we had a lovely stay. everything was clean and as described. Beach was close and we were within 30 min of all the activities we planned. the pool was beautiful and we felt very safe.

Paradise in Palo Seco Beach

Everything was amazing during our week here. With the suggestions of the host we also had great adventures that were planned out for us. What a relaxing and unbelievable time we had. Private beach within steps of the front door. In ground pool in the backyard. Just perfection!!!! Couldn’t have been a better trip and owners are amazing!!! Thanks so much!

One best of the best places we've ever rented

We would book this place again and again. It is absolutely perfect. Everything was great - location, the house itself, beds, amenities, pool - EVERYTHING! Nancy was super-accommodating and a wonderful host.

Stay at the Treehouse

We had a wonderful stay! The location is nice and quiet, right on the beach and close to Quepos. The beach is clean and soft sand. Water great for body boarding. Only downside is there is no real comfy place to sit and relax. The property manager is fantastic. Would stay here again.

Very nice house with beautiful view of the beach. Nancy, the property manager, was extremely available and helpful. The location was very convenient for adventures in Jaco and Quepos.

13 Nights at the Palo Seco Treehouse

This was our second stay at the Palo Seco Treehouse. The area is lovely and quiet, with the beach just across the road. The house was perfect for our five adult family members and had all of the amenities we needed. Debbie and Deems were great hosts, providing timely information prior to our stay and responding quickly if we needed anything once we arrived. I would highly recommend this property!

This home was perfect. We enjoyed everything about this location, the pool, barbecue area and of course the beach. Nancy was always available to help with any questions we had. We really enjoyed ourselves and hope to come back next year.

Was a Amzing , Family had the best Vacation ever !! Highly recommend the Monkey tour with papa mano

Also definitely do the 4 wheel drive adventure ask Jeffery or Debbie . Was also great seen two water falls kids had a blast . Papa mano monkey tourist the best ever !! Rain maker hiking in the jungle , great tour and swimming in the pools !! The best part was also the private b ach and bone fire at night on the beach . Absolutely loved this place we also had a private chef cook amazing costa rican dishes . Definitely worth every moment food was out of this world good !! ask Debbie for the info , She has to be the best Host ever !!

Ronald and his family were a joy to have here for the week. We look forward to them returning and visiting with them. Hopefully they will stay at one of our rentals again. They were our first family to really enjoy the Costa Rican experience with lots of tours, catering dinners for them along with other things. After they left, it was like saying goodbye to family. We wish them the best and hope to see them again.

Tuesday - Friday group

The house had everything we needed. Located a short walk down the driveway and across a dirt road took us to a beautiful beach on the Pacific. The home’s pool was very clean and refreshing. Perfect place!Debbie the property manager is incredibly responsive and helpful. With her assistance we had a surf fishing guide as well as a wonderful private guide for Manuel Antonio National Park.

Deep Breath!

This is the perfect spot to unwind and catch your breath. The house is terrific and the beach is private and beautiful. If you’re looking to lay low and rest this is a perfect spot. And Debbie and Deems the property managers are warm and helpful.

Beautiful home!

The check in process was flawless! Debbie and her husband were absolutely wonderful! They helped us plan excursions and even let us tour their home and showed us the monkeys and sloth nearby. It was perfect for our family! We would definitely recommend this house to all! The beach was like our own private paradise as we barely saw anyone out entire stay. Thanks again for everything!

Great spot

Beach was amazing - a strong undertow so not for everyone perhaps but basically a private beach. Body surfing was great! House was very comfortable with private bath for each bedroom. Would consider going back!

Tree House

Nancy was a fantastic host and catered to our every need. Great location and a virtually private oceanfront beach to enjoy. Nancy suggested ideas for our 7-year-old granddaughter and introduced us to a local guide and surf instructor. We would definitely return. Thanks Nancy for a very memorable stay.

Beautiful Palo Seco getaway

We stayed in this beautiful home for 9 nights and enjoyed every bit of our stay. The house itself was amazing, and being steps from the beach made it so much better. Debbie and Deems were very helpful and quick to respond. We loved cooling off in the pool each day and watching the Capuchin monkeys come through almost daily. A/C’s in each room made our nights very comfortable. We would definitely stay again. The only negative we would have for this awesome place, would be that there’s no couches or comfortable place to sit and relax after a long day out. The house has a big kitchen table to sit at, but not a good relaxing sitting area to wind down. Besides that, this place was Heaven!!

Could not have asked for a better location

This house was just across the dirt road to the beach. We sat on the second floor balcony and had happy hour and watch the waves. Is life any better then this? Pura Vida
