Lovely large, clean, home, very spacious for 5 adults and our little dog. About 15-20 minutes walk to the beach and Congress hall. Convenient deli market across the street. Wonderful host shows pride in her home. Thank you for a great weekend get away.

Home is thoughtfully put together making your stay very comfortable. Host was kind and conscientious to making our stay as pleasurable as possible. Great restaurant and market directly across the street which was super convenient and never had any issues with noise or crowds. Highly recommend!

Great location!!! Nice walk to beach. Cute market/sandwich shop across the street and other cafe’s and restaurants within walking distance. Host goes above and beyond to welcome us into the space. Lots of special touches around the house. Bathrooms and kitchens tidy and clean. antique furniture, ecclectic decor, window unit air conditioners.

Amazing house and lovely hosts. Carolyn and Alan went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Very walkable to many locations, the beach, the market, and the local restaurants. The home itself has a lot of Victorian charm.

Great Cape May Escape for Family and Friends

We really enjoyed this house and Carolyn was a terrific host who made sure we had everything we needed! This was our first trip to Cape May and we will definitely be back! We loved the house. The house is unique and well cared for with everything you will need. I stayed there with my three kids - so there was more than enough room for us. The fact that this used to be a duplex means you have 2 of everything and my kids (who are teenagers) really enjoyed exploring the house and the unique aspects of the house and decorations. The house is far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk to the beach. There are also great restaurants and the Westside deli across the street. Carolyn was terrific to work with and made our check-in and check-out very easy. She was also super generous with beach passes and beach gear since she was out of town. The house had everything we needed! The enclosed porch was great and we had a terrific late evening scrabble game which we haven't done for years. We would definitely stay again and recommend this charmer!

Carolyn was absolutely amazing from beginning to end! She went above and beyond to make sure our family felt welcome, comfortable, and taken care of. She was incredibly kind, responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about us having a great stay.The home was beautiful, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for such a special family trip. What really stood out, though, was Carolyn herself. You can tell she takes pride in being a great host and truly cares about the people staying in her home. Every interaction with her was easy and pleasant, and she made us feel more like guests than customers.We made some really special family memories during this trip, and Carolyn and her home were a big part of that. I would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend her to anyone visiting Cape May.Thank you again, Carolyn, for everything. You were an incredible host and helped make a very special weekend for our family even better. Five stars all around!

The house was great and Carolyn made our stay super easy - a gate for the front porch, a beach umbrella, anything we needed. We really liked the multiple seating areas in the house, so that we could spread out. It was a convenient location between the beaches of Cape May and the bay side. We will be coming back.

Lovely home

Beautiful, huge home right in the heart of West Cape May. Easy walking distance to restaurants, stores, beach. The home had so much space so no one felt cramped. Also loved all the outdoor porches and beautiful yard.

Checked all the boxes

Stayed here with my bridal party the weekend.kf my wedding. The house is so quaint and the porches are all stunning! Everyone enjoyed their respective rooms and were comfortable. Best part is the house is dog friendly and our pups loved the house and backyard as well. Carolyn is very nice and made me feel welcome! All in all it was a wonderful experience!

Perfect Cape May Home

This house truly exceeded expectations! My family had the most amazing stay at Carolyn’s home in West Cape May. We had a multi-generational group - four couples, two kids, and two dogs. Her home gave us all the space and privacy we needed but offered large gathering areas for us to connect as well. The wrap around porches and sun room were our favorites to relax in. I couldn’t think of a more perfect house or location - it is walking distance to the beach and shops. Carolyn was so accommodating and answered all of our questions immediately. We had an amazing time in Cape May and can’t wait to come back!

Family birthday celebration!

We had a wonderful time reuniting with extended family for my mother’s 80th birthday celebration! Carolyn’s house was lovely- clean. spacious, and very comfortable! We loved all of the different porches! It was perfect for our family!

Lovely place, highly recommended.

We highly recommend this lovely home. It is near so many things, within walking distance to town and beach. It clean and homey and has updated kitchen and modern bathroom on first floor. Carolyn answered all our questions and was more than accommodating. She went above and beyond for us. Even finding items we left behind! We stayed for a wedding in Cape May and the house easily accommodated more than one, family allowing for privacy as well as space to be together.

Great location

Beautiful eclectic Victorian home. Clean and roomy, love the multiple porches. Easy walk to beach and shops. Extra small touches appreciated from fresh flowers to fire pit. Carolyn was so helpful with local knowledge of area happenings not to miss.

Beautiful Home!

This home is really beautiful and very well stocked, no need to pack up the house and bring it with you everything you need is there! Nice neighborhood with lots of convenient shops for food, coffee and farm stand goods. A little far from the beach but worth it.

wonderful relaxing home!

Our family got together for a vacation in Cape May NJ. We stayed at Carolyns lovely victorian home. Everyone had a great time. Carolyn was a a perfect host, making sure we were all comfortable. Cape May is still a beautiful seaside resort, much like I remember when our family vacationed there when I was a child. I highly recommend Carolyns home. It is convienient to town, beaches, and restaurants. It is also very clean. Hope we can all go back there!

A perfect vacation home for a family

This is a beautiful Victorian house with all of the lIttle touches plus it is roomy and inviting. We were a multigenerational family and the house was large enough to provide us with room to gather as well as individual quiet space. The way the bedrooms are situated is just perfect for our needs and there are three full baths and two kitchens within close proximity so that family meals can be prepped easily. The porches with the swings are shady and peaceful. The front porch is nice to share a morning coffee. The beach is walking distance as are the shopping areas. This is a vacation house that you can check into, park your car and just enjoy. Carolyn is a generous host as well. As you get to know the house you can see that she leaves nothing to chance - there is even a little arts and crafts area for the creative guest to enjoy.
