Light, bright and airy perfectly describe Leipiha ke Aloha. And just like a lei, which has no ending, you won’t want your vacation at this home to ever come to an end! You’ll love having the ocean and beach so close to you while enjoying the comforts and ambiance of this wonderful home.

Leipiha ke Aloha was lovingly designed, built and furnished for your ultimate relaxation and enjoyment! This spacious home has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and features plenty of indoor living space as well as an amazing covered lanai with spectacular view, where you will want to eat all of your meals. The house can accommodate 5 guests with luxury and privacy with 3 bedroom suites, each with its own private bath.

Prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen with sparkling stainless steel appliances or do some island inspired grilling with a view from the outdoor grilling area off of the covered lanai. If the temperature is too hot outside, we’ve got you covered for that too! The home has A/C throughout for your maximum comfort.

If you have a group larger than 6, you may want to rent Leipiha ke Aloha’s sister, Lei Hali’a, which can sleep 5 and is located on the same plot of land. Perfect for a mini family reunion or multi-generational getaway!

This property includes beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and umbrella. Please feel free to call us if any of these items are missing during your stay.

Wonderful

All I can say is this house is very comfortable and in an excellent location. We were thrilled with our selection. I only had one small complaint. We had a long flight then had to wait 4 hours from arrival to check in ( not anyone’s fault ) but we were very tired. When we arrived at the home it was very very hot inside, none of the Aircondition units had been turned on which just added to the frustration and exhaustion. I had asked for a possible hour early check in but never received a response. Aside from that all was very good. I would stay there again.

Stunning house in an ideal location

This property is spectacular. The owners clearly put a lot of care into the finishes. The location could not have been more ideal. It was a quick walk to the beach without being too close to be kept up at night by the chickens. There is a beautiful Lanai with a huge wooden table. This property is perfect if you have 5 or less people, and don't plan on having anyone else stop by. I call this out explicitly as the max allowed on the property is 5 people. We had 2 groups on vacation. One family staying here and another family staying 4 minutes away walking. The second day, we all came here to eat dinner together outside. We made sure that there were no more than 5 people in the house at a time, but I had sent a message to the property manager to confirm that this wouldn't be a problem again. And they reemphasize that it was really the property, not just the house. I can absolutely respect the owners' rules. As I said, the care put into building this property is very evident. If we were to have a large group again split like we did this time, we would reconsider staying here. But with just our smaller family, we would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful house and location!

This house was perfect for our family trip. It is ideally located within a very short walk to the beach and you can hear the waves crashing from inside at night. The outside lanai with beautiful wood table was the ideal place to enjoy any time of the day. The house itself was well equipped with everything you will need for your stay (the beach towels, chairs, and umbrella were especially appreciated). I highly recommend this property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Leipiha ke Aloha has ample space, inside and out. It’s in an ideal location to walk to Poipu’s popular beaches. Brennecke’s Beach Broiler and Puka Dog are also a short walk away. We ate all our meals at the beautiful custom wood table outside on the lanai—so nice! The home was very clean and the kitchen well-equipped. Garden Island Rentals kindly accommodated our last-minute request for an extra hour at check-out which was very helpful. We had a minor maintenance request during our visit which was handled promptly and pleasantly—in fact, all communication with Garden Island, from start-to-finish, was terrific.A few things to note: an ideal location for you means it’s also a popular destination for others, hence, the walkway just beyond the lanai is highly traveled by a lot of people, day and night, making the space feel less private than some might like. If rain is forecasted at night and you’re a light sleeper, close the windows before turning in, as heavy rain on the metal roof makes considerable noise. Not a complaint, but a fact: the beds are very firm, which is great for many, but not for us (though the linens were soft and the pillows quite comfortable). The long and short of it, which is largely based on bed comfort, we would definitely rent from Garden Island Rentals again, but not this home.

Paradise in Poipu

Our family enjoyed five fabulous nights in this new, comfortable house just a short walk from Brennecke and Poipu Beaches. The property manager was communicative and responsive by email and text leading up to and throughout our stay. The house itself was clean, well equipped including beach chairs and umbrella, and plenty roomy for our family of four, including two teenagers. Poipu itself is such a great location, with nice beaches, convenient walking trails, good restaurants, and reasonable driving distances to everything on the east and west sides of Kauia, including Waimea Canyon, the Ne'Pali Coast boat tours, and the airport. Pro tip: don't miss the pork grilled cheese sandwiches at Porky's in Waimea.

Not only was the location superb (oceanfront, steps away from food and drinks) but the house was modern and spacious. Our favorite was the patio where we would have coffee and watch all the families make their way to the beach. We also had the pleasure of meeting the neighbors/owners who graciously escorted us to the farmers market upon our arrival to stock up on fresh fruit. They were very friendly and kind. We would absolutely come back!

From the moment we pulled up to our first steps into the house, everything Leipiha Ke Aloha had to offer was perfect for our family. With 2 12-year-old boys that wanted to surf or BB every chance they got, the location was perfect. At night when things quieted down, sitting out on the lani with my husband, hearing the ocean waves break just put a smile on our faces. The management company should have 10 stars. They checked in to ensure everything was going well and provide all the information needed in Kauai. I do suggest getting a wagon to transfer stuff to the beach. We left our boogie boards as a gift to the house. We will be back soon.

It was meticulous, well decorated, and perfectly laid out. We prefer staying in a home to a resort for many reasons. The fact that we could see the water and walk to it in just a couple seconds was amazing. The outdoor eating area and barbecue were perfect for relaxing at home after long days in the sun.

We appreciated that we could stay with five adults and nobody felt like they had the "kids room" — every bedroom is good sized and has its own bathroom. The house is also well equipped with kitchen and beach items beyond just the essentials. We had a great stay and would come back!

A very nice week in Poipu

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In early December 2021, four of us spent a week in "Leipiha ke Aloha" in Poipu. This is a new, very nicely set up home-steps from Brennecke's Beach and Poipu Beach Park. The three comfortable bedrooms each have their own bathroom. The kitchen is set up for a cook which was great as we cooked dinner at home every night. The only drawback for us was also a positive. The house has wonderful natural light with windows everywhere. Unfortunately, the house is located right next to the path that leads people through Poipu Kai, so we felt a bit like fish in a fish bowl. The path, however, was a wonderful piece of our morning walks. All in all though, we loved it here. Very comfortable and loved the short walk to Brennecke's.

Beautiful Home in Poipu

We had a perfect stay in this beautiful home in Poipu just across the street from Brennecke's Beach and the Poipu beach park. The home is exactly as advertised and lovely. We will return!
