We reach out to each guest after booking to confirm their understanding of the property. Across hundreds of Dune Buggy guests this is the first we have heard of these concerns. Dune Buggy is a remarkable Saugatuck property that provides a three-season experience in the woods. This property is not for everyone, especially in the colder months. We inquire with guests during their stay and regret that we never heard back. The absence of communication hinders our ability to correct or prevent any displeasure. In the event we are made aware of any concerns during the stay, we can accommodate them with an upgrade to another cottage in the compound.
