Why stay at a hotel when you can feel right at home. Our home is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom ranch home compete with beautiful updated kitchen, granite counter tops and new cabinets and appliances with a well stocked kitchen. The master bedroom has king size bed, first guest room has a queen size bed and third quest bedroom has two twin size beds. The house has WiFi and cable TV. Walk across the street to a quiet beach, canoe launch ONLY, picnic tables, playground for the kids and fishing in the bay.

Perfect location, great house!

The house was spacious, clean, and well maintained. Communication with the property manager was prompt and helpful. Very pleased with everything. We have a family of five, including three people over 6' tall, amd we were comfortable and had plenty of space.

Enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable house . Enjoyed sitting out on back patio. A good location,close to New Port Richey and Tarpon Springs Host terrific. Answered emails quickly . We had a problem with the microwave and she had a new one installed the day after we notified her

Great vacation with family

We had a great time location was great and close to a park that you could walk to to see the water. Only opportunity that would have been nice would be to have WIFI service. If it was offered we couldn't find instructions on how to log in. That was minor though loved the place would stay there again.

Stephanie I am so sorry about the WiFi. The house has WiFi. I will have to find out where the WiFi instructions are. The WiFi is on the modem but if you didn't know to check that out you're right, you would not be able to access WiFi. I truly apologize. I will make sure going forward the WiFi code is easily visible. Thank you again for your feedback. We are so glad you had a great stay. Come on back anytime. Happy New Year.

Great stay!

We had a great experience staying here! The house was cozy, clean and the decor was inviting! Just one issue with the listing was that it said two king sleep number beds but they weren’t sleep number and there was only one king. But it wasn’t a problem. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you Sherri for your great communication!

March Vacation Fun

We had a lovely time at this home, our second time here. There was a glitch getting in but it was straitened out quickly and no harm done. The neighborhood is recovering from the hurricane last year and there was a lot of construction going on so a lot of truck traffic but this house was great and everything is well maintained. There is so much to do in the area from spring training games to the Casco Festival and parade that we had a great time. Many nice restaurants nearby and the home has a really nice grill which we enjoyed a lot. Hope to visit again!

Clean, Cozy, Efficient

This place exceeded our expectations! Some homes have everything yet nothing, but Sherri has carefully thought through every possible need, from bulbs to bowls. The beds, pillows, blankets were top notch and no detail left out. And clean is an understatement. The house was spotless! We had 5 kids from age 4-9 and had a blast with the paddle board at the mini beach across the street. We especially loved Robert R Keys beach just 9 minutes away. Sherri was so prompt in communicating and super kind and accommodating. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, and grocery stores just a mile down the street. We loved it so much we may make it an annual visit!

Winter getaway

We were very pleased with this property. We have stayed in other places in Port Richey but this was the best place yet. Walkable enighborhood with many restaurants and parks close by. We visiteda few beaches, went to baseball games in Dunedin and really had a great time. Sherri was wonderful about answering questions and we had great time. The only negative was the listing said cable tv and that was not the case. It was streaming service and it froze up a lot so that was a bit of a pain. Otherwise, everything was great

Hey there Sandra! Great feedback on the cable. You are right I only had the option to pick cable on the listing but I did just add in an description box - Streaming TV- Roku. I feel bad your shows were freezing. Sometimes that happens because the router needs to be unplugged to reset or several digital devices are being used at one time to that would cause a show to freeze. I am sorry for that inconvenience. Perfect vacation home

The home was better than expected. We had 4 adults and a 23 month old toddler. It was perfect for our stay. The owners were very responsive and went over and above to fill our requests and ensure we had a good time. The only negative was the kitchen wasn’t stocked as well as I hoped. We cook a lot at home rather than eat out. We purchased and left for the a large pot for cooking pasta and a cheese grater. You may want to bring a large fry pan for making eggs and bacon. Also, be sure to bring soap , shampoo and hair dryer as these are not provided. I will definitely rent this home again. Beds and furniture very comfortable!

