Barnicoll your perfect OBX getaway!

Barnicoll is our family pipe dream come true. We were able to purchase Barnicoll in the Fall of 2020 and boy did it need some TLC. After a lot of saving, cursing, blood, sweat and tears we were able to make it a home. We are so proud to have Barnicoll and cannot wait to share it with you and your family and friends. We hope everyone respects it like we do and helps take care of our little slice of paradise. The entire house was renovated in 2020-21 and everything is brand new. We stocked it with everything we would want in a vacation home especially having kids and wanting to travel light. We currently reside in Wilmington NC so while we aren't super close we will be available anytime during your stay should you need anything, have any questions or run into any issues.

This location at mile post 11.5 is really in the heart of the Outer Banks. We are close to shops, bars, restaurants, and many local attractions. Our neighborhood is connected to a bike path to make riding bikes to the beach and around the town of Nags Head easy. There are multiple food stores and pharmacies should you need anything during your stay along with lots of variety stores and the hospital is right around the corner. Having your own salt water private pool is key for coming home and cooling off right in your own backyard. We have lots of private outdoor living spaces for you to relax and enjoy and take in the sweet ocean air and breeze. There is a brand new deck for grilling and eating outside and two covered porches to get out of the rain if need be.
