Amazing stay, amazing pool area. Everything is local and close by. The pool staff are rude at times and things in the room are not updated. Other than that a great vacation !

Loved location, not very clean when we arrived and need a few pick me ups. Bathroom sink did not drain, door hard to get into, air worked but unit had pieces falling off of it and wet towel in dryer

Good price and perfect for couples.

Clean condo with good view of the ocean and pool. Perfect size for couples who dont need a huge condo for a getaway. Good price for last minute on a holiday weekend.

Anniversary Trip booked Wrong

It was a gorgeous property. We loved being right on the beach and the balcony overlooking the pool and beach. We also enjoyed walking to basically everything (even the Walmart) Downfall. We did not realize it was spring break for colleges so it was flooded with college kids, police cars, weed, alcohol, and craziness from 3:00-7:00 pm. Would book again just not in March.

So I stayed here last year, it was pretty nice and the price was very reasonable. Well this time…the price was still reasonable but the room I was very disappointed in. ): It makes me sad because since I came back I thought it would’ve been a lot better. No it was worse. Several things were broken like the chair stool, the chess in front of the bed where you put extra blankets and stuff was broken, the AC cover was broken, the shower is very rusty which was gross, and the bathroom sink was clogging up. Other than that…the pool was nice, the view of the beach was awesome, everything was pretty good except for the room. I’m hoping y’all fix those things because it would be nice to keep coming back. If those things aren’t fixed, that’s the last time I’ll be there. ):

My cousins and I loved staying there! Yes, there was a few spots that needed to be cleaned better and maybe have a few more rugs. Other than that, everything was great! :) Plan on coming back!

Great location

Wasn’t very clean at all, cleaners seemed like they only made the bed. The floor was covered in sand and everything else was dusty and kinda dirty!

Spring Break Vacation

Overall, the property was nice. The kitchen was dated and needs updating. I reached out to the property owners several times with a maintenance request and they never answered, so that was quite disappointing to our stay. Views of the ocean and pool were wonderful.

The apartment is very old and rustic. The shower is old the kitchen everything it’s so old. This apartment doesn’t have a separate bedroom it’s everything in the kitchen. The tv it’s on the top of the bed. I feel it will fell when I am sleeping.

winter escape 2024

the location was really nice. being able to walk right out from the beautiful courtyard was great. we were pleased with the security and everyone we talked to or passed was very friendly! our room was nice. had a few issues we noticed when we arrived and they were taken care of promply. we made good use of the gym. there were some kids (11) in the hot tub being "watched" by their parents who were not following the rules posted. Didn't feel it was my place to address the issues but there wasn't anyone employees passing by to talk to them. we loved the location as well. all in all very happy.

Condo not Cleaned

My Check in was at 4 PM. The condo had not been cleaned when I arrived. I contacted the property manager number And they said they would get someone up there. At 6:30 PM they arrived. I had already Washed the sheets , sanitized the condo and made the bed. I had driven 13 hours from Dallas area and did not feel like waiting. Other than that the Stay was great. It is a beautiful resort. Other than the elevators are very slow and crowded.

Needs updating and mopped

Shores of Panama is great but? The room needed to be mopped. Kicked off my shoes and walked through when I first got there and my feet were black. Had to mop with a towel because there wasn’t a mop. The stove- the eyes were all crooked. Couldn’t cook on it. Bathroom- the shower rod was rusted and the rack in the shower was too- it all needs to be replaced. But like I said the facility itself was great- clean. I will not use this condo again.

It's a cute small appartment on the 18th floor

When i came it was clean and cool, bad was nice and comfortable. I checked the balcony and the view was amazing. Every morning i was enjoying the view when i was on the balcony. Bathroom and kitchen was clean. This apartment has everything for cooking- a microwave and a stove. Equipment a bit old but everything works well. The only thing that was annoying its a problem with elevators. There 4 elevators for 24 floors building. Capacity of each one is 12 people. One elevator didn't work when i was there. It's always a problem to go up or down. You should be patient or use stairs.

Hottest week I’ve ever spent

When we arrived at the condo, it looked beautiful outside, from desk has excellent service. When we got to the room the decor was nice, appliances dates and wasn’t the cleanest. Major issue was the air was not working properly. There was a huge bowl under the unit collecting some water but there was puddles in the floor running underneath the couch. The fan they had in the room was not working either. We called the Maintance number the next morning. They sent someone over to fix it. He in thawed it and said hopefully that would help, if not it might need freon. By the next morning it was froze up again and very hot. I again called the Maintance who said they would send someone over. No one came. I continued to call each day and no one came. We had to go to Walmart and purchase a fan to try and stay cool. We were unable to use the kitchen due to the heat already in the room. Also was unable to wash anything the whole week due to not being able to use the dryer. I had heard nothing but good things about Shores of Panama but this unit and the service we received were horrible. When I would call about the unit they all knew what room we were staying in and said they would send them another message. The bathroom shower curtain had mold all on it, curtain rod was all rusted as well as the shower caddy inside the shower. My family will never go back there if this is the kind of service we will receive. No one should have to stay in a room with no air for a week!

Waiting on elevator

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff was rude at check in and seamed overwhelmed. The garage entry gate never worked with my wrist band. The elevator wait times are terrible about 20 minutes when I was there.The pool was shut down about every 2 hrs for sanitation reasons. The pool and hot tub are too small for the size of the facility. Half the beach was taking up by unused chairs and umbrellas from rental company. Room had sand in the bed upon arrival. I love Panama City and have had a great time there for years. Do yourself a favor and find elsewhere to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice view, comfy. Room/ bathroom was a bit outdated. TV setup could also be better.
