WELCOME TO CAPE KOS! This scenic, peaceful, 3 bedroom, 3 full bath (one full bath is on lanai), canal home has fabulous sunsets and fish jumping all day long! Lounge in the heated, salt water pool under the screened lanai while sipping an icy beverage and soaking up the amazing Florida weather and wildlife.

Situated on a 250 ft wide canal in NW Cape Coral with Gulf access, there are so many options.... rent a boat, kayak or jetski (keep at your own private dock), or drive (10 minutes) over to the charming seaside village of Matlacha & Pine Island and grab some great grouper bites, crab cakes and fresh catch of the day!

The home is open-concept, split ranch and has plenty of room to spread out with over 2,100 square feet of indoor living space, in addition to a large, fully-screened lanai with heated, salt water pool and outdoor tv to keep up with your favorite sporting events.

FREE and FAST, high speed internet, smart TV's in every bedroom, cable TV with DVR.

Working virtual?? ... get caught up in the home office area with complimentary 24 inch iMac, free internet all set up and wireless printer should you feel compelled to get some work done.

Enjoy the evenings relaxing in the Adirondack chairs along the sea wall with gas fire pit.

Catch dinner from the dock & grill it up on the new gas grill, fishing poles and tackle box included! There is an endless supply of fishing right from the dock or just hop in the car and drive 10 minutes to enjoy one of the Cape's many fantastic places to dine.

Ride the bikes or take a morning walk/jog through the quiet neighborhood and along the bike trail that goes all the way down the NW and SW part of the Cape!

Watch manatees, dolphin and stingray float on by from the pool or the dock.... Feeling competitive? Bring your clubs and play a round of golf and grab lunch at the public golf course just a couple minutes drive.

Kayaks, SUPs, boats, jet skis, and more are all available for rent less than a 10 minute drive.

Cape Kos has a complete high-tech, reverse osmosis water filtration system and a well. In addition, we have an additional filter system on the refrigerator to ensure our water and ice tastes good. We hope you will agree!

Although Cape Kos is a family-owned property, the home is professionally cleaned and maintained.

Supplies for your stay include: 2 full sets of towels in each bathroom, hand towels & sponges in kitchen, 2 rolls of tp per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 5 dish washer pods, 3 laundry pods, dish soap, hand soaps, starter shampoo.

Kitchen is fully stocked with an awesome Nespresso Virtuo coffee machine, regular drip coffee maker, toaster oven, NutriBullet Blender, utensils, pots and pans, and more.

6 Smart TVs - one in every room and 55 inch on the lanai, living room and primary suite.

This is a wondeful property. We would most definitely stay here again. One level home right on the canal with a beautiful pool and amazing furnishings. The owners have provided everything you need and more for a relaxing vacation. Only minutes to a variety of stores, short drive to multiple beaches. One of our favorite stays!

Great stay, home was roomy and had everything we needed to enjoy Cape Coral. Kids had a ton of fun in the screened in pool. Fishing off the dock was great. Hooked up many tarpon, Mayan cichlids, catfish, alligator gar, sheep fish. Saw rays swimming in the dock lights at night. Would stay again!

Great vacation!

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation staying at this home. The Lanai, pool, & home with all its amenities is very well kept and thought out. It is very well stocked and clean. The pool area was where we spent most of our time. We even watched a movie under the stars one evening in the Lanai. We felt completely spoiled! Highly recommend!

Thanksgiving in Cape Coral

We had a wonderful stay. We arrived on Thanksgiving Day and were able to have dinner by the pool, facing a wide canal. The house was well stocked and very comfortable. Janette is a great hostess and responded to inquiries quickly.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. Everything was clean and the decor was just adorable. Beds were comfortable and home very neat and clean. 5 stars all the way!! We stay in Cape Coral every year with our family of 6. This house was by far the best we have stayed in. Great layout for a bigger family! Great location on a peaceful and beautiful canal! The house was very clean with lots of amenities! We would definitely return here!

House out of a magazine!

The house was a wonderful layout with the master on one side and the other bedrooms on the other side. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. TIt was great sitting on the dock with the propane fireplace. We truly felt pampered! Can't wait to go back!

Exceptional property

We spent a wonderful relaxing ten days at this beautiful home that was well stocked and very clean! The outdoor TV was a great treat and the fish were abundant off the dock! Enjoyed the pool so much!
