In the heart of Cle Elum, Washington State is located our beautiful 5-bedroom vacation house in the exclusive and forested Suncadia Resort. Nestled in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, our property offers a serene and rejuvenating escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Just a 90 minute drive from Seattle, conveniently located off of Interstate 90 is this special cozy hideaway for unforgettable gatherings.

As you step inside this two story home, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, complete with accents relating to the rich mining history of the area, a cozy fireplace and a smart TV for your entertainment. The fully stocked kitchen, equipped with a spacious island, gas stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and all the necessary countertop appliances, allows you to whip up delicious meals and enjoy them at the spacious dining table that seats 10. Our well equipped kitchen is a favorite, please read our reviews!

We're proud to have earned the status of VRBO Premier Host for the last 9 years with our first Suncadia home on Meadow Sweet Court. Suncadia Resort Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am daily for residents and guests. Your outdoor party must be relocated inside our home no later than 10pm.

Unwind in our soothing hot tub, or challenge your friends & family to a game of foosball or ping pong in the game room. Explore the nearby Cle Elum Lake, Lake Kachess, and the picturesque Yakima River Valley, all just a short drive away, for water play. Back at the mountain retreat, enjoy the outdoor fire pit with plenty of seating, or relax on the porch while taking in the stunning natural surroundings. Due to Resort restrictions, our home does NOT allow our guests access to the Suncadia Pool or Fitness Center. During winter, we offer free snowshoes and snow sleds for our guests, at no extra charge. Not all homes are equal, so if you have any questions, please send me an email. I'm glad to answer any questions.

With free WIFI, washing machine and dryer, and essential amenities like towels, bedding, basic soaps, and hair dryers, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay. We are Open To All and welcome you to stay with us.

Additional amenities to mention: Air Conditioning, Gas Fireplace, heated and carpeted Rec Room (garage), with Ping Pong, Foos Ball, Skee Ball, assorted game balls/bat, putters. We provide 10 sets of Snow Shoes and assorted snow sleds, 8 adult mountain Bikes, 2 youth mountain bikes and 2 small kiddie bikes with training wheels. No additional fees for any of our sports equipment.

We appreciate your trust in us by staying at each of our Suncadia homes this year. Both homes are within walking distance of each other and in the desirable original neighborhoods in the resort. The back patios each have a gas grill, hot tub, fire pit and plenty of seating for your group of 12. Surrounded by tall trees and seeing the occasional roaming deer, your escape to the forest is both rustic and modern at the same time. Lovely home with so many thoughtful additions: bikes with helmets, hiking poles, pantry items, a large Pack and Play! We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit! We would definitely arrange another stay if we’re in the area.

Our playroom, aka garage, if full of fun activities for guests of all ages. Bikes and scooters, foos ball, skee ball and ping pong are available for everyone to enjoy. In winter, we bring out the snow sleds and snow shoes. Every season is unique in Suncadia, and we have you covered for outdoor fun. All of these amenities are included with your stay with us at no additional charges. We provide hot tub towels for your convenience, as well as fleece capes and lots of soft and warm throws to cuddle up in anytime. Thank you for your 10/10 rating of our home in Suncadia Resort, located in Cle Elum, Washington. The area, including Roslyn, is a historic mining town and filled with charm of a Main Street, trails weaving around old mines, downtown filled with stores, shops, coffee shops, and many hometown events like parades and farmer's markets. For travelers living or flying into Seattle, Suncadia is just about a 90 minute drive through the beautiful and scenic Cascade Mountains and Snoqualmie Pass. Come stay with us and explore this region of the great Pacific Northwest. Thank you!

Suncadia has 2 amazing golf courses, and our home is a quick drive to each. Making reservations is always recommended so good for you all with preplanning ahead of time. Even though our guests are not given permission to use the pool at the resort, all other resort amenities are open to all who visit. The Suncadia website is full of information so it's a good idea to learn what awaits you, before leaving home, but if any questions do come up, we are always happy to answer them for our guests. Thank you for your shout out about us being helpful, we really appreciate that. Thank you for staying with us, and for your 10/10 rating!

The house and property are beautiful and well maintained. We had three families and there was plenty of room for all of us. (10 people in total) The house had many amenities that enhanced our stay, such as a great play room with ping pong, bikes, and other things. The kitchen was terrific and we made multiple great meals. The hosts were very accessible and gracious. Overall we had a great time visiting Suncadia and staying in this property!

Not all homes are equal, and when you stay with us, you'll find a home with rugs, interesting wall art and plenty of lamps! The mining theme celebrates the local history of the area, and guest enjoy each room's accents of gold, silver, copper and sapphire. The primary suite is located on the first floor, and upstairs are the junior suite, 2 more bedrooms, and the bunk room that sleeps 4 guests. Suncadia in June is a perfect month to visit, and I'm happy to hear that our home was warm and welcoming for you and your family. The primary bedroom, Sapphire en suite is on the first floor. On the second floor is the Copper junior suite with a queen bed. There are also 2 additional rooms upstairs with queen beds, the Gold Room and the Silver Room. And lastly, there are 2 sets of twin mattress bunk beds, sleeping 4. Congratulations to the bride and groom, and thank you for your 10/10 rating of your stay with us.

