3bedroom spacious victorian duplex . (1 king, second floor , 1 queen second floor ,2 twins second floor …1 pullout sleeper sofa in livingroom .
2baths incl. 1 full bath w walk in shower first floor. Full bath with tub on second floor, laundry rm, kitchen w/ dishwasher, Keurig, blender, microwave, tv room large screen connects to Wi-Fi. crafting area to paint seashells, dining room 3 porches, Screened porch, fire pit area, private parking and ample off-street parking window ac units for individual preference.0.6m to beach. (Short few blocks on same street) Walk to West Cape May coffee, bakery and Farmers market. Towels &linens available.
Lovely landscaping. Sleeps 8 if using the pullout sofa. Family friendly, b&b vibe, bottled water in rooms, complimentary tea bar. Activity corner for children. Chairs, yoga mats, sitting area in garden. Note this connects to duplex side of owner's quarters and both can be rented at additional fee to the same guest on select dates.

Amazing house and lovely hosts. Carolyn and Alan went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Very walkable to many locations, the beach, the market, and the local restaurants. The home itself has a lot of Victorian charm.

Great Cape May Escape for Family and Friends

We really enjoyed this house and Carolyn was a terrific host who made sure we had everything we needed! This was our first trip to Cape May and we will definitely be back! We loved the house. The house is unique and well cared for with everything you will need. I stayed there with my three kids - so there was more than enough room for us. The fact that this used to be a duplex means you have 2 of everything and my kids (who are teenagers) really enjoyed exploring the house and the unique aspects of the house and decorations. The house is far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk to the beach. There are also great restaurants and the Westside deli across the street. Carolyn was terrific to work with and made our check-in and check-out very easy. She was also super generous with beach passes and beach gear since she was out of town. The house had everything we needed! The enclosed porch was great and we had a terrific late evening scrabble game which we haven't done for years. We would definitely stay again and recommend this charmer!

Lovely home

Beautiful, huge home right in the heart of West Cape May. Easy walking distance to restaurants, stores, beach. The home had so much space so no one felt cramped. Also loved all the outdoor porches and beautiful yard.

Checked all the boxes

Stayed here with my bridal party the weekend.kf my wedding. The house is so quaint and the porches are all stunning! Everyone enjoyed their respective rooms and were comfortable. Best part is the house is dog friendly and our pups loved the house and backyard as well. Carolyn is very nice and made me feel welcome! All in all it was a wonderful experience!

Perfect Cape May Home

This house truly exceeded expectations! My family had the most amazing stay at Carolyn’s home in West Cape May. We had a multi-generational group - four couples, two kids, and two dogs. Her home gave us all the space and privacy we needed but offered large gathering areas for us to connect as well. The wrap around porches and sun room were our favorites to relax in. I couldn’t think of a more perfect house or location - it is walking distance to the beach and shops. Carolyn was so accommodating and answered all of our questions immediately. We had an amazing time in Cape May and can’t wait to come back!

Family birthday celebration!

We had a wonderful time reuniting with extended family for my mother’s 80th birthday celebration! Carolyn’s house was lovely- clean. spacious, and very comfortable! We loved all of the different porches! It was perfect for our family!

Lovely place, highly recommended.

We highly recommend this lovely home. It is near so many things, within walking distance to town and beach. It clean and homey and has updated kitchen and modern bathroom on first floor. Carolyn answered all our questions and was more than accommodating. She went above and beyond for us. Even finding items we left behind! We stayed for a wedding in Cape May and the house easily accommodated more than one, family allowing for privacy as well as space to be together.

Great location

Beautiful eclectic Victorian home. Clean and roomy, love the multiple porches. Easy walk to beach and shops. Extra small touches appreciated from fresh flowers to fire pit. Carolyn was so helpful with local knowledge of area happenings not to miss.

Beautiful Home!

This home is really beautiful and very well stocked, no need to pack up the house and bring it with you everything you need is there! Nice neighborhood with lots of convenient shops for food, coffee and farm stand goods. A little far from the beach but worth it.

wonderful relaxing home!

Our family got together for a vacation in Cape May NJ. We stayed at Carolyns lovely victorian home. Everyone had a great time. Carolyn was a a perfect host, making sure we were all comfortable. Cape May is still a beautiful seaside resort, much like I remember when our family vacationed there when I was a child. I highly recommend Carolyns home. It is convienient to town, beaches, and restaurants. It is also very clean. Hope we can all go back there!

A perfect vacation home for a family

This is a beautiful Victorian house with all of the lIttle touches plus it is roomy and inviting. We were a multigenerational family and the house was large enough to provide us with room to gather as well as individual quiet space. The way the bedrooms are situated is just perfect for our needs and there are three full baths and two kitchens within close proximity so that family meals can be prepped easily. The porches with the swings are shady and peaceful. The front porch is nice to share a morning coffee. The beach is walking distance as are the shopping areas. This is a vacation house that you can check into, park your car and just enjoy. Carolyn is a generous host as well. As you get to know the house you can see that she leaves nothing to chance - there is even a little arts and crafts area for the creative guest to enjoy.

I love a challenge! and the opportunity to be the next steward of this 1870 Victorian folk farmhouse has been an amazing experience.
From enhancing and restoring the home to creating new gardens....
Much thanks to my husband for his rototilling skills which are only used on Mother’s Day! Our home is ready for entertaining your next family gathering with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 5 gathering rooms on the first floor, 3 porches and landscaped yard everyone can find their own space ,whether relaxing on a porch, painting seashells in the parlor, or cooking up a storm with today’s fresh catch from the Lobster house...Your family and friends will feel at home the moment they arrive. Cape May charm with updated and comfortable features. The house has been thoughtfully prepared for your enjoyment.
0.6 m to the beach a short bike ride to Beach Plum Farm, and conservatory, walk to West Cape May’s coffee shop, Westside market deli (across the street), West Cape Mays farmers market, French bakery and local eateries,
In the shoulder season our home further expands to 5 bedrooms, 3 baths by adding on the owner's suite with advance notice. Inquire for details.
