The Space:

Welcome to Cape Carolina, your idyllic coastal retreat in Duck. This delightful home offers the perfect blend of comfort, beach access, and ample space for family gatherings, featuring plenty of dining options and a private pool and hot tub.



As you step into the top level, you’ll be welcomed by a bright, fully-equipped kitchen that flows effortlessly into a sunlit dining area. The living room, drenched in natural light, is the perfect spot to unwind while enjoying semi-ocean views. Just off the kitchen, step out onto the sundeck for an outdoor seating area, ideal for savoring breakfast while breathing in the fresh ocean air. A convenient half bath on this level ensures easy access without the need to enter bedrooms. The top floor also features a luxurious primary king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and semi-ocean views, along with another King bedroom with its own ensuite bath.



The mid-level is designed for relaxation and restful sleep. Here, you'll find a King bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and also a queen bedroom with a single twin bed, perfect for accommodating extra guests. This level includes a hallway bathroom and a den, complete with a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping space and a cozy hangout area.



On the ground floor, there is a bunk room with 2 twin over twin bunk beds. Also on this floor, there is a laundry room and another full bathroom, adding convenience while hanging out by the pool. There is also a media room and wet bar with direct access to the pool. From there, step right outside to enjoy the private pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower. An observation deck offers stunning ocean views during the day and provides a perfect spot for sunset views. Throughout the property, you'll find various outdoor seating areas and plenty of sunbathing opportunities, creating the ultimate coastal getaway.

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets (dogs only) are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



**Pool can be heated May 1 - October 1 for $500 per week**



**Currituck Club tee times can be booked at the member guest rate as guests of the home.



The Neighborhood:

The town of Duck is a popular Outer Banks destination for its wide, uncrowded beaches and soundfront boardwalk! Nature trails, shops, and restaurants make for a pleasant and friendly town, perfect for a relaxing OBX vacation. From this apartment, you can walk to the boardwalk and enjoy the catch of the day at The Blue Point while listening to live music in the evening, head to Candy and Corks for a treat, or stop in at any of the numerous restaurants and shops to grab a souvenir.

The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your travels.



Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
