Castle By the Sea... Seven Bedroom, Eight Bath, Luxury Home with Elevator... North Forest Beach, 90 Yards to the Beach... New in 2005, updated yearly!

We invite you to stay at our Castle by the Sea. Located in the North Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island, this seven bedroom, eight bath (six full and two half) home offers the best of everything for a family vacation. This home is located less than 90 yards to the beach. It is an easy walk to the popular Coligny Plaza.

Our Castle by the Sea offers seven bedrooms - Three kid-themed bedrooms for the children and four Master bedrooms with King Beds and en-suite bathrooms for the children. All of the bedrooms except one of the children’s bedrooms has a private, en-suite bathroom. Two of the four Master bedrooms have whirlpool bathtubs as well as glass showers. On the upper level, there is also a loft with a pull-out, queen-size sleeper sofa. All of our bedrooms and living areas are furnished with name brand furniture including Lexington, Hooker, LaZBoy and Bassett. The bed linens are designers including Ralph Lauren, Disney Store, and Charter Club. For your comfort, each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan. All of the closets have been customized with built in closets for the utmost in storage and convenience.

Going to the beach? Included in the house is a plastic wagon for trips to the beach. Your Castle by the Sea is located less than 90 yards to the Beach. The walk to the beach is on a sandy road with little traffic. Located a few blocks from the large hotels, this section of beach is quiet and not very crowded.

What better for a trip to the beach than sleeping Under the Sea?

For your mermaids and mermen, take a weeks’ vacation Under the Sea. Designed to feel like the children are under water with their sea life friends, the entire room is painted like water. Our Sea Castle room features a queen size bunkbed with mermaid bedding.

Our other Under the Sea room features two sets of twin bunkbeds decorated like castles under the sea.

Our third children's bedroom is called Cottage by the Sea and features a cottage shaped bunkbed with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin on top.

This home offers a large (roughly 16 x 30 feet) pool with a heated spa. For those of you traveling with babies or toddlers, our pool offers a large sun deck step at the entrance to the pool which is six inches deep where young ones can sit and splash in the water. We have also included a swim out ledge around half of the pool for new swimmers to be able to play and rest. Surrounding the pool is a large deck area equipped with an outdoor kitchen which includes a gas barbecue grill, beverage refrigerator, countertop and seating and a sink. The pool area also includes covered porches, and plenty of lounge chairs and tables. At the street level is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after making sand castles at the beach.

Your family will also enjoy the other areas in the home including a large great room, a games room in the garage, dining room, and fully-equipped kitchen. The great room offers a big screen TV and Roku. For your seating comfort, the great room is furnished with a huge sectional leather sofa, an oversized chair and a long window box seat.

The custom kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to cook an entire Thanksgiving meal for a large family. No expense has been spared on this kitchen from the granite counter tops and custom cabinetry to the high end appliances. Do not like to do dishes? Do not worry, this kitchen has two full-size dishwashers for cleaning up even the biggest meal.

The games room in the garage has a pool table, small Little Tykes gym for kids, putting green, counter/bar area and a TV. For those who enjoy surfing the web or need to catch up on work, our house offers free high speed fiber optic Internet access. Are there any train lovers in your family? Our home offers a full size Thomas-like train table and train set for the junior engineers! Our Castle by the Sea offers a kids gaming area with an Xbox for video gamers.

The entire house offers air conditioning and heat for your comfort. All linens and towels are provided free of charge including beach towels. Each bathroom is furnished with a wall mounted hair dryer. There is a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board on the first floor. This home is non-smoking. No pets allowed. Pool heating is available upon request for additional charge.

We have a 24 hour management company. Our home is maintained with cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and pool services regularly.
