Thank you for the update. After the fact (your visit) we replaced the oar and paddles, no idea what happened to the ones that were there . As for the paddle boat unfortunately guests before you had a mishap and we couldn’t get the parts in time to repair it Also put a frame up with all the instructions for the next guests Thank you for the update

I’m sorry to hear about your experience. You also failed to mention that the kayak capsized while your brother brought along his keys, Wallet and phone and I spent hours from Europe at 2:00 am trying to help you find a diver to locate your belongings There were two oars probably now at the bottom of the lake The Neighbor who just had surgery was trying to locate a diver for you and none were available in the long weekend The railings were inspected by my husband before you went and none were broken the cleaning crew that is there between all cleanings and also do safety inspections found everything to be working before you arrived. You also failed to mention that even though the next guests arrived you were still allowed to remain on the property while your brother went to the city to her keys. I also now have to purchase another emergency package that is mandatory to be on the kayak that is also at the bottom of the lake You also told me your brother doesn’t know how to swim good thing we provide all size life jackets and he wore one. My question is why would he attempt to kayak in the first place. If you recall in all of our texts I asked you that You also didn’t mention that my son who is a diver would come to help had he not been away on vacation. I’m sorry your experience was sour. But please provide all the details and facts before reviewing your stay By the way my son is still willing to dive in to find your brothers belongings which for the future if he plans to use any lake maybe leave your keys wallet and phone in the cottage and not on the boat I will let you know if we have any success in finding your items The paddle boat is broken and we have ordered the parts for it however they have not arrived. I mentioned that to you we can’t get the parts as quickly as we would like especially now with material shortages at this rate we would need to get a new one Have a wonderful remaining summer
