitchen and lots of Tupperware and cooking equipment. The grills on property and gym is fantastic. This is a wonderful property thank you for sharing it with us. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful property

This property looks just like the pictures. It is a beautiful unit. It is clean and well taken care of. The outdoor space was amazing. We easily had room for five adults. We would stay here again!

Absolutely fantastic property . Womderfule Sunsets . love everything about the property, especially the deck. The castaway Café is a hidden gem with greT food , staff an fantastic bar, beach and entire staff awesome !

Great place, with a terrific view!

A newly renovated home with all necessary amenities, along with a large private lanai with incredible views. We enjoyed our stay here and an added bonus was the beach which felt private. Only downside was the sound of vehicles from the nearby roadway. Would definitely stay here again!

Spectacular condo

We’ve been staying at MKV 1-2 times a year, it’s got a great low key vibe and is a wonderful location. Our rooms are ways very nice, and this one did not disappoint. The nicest condo we have ever stayed in. The furnishings, bedding supplies were all top notch! While we didn’t use the beach toys except pool noodles, they had a cupboard full of anything a family could want - including a wagon to haul it! The linens and furniture were all exceptionally clean. Thank you too for check out at 11 instead of 10. It’s a long wait until that 9:00 p.m. flight.

We loved our stay at this penthouse! A beautifully decorated, comfortable place. We wish we’d have realized the washer and dryer were not inside the place before our trip, but we made do. We had a great time in Maui! Thank you!

Thank you so much for your review of our home and honest feedback. We wish so much we could provide an in home washer and dryer for our guest usage, however the HOA does not allow washers and dryers inside the home. There is however a laundry facility conveniently located on the resort grounds and our guests are welcome to utilize those services. As always we are forever grateful for our guests and their choice to stay in our home.

Great beach penthouse

Incredible place. Only negative would have loved an in unit washer/ dryer. They have an on property laundry facility but based on the pricing felt like an in unit place would have been better.

We loved having Shannon as a guest in our home. If our resort decides to allow an in unit washer and dryer, we will totally provide that for our guest. In the meantime, the resort does provide a washer and dryer facility.

Penthouse was perfectly located to the family’s choice. Clean and very accommodating. Facility’s overall amenities were completely meeting our needs. Very satisfied of the place. One suggestion is to install an exhaust system in the kitchen to help vent out the cooking air/smoke. We’ll definitely recommend this place to friends.

The perfect condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were a family of 4 with kids aged 6 and 8 with a set of grandparents. The condo was very clean and well appointed with a perfectly stocked kitchen. The unit was extremely clean and exactly as depicted in the pictures. We loved the beach chair and umbrellas. The resort has a great pool and a beautiful beach. We also really enjoyed the restaurant on site! I would highly recommend this property.

This newly decorated condo is SPECTACULAR!! Look no farther! We loved everything about it!

Our family had an amazing vacation in this fabulous home! Top of the line furnishings, comfortable and BEAUTIFULLY decorated! And the huge top floor lanai has such an incredible view of the mountains and the ocean and is fully finished. We have stayed all over the world and we all agreed this has been our favorite home. We did not want to leave. Dan and Christine the owners, could not have been anymore hospitable and accommodating. We will be back! Truly a taste of Maui Aloha Spirit! Thank you Dan and Christine for your warmth and personal touches in creating this elegant space for many to enjoy!

Love MKV!

I have stayed at MKV many times. My parents used to own a place there so I'm very familiar with it. When booking the penthouse, I thought it was the unit facing the ocean. This penthouse balcony faces the Westin property and is close to the road so it can be quite loud. Dyson fans in each room help drown out the noise from outside. The balcony and unit do have a beautiful view of the ocean. The unit was spacious, but a little awkward with the galley kitchen. Great supply of glasses, plates, pots, pans, etc for cooking. Plenty of towels were provided as there is no housecleaning for this unit. Beds were very comfortable.We definitely would stay here again.

Family 4th of July Trip to Maui with our teenagers

We had the most amazing visit to Maui and absolutely loved this property & it's location. It's north of Black Rock on Kaanapali Beach & we loved how chill it was on the beach, but could easily walk along the path or beach to get to other parts of this beach that seemed a little busier. Honestly though... I think this location is the best! The beach front had no rocks to walk on and it was wide enough to have distance from other beachgoers. The Castaway Cafe restaurant had music a few nights, food was delicious & cocktails were good. It's not allowed to bring those drinks to the beach so we just brought our own in our cooler from our kitchen in the condo. Snorkel rental is on property on the beach. Let's talk about the condo. It's absolutely gorgeous! It's spacious, clean and decorated so pretty. There were 5 of us. Our kids range age 14-20. The 3 kids shared the room with 2 beds. This place is even bigger than it looks on VRBO. The lanai is stunning and huge. We had plenty of space to unpack completely between the dressers and closets. They provide 2 Tommy Bahama umbrellas and 5 coordinating beach chairs,noodles,a soft cooler for the beach, boogie boards & more. Towels are provided daily in condo lobby. Kitchen has absolutely everything you need to cook, store leftovers, etc... Since Covid though they don't have any spices, oils, etc.. So you literally buy anything you need. This location is the best. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! So close to everything.

September Maui Vacation

Property was beautiful and as advertised. Great location and very comfortable. My wife, sister-in-law, and myself in Maui to celebrate sister-in-laws 70th birthday. Grounds were very nice w 2 pools. Enjoyed our stay very much and would love to stay here again.

Beautiful condo with stunning views and incredible location

Absolutely gorgeous condo with top of the line appliances and a well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were big and comfortable and had big bathrooms and tons of closet space. The condo is conveniently located on Maui and in the property, but it was still quiet and felt very private. The lani was huge and had an absolutely stunning view as well as star gazing at night. The property had two awesome pools and a beautiful beach with awesome snorkeling. I would absolutely stay here again. My only complaint was that the front desk staff was not very helpful since the condo is privately owned and rented. Once I got in touch with the host, she was very helpful throughout our stay.

Gorgeous penthouse villa

Absolutely beautiful penthouse villa with amazing views in all directions. Well appointed and decorated. Feels like all was just redone in wonderful decor. Huge lanai you enjoy. Only downside is you do hear quite a bit of road noise.

Perfect Kaanapali Stay

We just returned from a beautiful Maui week. Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful accommodations. Plenty of space, gorgeous views, SUPER clean, comfortable beds, fantastic location right on a lovely stretch of beach … we would absolutely stay again. The check in was easy, communication from the owner was great, and the little extras on check in (fruit, wine, banana bread) were so appreciated by all of us. We had one overcast/rainy day and I think my family was actually happy because it meant extra time to relax and enjoy the condo! Thanks for everything - we will be back!!
