Villa Alamandra is a single family home on Turtle Beach with 180 degree views of the Caribbean and sister island Nevis with it's beautiful 3,000 foot Mt. Nevis 2 miles across the sea. A 2 minute walk will take you to the beautiful and secluded Turtle Beach.

Our living room, dining area, kitchen, and master suite are on the main floor with beautiful natural wood high vaulted ceilings. The veranda and pool are located on the same floor. Gourmet equipped custom all electric kitchen with full size stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Enjoy the view while cooking on the semi circular kitchen island. The dining table seats 6-8.

All bath rooms are equipped with custom vanities and granite counter tops. All 3,300 sq ft of flooring are covered with 18X18 imported Travertine tile. Large master bedroom ( King ) and bath plus 2 large guest bedrooms ( Queen ) all with French doors to veranda and terrace, A/C and fans. Laundry room with A/C. Living room opens to covered veranda by sliding glass wall.

There are four exterior security cameras located at the front door, the parking pad area, down out side steps with view of Nevis and at steps on lower level entrance for your protection.

We are located in the very exclusive Turtle Beach Estates on the SE Peninsula. We are also within walking distance to Cockleshell Beach where you will find, in a more casual setting, the Reggae Beach Bar and Grill, water sport activity center and the Spice Mill Restaurant.

Even the most discriminating guest would find our home exquisite and a vacation to remember. Honeymooners would love our romantic setting and location.

We spent almost the entire month of March at the beautiful Villa Alamandra. The home was as described and the view was absolutely beautiful. We've stayed in many rental homes and the view from this home surpassed everywhere we've ever stayed. It was so fun watching the monkeys while sitting on the veranda. They are very shy and didn't bother us at all. The home was clean and the communication with the owners excellent. The only thing I would like to mention is the walkability of the location. It really is only a short walk to Turtle Beach but the neighborhood very hilly and the roads are very narrow. Definitely a car is needed.

Our group of 6 had a fantastic week! The place is even better than the pictures. Fully stocked, great patio/pool/views, individual bedroom ACs, great restaurants and beaches nearby, and the nicest most responsive hosts. The monkeys never came onto the patio, but it was fun watching them in the far yard. Amazing place - we hope to return!

This house was awesome. From the open floor plans on the main floor that expand directly out onto the veranda and infiniti pool with an absolutely remarkable postcard view of Turtle Bay and the volcano island Nevis. 3 nice rooms all with AC to make sure you sleep cozy too. The full kitchen was a blessing too, to help with easy meals in between island adventures and beach time. The main beach over by Reggae Beach Bar is fantastic. Beautiful blue and calm waters, with tons of additional water sports to add-on if you choose. The food there was very solid (highly recommend their blackened fish sandwich) and dont miss Lobster night on Friday evenings. The only issue on this trip were the amount of sargum algea blooms that completely desimated Turtle Bay Beaches themselves, which made them almost completely unuseable, but thats not the owners fault, and as we know Mother Nature bats .1000, but with Reggea Beach over in Cockshell Bay is just a quick & easy 12 min walk from the villa. All in all though, this villa was outstanding and my wife and I would gladly come back and stay here again!

Spectacular views!

We loved Villa Allamandra! There are spectacular views from the patio and pool area out into the ocean and across the channel to Nevis!We scuba dived, sailed and snorkelled - and the island of St. Kitts is beautiful!The owners were great with communication and the villa was very comfortable for 6 people.

Hillside villa

A spacious and well laid out villa on the side of the hill giving wonderful views over to the island of Nevis. Just loved breakfast on the terrace watching the pelicans dive for fish. Only real negative was the tortuous dirt road to get to Turtle Beach. The hosts were super helpful from the minute we booked. Loved our stay

We had a wonderful time staying at the Villa and visiting St Kitts! We highly recommend a trip to Nevis! We hiked the volcano on St Kitts, took in Lobster Fest at Reggae Beach, dined at Spice Mill, Arthurā€™s, Ship Wreck, Marshallā€™s, and another stop on the Frigate strip. The kitchen at the Villa was perfect for prepping breakfast and lunch and enjoying it on the patio. The views are spectacular! A note - the Saturday morning market is no longer in operation down the road at ā€œCotton Farmā€ (I canā€™t remember the exact name of it right now).

BREATHTAKING VIEWS

This home is OUTSTANDING and the views are absolutely breathtaking! The owner provided excellent suggestions for dinning, sight seeing and shopping. I have rented several VRBO's and Lisl/Buzz are the BEST hosts ever!

Classy Villa, Beautiful Views

Beautiful views, comfortable house, nicely furnished, very clean and well equipped. Our stay here was short (2 days), after staying at another villa, but we really enjoyed our time here. The owners were very nice and helpful on our arrival. We would definitely recommend Villa Alamandra.

Great location

The views from the villa were exceptional. We loved the secluded beaches near the villa. They provided exactly what we wanted on this family Christmas vacation. Spent most of our days snorkeling and swimming. Our grandchildren are young so keep in mind your expectations. We feel we stayed on the best end of St. Kitts.

the property certainly was consistent with the pictures and representation in the listing - but Iā€™d say the best part of this rental was the communication with the owners before and during the stay - they offered lots of recommendations, which were super helpful as we had not been to St Kitts before, and they were very responsive when I reached out at any point before or during the stay. I definitely recommend this property and owner.

We had an amazing stay at this villa. The property owners, Buzz and Lisl, were so wonderful with communication and giving us helpful information for our stay. The Villa was as advertised and had spectacular views!! The only thing that couldā€™ve been better was if I booked a second week! You will not be disappointed with this property!

We have traveled the world and sailed to many of the Caribbean islands but fell in love with Turtle Beach on St. Kitts. Although our children are on their own, they take any opportunity to visit us on Turtle Beach.
