We are Bay Area natives but grew up skiing in Tahoe. It's a special place for us, and for years we rented homes in Tahoe Donner with friends and family to enjoy everything the area has to offer--in both summer and winter. It was our dream to have a place of our own there, and we are so thrilled to be able to share our dream home with you! We hope you find your true home away here, just as we have.

We chose this home as our ultimate getaway for a million reasons, including:
(1) Access to the property is a breeze. No icy, steep driveway to navigate in the winter. The large, flat driveway and two-car garage can easily accommodate 4 cars and up to even six!
(2) The backyard is large and perfect for sledding and exploring.
(3) The great room looks out at the beautiful Tahoe forest. It's like living in a luxury tree house!
(4) Did we mention it's brand new? With a tankless water heater and beautiful yet sturdy furniture--perfect for all ages!
(5) Kids will have a blast in the bunk room with plenty of space to play. The adjoining family room has a ton of games, a tv and a fooseball table! Adults can hang upstairs in the living area and kids can have fun in their downstairs oasis. That means fun for everyone!
(6) The property is big enough to comfortably house 3 families or 4 + couples. It's important for us to have real BEDS--not pull out sofas or make shift mattresses--for everyone to have a wonderful time. And there are bathrooms a'plenty! 4 in total to ensure everyone's comfort and privacy.
