Here in Tahoe Donner, you'll be six miles northwest of downtown Truckee and less than two miles down the road from the wonderful amenities of the Trout Creek Recreation Center. Your provided guest passes provide discounts to Tahoe Donner activities and facilities that include the Trout Creek Recreation Center, the Northwoods Pool (three miles west), downhill skiing, the cross-country center, the golf course, the equestrian center, the tennis center, and the Beach Club Marina on Donner Lake (six miles south). With several renowned ski resorts, including Northstar and Squaw Valley, in the area, as well as great hiking, mountain biking, and access to Lake Tahoe in Kings Beach, North Lake Tahoe is a recreational wonderland.

Following the Tahoe Donner HOA agreements, gatherings of people not renting the home are not allowed. Authorities will be notified if there is a party or large gathering in the home.
No excessive noise and/or trash
All exterior lights must be turned off between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am, seven days a week

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Dock details: Docks are shared and found at the Tahoe Donner Marina. The Tahoe Donner Guest Passes are required for entrance and a fee applies. Public docs are located along the North shore of Donner Lake and are first come first serve and free of charge.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