We stayed at Suncadia in late July. The property is spotless and provides ample activities and amenities to keep the family entertained. We used the bikes to explore Suncadia, spent an afternoon at Easton Lake nearby which was beautiful, and went to the playground at Nelson Farm. There is also now a grocery store next to the lodge to pick up supplies, along with a coffee shop at the Suncadia Social area. The entire weekend was fantastic. Thank you!

Sounds like you had a fun time in Suncadia, and riding bikes on the quiet streets of the resort is safe, and enjoyable. Suncadia has a parking ordinance and that is the best since the streets are not crowded with parked cars. The weather in Suncadia is just about always great, no matter the season. Good …Clean and well appointed house with plenty of space for 3 couples. My family and I had a great stay and the bikes provided were a big hit! The not great…water pressure in showers was lacking, but minor issue. The fire pit was really nice. Overall very nice place to stay and would highly recommend.

Thank you for your recommendation of our home in Suncadia. Yeah for bikes that are included at no additional cost! I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed the fire pit, which is a relaxing and low key way to catch up with friends and family. It is gas fed, just light the match and turn on the gas. Super simple. Our patio is a favorite of our guests with privacy, plenty of seating, a live gas fed grill, and bubbly hot tub. I understand your comment about water pressure, and since the entire community's water is provided by the same service, all homes in the resort share the same situation. It is adequate, hot and aplenty. Thank you for your 10/10 rating and we invite you back any time.

Thank you for your mention of our amenities in our home in Suncadia. We provide snow shoes and snow sleds in winter, bikes, scooters and helmets year round, and our garage, AKA Game Room, has a ping pong table, Skee Ball game, giant Connect 4, and a foos ball table. Our driveway is spacious and can fit at least 4 vehicles parked on our asphalt surface, which is a requirement in Suncadia. Guests and residents alike enjoy no street parking to keep the roads safe for everyone riding bikes, pushing strollers or walking. Thank you for your 10/10 review of our home!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. This is a great place to relax by the cozy fireplace or take dip in the hot tub. Very clean and well stocked. Had everything we needed. The game room is also a plus!

This was the perfect home for our family vacation! We have staying in many homes in the last few years and this was definitely one of the nicest. The home was so well stocked with everything we needed. It is so nice to have a kitchen with basic spices, coffee filters, cling wrap and foil. Often times we have found knives to be extremely dull and pans that are not in good condition when we rent a home, but everything in the house was in great condition. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, families of wild turkeys and plenty of deer wandering through the property every morning. I had one question for the host and received a very quick reply, the communication with the host was wonderful. I highly recommend this home and would not hesitate to rent it again!

Even though this home is not pet friendly, it's important for all guests to know that Suncadia has a requirement that all dogs be on leash when outside, because of the wildlife. In winter, we provide snowshoes and snow sleds, at no additional charges. Not all rentals in Suncadia are equal, so it's good to know what amenities you get when you select a home. We appreciate your 10/10 RATING, and your trust in us to stay during the very special Christmas holiday. And as it turned out, it was a very white holiday for everyone in Suncadia. We provide a beautifully decorated Christmas tree along with tasteful decor throughout the home. Not all homes are equal, so when you are browsing other homes, take note of lamps, lighting, towels and decorations. All of these items are important to the comfort and coziness of a well cared for vacation rental home. If you're reading this, I invite you to stay with us, we'd love to have you!

We had an amazing stay! The home was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the hosts were incredibly responsive. The game room in the garage was such a fun highlight—everyone loved it!

Thank you for your 10/10 review of our home in Suncadia Resort. The floor plan allows for multi generations to spread out and interact either in a group or privately. We appreciate your shout out regarding the comfortable furniture and clean linens. We provide hot tub towels and the hot tub is a favorite in cold weather. Thank you for your shout out about our home as clean and welcoming. Our cleaning staff is experienced and hard working. Cleaning a large home and doing laundry for 8 beds in between guests departing and arriving is no small feat. Check in and check out hours are set to allow time for the staff to complete the clean so guests arrive to a beautifully clean home. We appreciate all guests prompt departure to make this happen. Our home is well appointed not only with beautiful decor, but also with many small appliances and dishes to accommodate just about any recipe. Thank you for noticing and for your 10/10 rating. We appreciate it!

Perfect family getaway

That's wonderful Jordan! Having the right home for everyone to share takes a little bit of stress away as family gathers and settles in. With amenities that everyone can enjoy, the fire pit, hot tub, bikes, our home is a favorite of many families. And, we do not charge for bikes, they are included at no additional fees. We thoroughly enjoy hosting guests from all over the world and we invite you to check out our home and all of it's amenities.

We hope that you'll consider staying with us in our beautiful luxury mountain home.
The location of our home is set slightly above the street level, on Snowberry Loop. Our home is only a 5 minute drive to the Resort's Lodge, Spa, Restaurants and Golf Courses. Batista Park is our nearby neighborhood park, and only a 3 minute drive. The largest park in the Resort is Dawson Park, a 6 minute drive from our home. All destinations listed are within walking distance using the paved trails and occasional streets.
