* A tankless water heater to supply hot water throughout the home, and two separate Nest thermostats for the upstairs and downstairs;

* A two-car garage with a flat driveway with a snow removal service in the winter; the garage also has a Tesla Wall Connector / Charger for fast charging; we also have a J1772 charging adaptor which works with most non-tesla cars.

* For summer, the outdoor deck has a Weber Grill, a large dining table with seating for 12, and lounge chairs for relaxing. Close to Tahoe Donner's amazing rec centers (less than a mile). Tons to do - swim at the pool or lake, golf, tennis, hiking, day camps for the kids, and much, much more.

Guests have access to the Tahoe Donner private recreation areas. There are 6 guest passes which give access to the Tahoe Donner "private" facilities, entrance fee is required (see the Tahoe Donner website for current fees, guests 2 and under are free). The Tahoe Donner private facilities include the Trout Creek Recreation center, Marina Beach Club and Tennis Center. Swim, lounge in the large hot tub, lift weights, take in an exercise class, sweat out the day in the saunas. Great for kids and adults wanting to take a break from the slopes. The Marina Beach Club has boats to rent, child friendly swim areas, BBQs, and a nice beach area. Tahoe Donner public facilities include the downhill ski area, equestrian center, and trails.

NOTES:
- Tahoe is dusty in the summer and snowy in winter. We request that you take off your shoes in the inside entryway, which is equipped with a coat closet and separate coat rack as well as shoe racks for your convenience.
- For security, we have cameras outside which captures video of people entering and leaving the house.
- This home is located in the famous Tahoe forest. Trees abound!!! Sledding on the property is therefore at your own risk--we urge our guests to use reasonable caution and wear protective gear. In the winter, please stay clear of icicles that may form on the house perimeter.

Check-out time is 10AM
Early check-ins and late checkouts are granted a week ahead of time for NO additional fee, but only IF the home will be ready for occupancy.
