Welcome to Sea Heaven! A place where you can relax, make yourselves feel at home, make memories with family and friends, and enjoy all of Cape’s beauty. It is a Gulf and Bay view townhome located on the north end of Cape San Blas in the desirable SeaCliffs community. SeaCliffs is a private gated community that is located just outside the world-famous St. Joseph's Peninsula State Park. It has a community pool and a new playground for the kids on the green area. Literally, a couple steps from the beach.


New to the rental market, Sea Heaven is a 2,037 square ft that sleeps 10 people comfortably. It’s a four-story home featuring four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms. Each of the top three floors features its own spacious balcony overlooking the beautiful SeaCliffs community and its amenities.


There is parking for up to 3 vehicles, 2 of which will be covered. The space outdoors has a propane grill, a shower head and water hose for the convenience of washing your beach gears, chairs, and rinsing all your sand away etc.


1st Floor: There is a washer and dryer machine, a second refrigerator to store beverages etc. for an easy cooler refill to take to the beach. All our stairwells are carpeted.


2nd Floor: Has LVP floors in bedrooms and hallway and ceramic on bathrooms. There are 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms on this floor. Access to the elevator.


Bedroom #1 is one of the 2 masters’ suites in the condo with a King size bed, a new 42” screen SmartTV, closet, a spacious master bathroom with a shower tub, and a hair dryer for your convenience. The balcony outside of the master bedroom has a nice green/playground view with some chairs.


Bedroom #2 is a Bunk Room that sleeps up to 4 people. It has a Full bunk bed over a Twin with a Twin trundle. Has a shower tub bathroom, a hair dryer, a closet, and a 42” SmartTV.


3rd Floor: Has LVP floors in bedrooms and hallway and ceramic on bathrooms. There are 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms.


Bedroom #3 is the Main Masters’ suite with a King size bed, a new 42” screen SmartTV, closet, a spacious master bathroom with a jet tub/shower combo, and a hair dryer. Outside of the bedroom is a screened balcony with some chairs for some relaxing time, reading a book etc.


Bedroom #4 has a Queen bed, closet, a new 42” screen SmartTV and a walk-in shower bathroom.


4th Floor: It’s where all the fun is – aka the kitchen/living room. Sea Heaven has all new stainless-steel kitchen appliances, spacious refrigerator with ice maker, a large pantry to store all your vacation groceries and a fully equipped kitchen (Crockpot, blender, 2 coffee makers a Keurig K-cup; a Mr Coffee, toaster, Air Fryer, wine opener, some spices to start you up with cooking, cutting boards, pots and pans, some baking pans as well. Brand new Living room furniture with comfortable couch, a new 65” screen SmartTV with an electric fireplace on TV stand for the rainy days, some board games for adults and kids, a dining table with 6 chairs plus stools on the kitchen isle. There is a balcony with views of the pool, beach/gulf, and bay. It also has a patio table set and an electric grill for your BBQ’s fun enjoying the beautiful sunset view. There is also a Half-bath on this top floor.
