The Beach nourishment has widened the beach views. Expansive ocean views and luxury at its finest await you at this stunning oceanfront home! Easy beach access via the gate in the pool area leading straight to the beach walkway! You have direct access to the sound when you cross over Highway 12.

Top level: The open floor plan boasts plenty of dining room seating and a fully equipped kitchen ready to take on any meal you need during your stay! Two dishwashers are available for your convenience, and the chef in your family will be pleased with the top-of-the-line appliances! There is island seating for 4 and the seating at the dining room table is roomy enough for 10, so all can enjoy an Outer Banks family dinner. You can also surround yourself with ocean breezes and tranquility while relaxing in the elegant furnishings in the Great Room and taking in the unobstructed ocean views! Spend a cozy evening relaxing in front of the gas fireplace, or share morning coffee or evening cocktails on the open sundeck while whale watching or looking for dolphins! A luxurious king master suite on this level with a garden tub, too!

Middle level: This level features 2 king master suites with full bathrooms, a queen master suite with a full bathroom, and a den with a daybed with a trundle for the 6th sleeping area!

Bottom level: you will be awestruck by the luxurious sights. This level provides the perfect balance of entertainment, relaxation, and fun. The Game Room provides ample room for socializing and entertaining! The Pool Table will offer hours of friendly competition, and you won't have to go upstairs for refreshments since the kitchenette has a wet bar, a full-size refrigerator, and a microwave. Also on this level is the fantastic theatre room where you can make many memories watching movies from the big comfy theatre chairs on the Big Screen! There is also a master bedroom with two sets of bunk beds on this level, a full bathroom and a laundry room.

The elevator adds even more convenience for luggage, groceries, or those needing help up and down the stairs!

The outdoor oasis provides fun in the Sun! The private backyard swimming pool (14x28) is perfect for making a refreshing splash or just floating on a hot afternoon! Bask in the sunshine on the poolside deck and enjoy an evening soak in the poolside hot tub! The new Pub-style table is poolside with an ocean view!

All of our homes are equipped with Wi-Fi. However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee that the internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their hotspots or other cell service devices to provide internet access, especially if the internet is needed for work or school. Shoreline OBX and our homeowners are not responsible for any internet interruptions.