Home Away From Home

We are very happy with our stay. Everything was perfect for our family. The open floor plan allowed a very spacious living room, kitchen, and dining area. There was plenty of room for our family. The home was very neat and presented well and it was equipped with everything we needed and more. The host was very responsive and helpful. The front porch was perfect to enjoy a warm cup of coffee. The park across the street from the home was a huge plus. The location is far enough away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to other parks on the bayou, bait stores, boat launches, stores, attractions, and more. We took walks around the neighborhood which is all residential and would land back at the park steps away from the home to observe nature and the wildlife surrounding the bayou. We were fortunate enough to witness beautiful sunsets from the park. We would have enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboards if it was just a bit warmer; instead, we rented a boat across from the bayou and enjoyed the local area by boat. Overall, this property is a wonderful vacation rental. I would highly recommend this to others who are considering this home as their "home away from home." We will be back to enjoy our "home away from home."

Geweldig verblijf in Port Richey.

Heel ruim en comfortabel verblijf in Port Richey. We waren met 2 dus voldoende plaats in dit huis waar 6 personen kunnen slapen. Het huis is voorzien van alle comfort, inclusief terras dat in de namiddag heerlijk in de zon ligt. Allles was perfect, heel net en voldoende keukengerief om zelf te koken, wat we ook altijd gedaan hebben. Toch één aanbeveling : de pannen en potten zouden wel van betere - lees zwaardere, zelfs Ikea - kwaliteit mogen zijn. Ze zijn namelijk van de lichtste/goedkoopste soort. Maar het is gelukt. De omgeving van Port Richey biedt vele mogelijkheden om te genieten van de natuur en het water. Wij hebben veel gewandeld in de natuurparken bereikbaar mits een kleine verplaatsing met de auto. Zeker voor herhaling mogelijk!

Amazing property across from the water. Sleep number beds a plus. Lots of games. Plenty of seating bedding , nice grill and access to fishing poles, and paddle boards. Everything and more

Great family reunion

Plenty of space for our sibling reunion and our brother’s family, who live in Tampa, to visit for meals. Enjoyed being able to walk over to the park and enjoy the view of the water and to chat with the fishermen/women.

Great location

This house was great for our family. It is right across the street from a park! All the beds were sooooo comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The house also has a water softener which made it amazing to shower after a long day at the beach.

Perfect location for kayaking

Our family of 6 really enjoyed being so close to the lake. We were able to use our kayaks PLUS the kayak and paddleboard from this property. The house was lovely (the pictures don't do it justice) and Sherri was a great communicator and helped us with pizza place recommendations. Great location.

Absolutely Fantastic

This was a phenomenal place to stay. The property host is on top of it and more than willing to aid with answers to questions. The neighborhood is quiet and off the beaten path. There are SO MANY restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping places nearby. Publix is a few minutes away; Walmart is even closer. US-19 is such easy access, and from there, you can be to a multitude of places north or south. **A neighborhood park is yards away from this property's front door. It has some play structures, gazebos, and a nice view.** The watercrafts that come with the property were lovely to utilize. We walked them to the beach our first night upon arrival because we were so excited to put them to use. The beds are SO comfortable. The primary (spacious) bedroom has its own bathroom. Both bathrooms and tub showers are nice. The decoration is tasteful and well-done. Flooring, artwork, counters, appliances are up to date. The cable TV was great to have as a nightly / rainy day option. There are sitting spaces throughout: comfy places by the TV, Adirondack chairs by a side table, a dining room table for 8, and outdoors in the front + outdoors in the back. Each were nice gathering places. We used the card and board games for fun filler time. Jenga, Phase 10, Uno Flip, Sorry!, Sequence, and more. I liked the added touch of the multi panel sliding door for more of an open air, indoor / outdoor feel. This was the first time I've been in the Port Richey area. I found it nice to be within easy drive distance of activities. Our family went to these places: *North 20 minutes to Sun West Park (beach, Lift Adventure Park inflatable obstacles, wakeboard cable park) $5 parking *North 1 hr 10 min to Get Up & Go Kayaking at Kings Bay Park in Crystal River with clear (see-through) kayaks. Three Sisters Tour. $5 parking *South 45 min to Honeymoon Island. $8 entry per vehicle *South 1 hr 15 min to Clearwater Beach for a dolphin sightseeing tour and walked the gorgeous beach after sunset. This property was the perfect relaxing spot. One day we vegged and felt like vacation relaxation mode really set in. We have two teen kids who appreciated their own separate sleeping spaces. Everyone in our family complimented the space and how the owner does the VRBO hosting job quite well. We would DEFINITELY rent this place again in the future.
