Village of Nags Head - Pool - Friday to Friday only - Reserve after Jan 5, 2026

This home is located in the Village of Nags Head, an ocean to sound community. It is a comfortable, three bedroom, two and a half bath beach property on North Carolina's scenic Outer Banks. Home has a front porch/deck and a spacious rear deck with a picnic table. Concrete lower deck area has a 10x20 in-ground pool. Rental includes use of the Village Beach Club with snack bar, tennis and direct ocean access. The property is across from the Nags Head Golf Links that is open to the public. The house is convenient to shopping and a variety of excellent restaurants. Outer Banks attractions include four (4) lighthouses (including the famous Cape Hatteras lighthouse), fishing piers, the Lost Colony play, Wright Brothers Memorial and the Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Roanoke Island, just across the sound from Nags Head has small shops, waterfront boardwalk and the Festival Park with a full size replica of the Elizabeth II, a pre-colonial sailing ship. Wild horse tours are also available in Corolla north of Nags Head.
Rentals are for related family groups only and are Friday-to-Friday to avoid heavy weekend beach traffic on changeover days. Linens are provided. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons, including children. DUE TO INSURANCE, LIABILITY AND SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS WITH THE BACKYARD POOL, ALL CHILDREN MUST BE AT LEAST 12 YEARS OF AGE. The property is located in an area with permanent residents - guests are requested to maintain a low noise level. No pets. No vaping-non-smoking .

Perfect week in Nags Head

This was our second time staying here, it is so comfortable and Keith is a wonderful host and proactive communicator. The guys played golf, we all swam in the private pool, and it’s an easy walk to the beach. I loved walking the neighborhood early mornings!

Fantastic family trip

Our family of four absolutely loved this property. We had everything we needed, the walk to the beach was short, the pool was perfect, the kitchen was well equipped, I could go on and on! Great property and thoughtful owners!

Best Rental to Date!

We’ve been coming to OBX for about 10 years now and this is by far the best place we have stayed. The location was perfect, the access to the beach was great and having the private pool was so worth it! The beds were comfy and the house was well stocked! We would definitely stay here again and hope we get the opportunity! Thank you Keith and Linda! The Duck Donuts gift card was a great touch as well. It’s tradition for us to go there on our way out of town so it was perfect!

Great location

Despite the tropical storm we enjoyed or stay. The property is so close to so many attractions and restaurants it was perfect. Property owners were very responsive and great to work with and made us feel very welcome. We hope to come back!

Great house!

This was our first time staying in this house. The house was well equipped and fully stocked. Everything you would ever need was available for us there. House is clean and in a great location, it’s close to everything. The pool was a saving grace, with the unpredictable weather of OBX! Great house, highly recommend! We will be returning!!

We had a wonderful week at this home. The location was perfect. The home was super clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook with. The bed linens were provided as well as plenty of towels. The pool was nice to relax in after a busy day of exploring. We will definitely look into staying here again next summer. The check in and out process was super easy. As an extra bonus we were given a 20 gift card to use at Duck Donuts. That was a nice surprise and very thoughtful.

We just finished our third annual trip to this Nags Head vacation home and are already looking forward to our next visit. The home is consistently clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We love the quiet, friendly neighborhood and having access to the beach club and private beach access is a major perk for our family.Beyond the house itself, we had a fantastic time exploring the area. My husband and son loved golfing at The Links, we spent an afternoon boating, and took in the amazing performance of The Lost Colony. Nags Head has so many wonderful restaurant options, and we enjoyed several delicious meals out. The weather was perfect, which made for an ideal getaway. We highly recommend this property!"

Great home with great pool!

We loved the quiet neighborhood, and the private pool. Beautiful breezes from front and back porches. The house is well appointed and just cozy like your own home. Packed with just about everything you need. Will definitely stay there again!!!

Warm and Welcoming

The word "host" perfectly describes Keith. He went out of his way to make sure we were prepared to enjoy our stay. The house was great and we enjoyed everything OBX had to offer. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

We are both retired and like many OBX property owners wanted an investment to keep us occupied. We love the Outer Banks and have been visiting there since the early 90's.
We are happy to try to answer any OBX travel questions that you may have, including
some key points of interest such as Corolla, Roanoke Island and the Town of Manteo, Cape Hatteras and Ocracoke Island.
