Last winters renovation of the entire Villamare ocean front property included, expanding, and re configuring the seating area around the pool, new hot tub, elevation of the oceanfront deck, addition of new plantings, deck umbrellas, lighting and chairs.
The new oceanfront SERENITY POOL, with new hot tub, stationary umbrellas, and lounge chairs is in front of the grilling area which has a new gas fire pit along with the 4 gas grills, with tables and chairs for a relaxing atmosphere.
BOTH pools are heated from March 15 – April 30 and October 15 - November 30. Contact me for more information.

PLEASE NOTE: Reservations BETWEEN April 1st to September 2nd ARE WEEKLY ONLY AND FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.

The Villamare complex features a Health Club, Seasonally Heated Oceanfront Pools, one family pool with hot tub and a Serenity pool and hot tub for individuals over the age of 21.

Smooth ceilings, new tiled showers, vinyl plank flooring, crown molding, new furnishings, washer, dryer and refrigerator..

2313 Villamare is a 3rd floor, 2 bedroom/2 bath, NON-SMOKING, oceanside unit, which has views through the beautifully landscaped, lagoon oriented courtyard, out to the ocean. It offers total privacy for vacationing couples, or parents who need some quality time while their children enjoy their own individual suite. This bedroom suite contains 1 queen bed and 1 full-size bed, a 55 inch Smart TV, full bath and private balcony.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, 58 inch Smart TV, private bathroom with large walk-in shower, dressing area, and access to balcony. The comfortable living room has sofa and love seat, 65 inch Smart TV and access to the balcony. The adjoining dining area and fully equipped kitchen features stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, ironing board, iron and all kitchen utensils. The unit contains a full sized washer and dryer, linen and towels.

The villa also features a convenient KEYLESS ENTRY which eliminates the need to carry any more keys than are necessary while on vacation, along with FREE DAILY - 2 hours of TENNIS OR PICKLEBALL at Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS, DISCOUNTED BICYCLE RENTALS through AAA RIDING TIGERS and PALMETTO BIKES,

SORRY, NO PETS ARE PERMITTED.

From the minute we walked in, we felt at home-beds were so comfortable, decor was really beach’s and the kitchen was well stocked! Plenty of hot water and great coffee maker and washer and dryer!

Family vacation

Ralph is wonderful to work with. He is a fantastic property owner. Property is as described. Wish they had not been doing work outside to the health center, we would hear the beeps of the work vehicle early.

Great Rental On The Beach

My family spent a week in Hilton Head for the first time. The rental was perfect and fully furnished with everything we needed. There was a large pool and hot tub and a nice walkway onto the beach. There was underground parking for our car and rented bicycles and the elevator made checking in and out much easier. Great place and very helpful owner.

The condo was very clean. The attention to deatail by Ralph was impressive. We used the free tennis all week and the location to the beach was great for our family. I would recommend to anyone looking for a simple transaction and a well maintained unit.

Amazing Rental

5 stars! This was the perfect beach vacation — exactly as described and more. We rented this condo for our family of four. The complex was great as two other families rented condos in the same building for a great group stay! The pool and beach amenities were perfect. The grocery store is right across the street from the neighborhood. We played pickle every day and had the kids in tennis clinics every morning. Super fun way to start the day. And a little breakfast ice cream at General Store makes the day complete!

Wonderful Week

Enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very nice and clean and close to everything. Great restaurants near by. Played Pickleball and walked the beach almost every day. My only suggestion would be to buy new king size sheets. They kept slipping off. Everything else was great.

This was our second time to stay at the Villamare complex and our first time renting from Ralph which was great. Never again will I rent through a rental agency. He make it so easy and even called us to be sure everything was O.K. He is so friendly and accommodating to all his guests. Looking forward to meeting Ralph in the near future.

Excellent place to stay!!

The host: In 30 years of staying on HHI, I have never had a host make this much effort in being sure you enjoyed your stay. Ralph touched base before, during and after our stay to follow up and be sure everything was going well. The condo: Spotless and well appointed. This quiet unit in Villamare is located centrally on the island and is convenient to the beach, dining and shopping. Underground parking, elevators and a beautiful courtyard leads up to the two pools and beach access. Our vacation was ending right before Hurricane Helene was about to make landfall and Ralph offered for us to stay an extra night on him to be sure our drive home was safe. You cannot go wrong with booking this condo for an great vacation stay. Thank you Ralph! We will be back again soon!

A great getaway on HHI

Ralph was extremely helpful, proactive and thorough in his communications. He was detail-oriented in making sure that his condo/the property would meet our needs during the booking process, was knowledgeable about the surrounding area, and was extremely easy to work with (had more communication with him than any other owner I have ever rented from in the past). The grounds at Villamare were beautiful and the condo was clean and fit our needs well. We believe that it was a great location on the island and enjoyed our stay. The outside pool area was great and had plenty of lounge chairs available. We even took advantage of the indoor pool on a rainy day, which was a nice option you don't always have at other properties. The arrival and departure process was easy also. I would not hesitate to rent from Ralph again in the future.

Great place to stay!

The location is perfect! We love Palmetto Dunes! The property is wonderful It is clean, roomy and fully stocked! The pool and beach were great! Couldn’t ask for a better vacation. Ralph was very attentive prior to and during our trip and made sure we knew he was available for anything we needed during our stay.

Beautiful & perfect location

We have been to HHI several times and this was our first stay in Villamare. The property is well-maintained and convenient. The unit itself was beautiful! We walked in to the smell of clean. The property owner was an excellent communicator and takes great pride in his unit. This was apparent through our communications and the pristine condition of our condo. We have stayed at various properties on the island and the entire family declared that this was the best one. We will be back! Highly recommend!

Very nice villa

We have stayed at Villamare on numerous occasions. This villa was one of the more nicely upgraded and decorated properties with high quality, substantial furniture. Appeared very recently updated, including appliances. I liked that the master bath shower was larger than usual at Villamare.

First time to HHI

Ralph, was excellent in communicating from the time of booking to exiting the reservations. He provided brochures of the island. Property was very clean, bath towels supplied & walking distance to the beach. Our entire family enjoyed this condo & the location! We’ll be back!
