With a delightful location less than 10 miles from West End Beach, a mid-century modern interior, and two levels of comfort and convenience, this newly renovated home is going to make an ideal staging point for next family vacation. Spread out on the living room sofa to enjoy a good novel while the cozy gas fireplace crackles away. Winter guests will have storage available in the mudroom, so you'll never need to worry about your wet ski clothes. The full kitchen has a French-door refrigerator, a farmhouse sink, and a dishwasher. After preparing a delicious recipe, serve memorable meals at the handsome wood dining table, then head out to the patio to enjoy a glass of wine - you'll find plenty of seating, including a picnic table, a gas firepit, and a comfy hammock. Fire up the gas grill to cook up freshly caught fish and veggies, then watch your favorite Netflix and HBO movies and shows on the Apple TV-enabled TV in the loft. The loft includes an Xbox gaming system, and the kids will have plenty of games to play around with, so this is a great space for the little ones.

You'll have a work desk and chair available, so you can complete that important last-minute project while you're here, and the home's high-speed WiFi will make it easy to perform a little online research. Reward yourself with a soak in the private hot tub or a trip to the beach - don't forget to bring along the provided beach chairs and towels! The private washer/dryer will keep everyone's clothes nice and clean. Good thing too, because with over 60 miles of hiking, biking, and riding trails available throughout the Tahoe Donner area, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy! Trout Creek Recreation Center has lots of fun amenities that include a shared pool, a sauna, tennis and basketball courts, and a shared Ping-Pong table. Tahoe Donner Ski Area is just up the hill about a minute away.

STR cards are welcome at the private amenities approximately 332 days of the year. To prioritize member access during the holidays, STR Tenant restrictions are being implemented on the following dates:

May 23-25 (Memorial Day)
July 1-5 (July 4th)
Sept 5-7 (Labor Day)
Nov 26-29 (Thanksgiving Day)

THINGS TO KNOW
Internet service can be slow at times.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
