Indulge in a mouth-watering seafood feast at Catch 54 Fish House or savor the flavors of Papa Grande Coastal Taqueria, both less than 30 yards away from your front door. Fenwick Landing is an exclusive Bayfront townhouse community and is located within walking distance to the ocean and Fenwick Island. The shoreline is nine-tenths of a mile away. The home comes with TWO ASSIGNED PARKING SPACES.
