Over looking a private golf course directly off historic Rte. 6A. Classic Cape Cod at its finest either sit back watching golfers while listening to birds chirp or go explore all the Cape has to offer from this dream location. You can travel scenic 6A and visit all the local shops, restaurants, as well as calm beaches on the bay side. You need a little action take a 5 minute detour to Hyannis with everything you possibly need at your fingertips. House is a short drive to many beautiful beaches!

We had a nice stay at Jason’s in Yarmouth Port. The house is in a great location with lots of good restaurants in Hyannis & is convenient to other parts of the Cape.We went to Skaket Beach and Coldwater Storage which are great for families/ little kids. We had some great lunches from Ocean St. deli which is about 15 minutes away.Some of the highlights were having enough seating inside and outside for our large group, enjoying s’mores on the outdoor fire pit. We also enjoyed playing games on the big dining room table. The house itself is nicely renovated and spacious ( nice big closets)with room for people to spread out in different areas which is great when you have a large group. The sleeping arrangements worked out well for us, although some found the beds to be on the firm side. We had an issue with check in which Jason tried his best to remedy. Also it was tough to do laundry in the smaller washer/ dryer which required doing more loads because of the small space.The windows( between the glass pane& screen) could use some cleaning as well. There was no smoke detector in the upstairs bedroom with 2 queen beds ( not sure about the other rooms). Overall we had a very nice & relaxing stay & despite a few issues would still give a 4/5 starsA welcome binder with instructions & recommendations would be a helpful addition for future renters

Spacious, clean home in good location

We were impressed with this beautiful Cape Cod home. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is a short walk to Rt 6A and some restaurants and an excellent coffee shop. Jason was a helpful host.

Great stay

Great location, modern, clean, beautiful house. Jason was a great host who is an excellent communicator. He was very quick to respond to all of our questions before and during our stay. Would highly recommend!

Classic Cape Cod

The booking and communication was seamless. The house was immaculate and was exactly as described. It was perfect for our multi-generational family, everyone had their own bedroom and bath. We utilized the games and fire pit almost daily. The only con was the sprinklers came on early evening interrupting our game night but they weren't on for long. We all enjoyed our stay!

Vacation Summer 24

The house and property were beautiful. We spent as much time in the tranquil and picturesque yard as we did inside the house. Pristine condition, close to great restaurants, bike trails, and entertainment. Jason was great to deal with and always responsive to questions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lovely home

This home was lovely. It was very clean and decorated very nicely. I really do not want to say anything negative but people should know that some of the house rules were a little unrealistic. For example, using coasters in the kitchen and only being able to use certain doors. I felt stressed all week, watching to see if someone wasn’t using a coaster. I would rate this home an A+, if it wasn’t for the noxious air fresheners throughout the home. All of our belongings smell of it! It is almost impossible to get that odor out of someone’s clothing.

Quiet Retreat in the Center of Cape Cod

VRBO has never steered me wrong but this house is at the top of my list for places to stay. The property looks just like the photos—it’s beautiful as well as comfortable. It is well stocked with plenty of towels for the bathrooms and dishes for the kitchen. The house is in the middle of the Cape, close to stores and restaurants, but also perfectly located to explore the rest of the area. The property was clean and spacious, with beautiful common areas. We especially enjoyed the deck, which looks out onto a backyard surrounded by trees. Communication with the property manager was easy and pleasant. He answered all of our questions and was there with directions when we were driving to the house. We would definitely stay in this house again on our next visit to Cape Cod.

Family weekend

We had another wonderful stay at this home! It was perfect for my large family. Everyone enjoyed themselves - adults and kids! The location could not be more perfect. Convenient to cute coffee shop and restaurants. The sunset on the golf course was gorgeous. My family loved it all! Jason is an excellent host and has thought of everything.

A great cape spot

We had a wonderful time staying at Jason’s property. He was very helpful with letting us check-in early and provided clear instructions for how to get in the house. While we didn’t get to the beach due to weather, Jason provided us with a great list of local beaches and their reviews. The house is great and very clean. We enjoyed the deck, grill and fire pit in the backyard at night. We would stay there again for sure. The house is 10-15 minutes from everything you would need whether it be dining or entertainment.

Relaxing family get away

My family along with my sisters family ventured to the cape this summer and stayed in this home for a week. I call it a home because as soon as we walked in it felt like a home away from home. The furniture was comfy for lounging, the deck was great for drinks with a fire at night and there were enough bathrooms so the kids could shower at the same time. Jason was quick to respond to questions which made things really easy. I highly recommend this home for your family vacation.

Perfect Location!!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! This home worked perfect for our family from kids to grandparents! It’s central location made it easy to get wherever you’re headed on the Cape! Close to shopping, ferries, and restaurants! We also appreciated the great communication with Jason.

Beautiful home

Home Away From Home

We had a fabulous stay at this home! It was absolutely gorgeous, comfortable, and functional. Had everything we needed and more! The bedrooms and bathrooms were exceptional - felt like I was at a hotel spa. The kids room was ideal and had all of the fun games to keep us occupied - chess, jenga, ring toss, cornhole etc. The adults enjoyed the outside area in the back of the home. The host was not only accommodating for us but a great communicator. It was easy, comfortable, and so enjoyable. Would recommend to all of our friends and family to stay there. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful house

Well maintained beautiful house - right of route 6A. Great space for family gatherings to play games and watch shows in the evening. Beach towels and chairs provided. Close to grocery stores and Trader Joes in Hyannis. Master bathroom is beautiful with separate areas for sink and a huge walk in closet.

Great Week on the Cape

We have spent a lot of time on the Cape over the years and I have to say this is a nice area to stay. It is a short distance off 6A, close to nice markets, restaurants, and beaches. It is in a nice neighborhood and across from a golf course. The house is beautiful. There were 8 adults for the week and there was plenty of living space and bedrooms; the house is very spacious. The outdoor patio has plenty of room and the back yard is very private. In addition to ample seating room on the patio to hang out on after a day on the beach, there’s a nice firepit to enjoy after dinner. A couple of nights we enjoyed watching movies on the large TV in the living area and had plenty of seating for all 8 of us! I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic home

This house is beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay from the moment we arrived. The house is finished to perfection with great taste and any small problems we had were quickly addressed by Jason. It was so nice to stay somewhere that was exactly as the photos depicted. . It is in a good central location for exploring Cape Cod and the teenagers all enjoyed having their own tv ! The only thing missing for us was a kettle but that’s a British thing!

Exceptionally clean and comfortable

We visit the Cape every summer and particularly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was much more spacious than we expected. The whole house is thoughtfully furnished and decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms are gorgeous and high quality. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, but still conveniently located near many activities (restaurants, shopping, beach, mini golf, boat rental, etc). Checkin and communication was great. We would definitely stay here again

Newly renovated beautiful and clean home

This is a beautiful house and our travel party was very happy with it. Two bedrooms and bathrooms on main level was very helpful for our elderly family members and they appreciated it. Jason has put in a lot of effort to renovate every section of the house. Jason was very helpful in answering our questions promptly. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed our morning walks on route 6A. Thank you Jason for allowing us to use the house for our stay.

What a house!

What an amazing house! It’s beautiful, clean, spacious, and very well appointed. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house feels nicely secluded. Most importantly, the owner, Jay, is super responsive, courteous and made it a top priority to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the Cape.
