A comfortable residence, this charming ranch has all the amenities for a perfect vacation. It's quiet location is 1.5 miles from town, yet not too far to bike or walk in when needed. Beaches, ponds, the lagoon, and other recreational facilities are also easily accessible if you want to hop on the bike path (just around the corner) or take a brisk walk. Park on property, several cars. If you have difficulty obtaining ferry tickets I may be able to supply them for some weeks.

Nicely refinished hardwood floors, tiled kitchen and bath, air conditioning in every room, free washer and dryer, private wooded back yard deck & deck with gas grill & an amazing outdoor shower. TV in the living room with DVD/VCR, video games, high speed wireless internet (WiFi). The house has three bedrooms and will sleep 7 people comfortably. One bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, (twin size on top, double bed on bottom). The third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a full size pullout in the living room, as well. Oversized closets and dressers are in each bedroom. Kitchen and Bathroom recently upgraded and remodeled with a lot of new paint, refinished floors, new mattresses, new bedroom furniture, the house is clean and comfortable.

Save money renting bikes or Kayaks.. and use mine! One two seater Kayak and one single seater, both are sit on top. I have paddles and life jackets. For the bikes, I have assorted helmets ..not to mention badminton, croquet, clamming rakes, fishing poles, board games, ping pong, etc. Going to the beach.. use my beach chairs, several varieties.

Feel safe and secure, safe neighborhood, deadlocks if you want though, outdoor lighting, fire and smoke detectors throughout. Sports safety equipment for bikes and kayaks.

Great Vacation

Great Home for a family vacation in Martha's Vineyard. It had all the amenities needed to cover all the activities in the Island .

Great Cottage!

My family and I loved staying at this little 3 bedroom cottage on MV. It was perfect and had everything we ever could want from Bikes to dishwashers to AC for each room. Would def stay here again if available next time we visit MV!

Wonderful stay in Martha's Vineyard

The house was amazing. It was clean, comfortable, and had more than we needed. There was enough in the house to occupy us during rainy days. On the sunny days, there was bikes and kayaks; made beach days easy. We would stay here again and highly recommend to others to stay here too.

Great Stay

From the beginning Steven was an excellent and responsive host. He always responded quickly and went above and beyond to be flexible with our timing. The house was well situated, spacious and the bikes were a major bonus. Our kids loved taking them out for a ride every morning.

Family Vaca

It was a cute little house for our family. It was my husband and I, along with our 5 girls (plus a boyfriend), ranging from infant to 22. We all were very comfortable staying there. We love having the bikes to use, the kids could take off and either head to the beach or into town whenever they want. It was not far for them to bike either places.

Cosy cottage

The house reminded me of a cosy cottage. Steven was a great host. We weren’t able to get in with the code but Steven answered his phone immediately and took care of the situation. Any time I had a question before or during our stay he was very prompt to respond.

Our Oak Bluffs trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation to Oak Bluffs! Steven's house was perfect for us: super clean, in very good condition, comfortable (especially our mattress!) and sufficiently stocked. It was great having bikes and helmets, though the weather was too cool for us to want to use the kayak. We had several ping pong matches! The house is well situated, convenient to travelling around the island as we did. An excellent choice!

Awesome spot and house

Awesome stay! I’ve been coming to the island since I was a little girl and now I bring my kids here. We’ve been looking for a good place to consistently come back to every year and this one checks all the boxes. Excellent spot, quiet neighborhoods, quick access to swimming and downtown. The house is full of goodies too! Bikes and kayaks and ping pong! Kids LOVED it. AC in the bedroom. Grill and nice back patio set- most our time spent here. Overall, a wonderful spot for a family!

Affordable, comfortable and easy to get around

This is my 3rd year renting this property and I continue to be thrilled. It feels like home. It is a great neighborhood and easy to get to. The house is always neat, clean and bright. It has everything we need and more. There is always enough towels, bikes to ride, beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach and one for rain :-). I highly recommend for a family or few friends. The only difficulty is that although there are three great bedrooms with air conditioning and fans there is only one bathroom. However, the outside shower works great when there are a few people trying to get ready at once.

Great property

We stayed for 8 days for our first visit to Martha’s Vineyard. The property has so many amenities and is close to downtown Oaks Bluff. We were able to cook and grill with ease due to the utensils on property and the gas grill. We were about 10 minutes from Circuit Ave and all the shops. The beach chairs were a Godsend because we didn’t have room in our car to bring them from home! And we would have been miserable at the beach without them. Because each room has an air conditioner, everyone was able to adjust the temperature to their liking. The owner was readily available when we had questions or minor issues to be addressed. I highly recommend staying here and we will do so in the future.

Great location! Minutes from just about everything!

The owner is very nice and easy to reach should you need him. If you have children/teens or just want a fun, relaxing spot to enjoy your family this is it! I love staying in Oak Bluffs near historical sites, restaurants and shopping.

Comfortable and convenient lovely home

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in Oaks Bluff. House was spacious and well equipped for our family of 3 adults and 3 teenagers and a dog. We enjoyed having coffee on the private deck and the kids enjoyed the ping pong table and kayaks. Air conditioning worked well and beds were comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful to answer our questions about the house and the island during our stay.

Weekend getaway

I had a wonderful time with 5 of my best friends at Martha’s Vineyard! Steven’s home was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we would need for the weekend. He answered any questions I had leading up to the trip and made the whole experience a great and easy one. The only recommendation I have is to bring a car if you’re able. There were Ubers/taxis available but the cost adds up if you plan to do a lot of sight-seeing away from oak bluffs like me and my friends ended up doing. Otherwise, you can easily get a taxi/Uber from his home or walk to nearby places mentioned in the Vrbo booking. We hope to stay again sometime soon! Would definitely recommend Steven’s home!

Casual home, great for families

This is the second time I stayed at this house. I was able to bring my two small dogs. It was perfect for us or for a family. Although I didn’t use them, there are bikes and ping pong and foos-ball to use. The house is casual. Has all the amenities you need- cookware and coffee pot, and dishes. Only issue I see with bringing more people is that the living room doesn’t have much seating if you have a group/family. The yard is big and the deck is so nice to have dinner or morning coffee on! It’s a central location. Quiet neighborhood. Definitely need a car. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Vineyard getaway

This house is in a great location, short drive to the beautiful beaches! Everything that we needed was at the house, loved resting in the hammock in the backyard and playing table tennis with the kids! We never needed to contact the manager, no problems during our stay. Thanks for the use of your lovely property!

Martha's Vineyard

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, spacious and has a very nice outdoor area. Convenient location. Nice quiet neighborhood. About a 25 minute walk or a 10 minute bike ride to Oak Bluffs downtown area. The host had bikes, beach chairs and beach towels available to use which was super convenient.

Me and my family have grown up sunning and boating on the shorelines of New England and have admired the unspoiled beaches, natural beauty and surprise adventures found throughout New England, but especially on Martha's Vineyard.

Martha's Vineyard is big enough to offer so many places to go and things to do, yet small enough that everything you want to do is almost at the tip of your fingers. The people on the island have a genuine interest in keeping it beautiful, and we are sure that the vineyard will continue to be the paradise it has always been.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Away from the busy downtown area, but still able to hop on a bike or take a walk and get downtown easily, or simply ride in the other direction and be on the beaches in a matter of minutes.. Ferry tickets may be available for some weeks, but the purchase price is not included in the quoted fees.
