This lake home features a wrap around deck & screen porch overlooking a beautiful view of the lake. Set on Sugar Creek, the home is less than 1/4 mile from the public boat ramp, a convenience store and marina for all your boating needs, including fuel.

Sleeping areas can be found on all three (3) levels of the home with plenty of beds to accommodate those large family gatherings . The Master Bedroom and Bath is located on the top floor of the home offering guests plenty of privacy.

In addition to all the indoor space, the deck and screen porch offers you a great place to enjoy morning coffee, outdoor dining, play games and/or curl up to read a book. This property has a max dock on deep water and plenty of room to tie up multiple boats. Kayaks are also available to explore the lake and/or fish the shallows.

So whether you're visiting for a family vacation, a weekend getaway, a girl's trip or go fishing and/or play golf.... this is a great place for you to enjoy your time and make some great memories!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sugar Creek Retreat. The space was perfect for our family of 8. The lower story game room and yard access was ideal for our 16-25 yo kids. They were able to go in and out to kayak, build a campfire, or sit on the porch without our elderly mother and dog being disturbed. The walls seemed to be well insulated for noise control, as well. The main floor common area had plenty of room for all of us to gather and watch tv or eat meals. The multiple porches were nice because everyone could “find a space” out of the main flow without being isolated. The kayaks and fire pit were used every day of our stay. We are already planning another trip to the area and we hope to stay at Sugar Creek again.

Great place!

This was a great place for a 4 night get away. Place was clean and lot was awesome!! Restaurant’s were close and communication was fantastic!

EVERYTHING about the Place was Peaceful and Beautiful. Only 1 dislike was Propane tank for Grill was less than half full. So we ran out of PROPANE. Other than that . The Experience was MUAH !!!

Everything was perfect. The fish were biting the unit was clean. They were so many extras both in the kitchen and in the bathrooms as far as supplies and towels the beds were very soft or hard depending on what you want.

The perfect lake house

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and Ken does a great job at communicating as well as providing essential items to his guests. This house offers everything that we need for a successful golf trip to Reynolds Lake Oconee. Highly recommend staying at this property.

Perfect Lake House get away

Great respite and beautiful location on the lake

The property was exactly as described and the management was extremely communicative and accommodating. The house is perfect for a family or two, and the location and views of the lake cannot be beat. The house was clean and tidy, lots of extras to keep the family entertained during down times, and a beautiful dock on an area of the lake that is conveniently located near two public marinas.

Perfect lake location

Loved our stay. So many outdoor seating options. We loved swimming off the dock and sitting by the fire pit. Great decks and views. Walked to the marina for fried chicken!Interior of the house is nice but not at all fancy. Beds were on the soft side. Would have appreciated some lake towels. The air fryer was nice. If we had kids, they would have had a blast with the ping pong and other toys. Would stay here again.

Great experience!

A+ all around. Excellent communication from Ken, and the property is ideal for a short or long get away. Well-stocked kitchen, clean, steps to the water, and close to the 44 Bridge boat rental locations. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our lake vacation.

We were a group of 6 adults and four kids. We had adequate space for all of us. The kids enjoyed the game area downstairs while the adults appreciated the screened in porch.

Heaven on the lake

We had a staycation at lake oconee, this property was spectacular. Ken- the property mama get went above and beyond for us. We were just able relax and enjoy! Will definitely be back!

Great Lake

Ken was a good host, great communication and responded quickly to a small issue. However, the property owner should update some items, have the house and porches pressure washed and most of all, the owners boat should be removed and have the dock slip available for guests use as advertised. Overall, a nice, quiet location.

We Loved this Lakehouse, plenty of room to spread out and in a great location with a beautiful water view. We had a little issue with the air and Mr. Ken got on it immediately! Great communication with him. We really appreciated the shampoo, travel pack of make-up wipes and the big basket of snacks and waters! All of that was a huge plus! Perfect place for a long weekend on Lake Oconee! Plenty of parking for 3 vehicles and our tritoon trailer as well. The addition of the room downstairs for the kids was great with the toys too. They had a ball playing with everything. Thanks for a FUN weekend on Lake Oconee!

Another great summer vacation!

We were looking for an affordable home on the lake and this one was perfect! We were able to accommodate everyone's needs and keep a boat there for the week. House was fully equipped with everything you need, kitchen and toiletries. Kids loved playing cards on screen porch and fishing off dock. The lake was super quiet and great for our crew who was learning to ski. Would absolutely recommend this home! Ken was very responsive and had great information for us.

Thanksgiving Getaway

This house is exactly shown in the photos! They had everything you needed and could ask for. Loved the location and the peace the neighborhood gave. The only complaint I have is that the beds on the main level are not comfortable at all! They squeaked when moving and it felt like we were sleeping on top of a cardboard box with sheets. This needs to be updated.

GA lake retreat

We had the best time! This house was beautiful with amazing views and easy access to the water. It had everything you might need and was super kid friendly too with pack n play, toys and high chair. Ken was super responsive to any questions and even offered to stop by if needed. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

Great House for long lake weekend

This is a perfect lake house for a long weekend. Plenty of rooms for a us and college age kids who brought friends. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook and watch football. Great Lake views and perfect dock for hanging out and swimming. Will definitely book again.

Close to marinas, small convenient store with gas pumps. But down a quiet road. Nice cement path to dock with lounge chairs for sunning! High ceiling living room with fireplace & large TV. Guys enjoyed playing on the downstairs table tennis. Kitchen on the small size; but just the right size for reaching everything easily. LARGE refrigerator! But I I liked the large screened porch Best of all!! Check out all the other amenities! You will Enjoy! Grandmother Kenly of 11
