This is the 8th house from the beach! This recently renovated unit is across from the beach block - there are 7 houses on the beach block. There is a partial view of the ocean and boardwalk from the living area.
A couple of blocks away, you can enjoy movies on the beach, free concert bands and food trucks - and the weekly Farmers Market at the local church parking lot. This is a 1500 square foot unit which sleeps up to 8 people and has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a dining room, living room, full kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, all amenities), laundry room with washer/dryer, air-conditioning units, off-street parking, TVs, DVD player, Wifi, and 4 courtesy beach tags to use. There is a shared deck (both units have access to the deck which has a patio set/BBQ grill to enjoy the nice summer breeze and an outdoor shower)

Short walking distance to everything - you can park your car and never get back in it for a week! Ventnor is full of charm & a great family friendly town for your summer vacation. You will love our location in one of the most desirable part of Ventnor. In addition to being steps to the sand dunes, this unit is within walking distance to surf shop, Walgreens, beauty/nail salons, yoga class, church, synagogue restaurants, markets and ice-cream shops. Ride bikes to tennis courts, basketball courts, pickle ball, pier. The Ventnor City Cultural Art Center is right up the street and has restrooms, showers and a playground for the kids! 5 minute drive to nightlife and casinos.

Driving Distance and Day Trips: For the kids: spend a day on rides/pier on the Ocean City Boardwalk or Atlantic City Pier; ride the tram cars in Wildood or take the Cape May Lewe's Ferry to Delaware and shop at their outlet stores tax free!
15 minutes to clean and fun Storybook Land; visit the Atlantic City Aquarium; or Cape May zoo

Spend the day sight seeing in New York City and take a train/bus back to Atlantic City. Visit the museums and historical monuments (i.e. liberty bell) in Philadelphia. Have a spa day at Red Door or Blue Mercury Spa, while your husband golfs at one of the many golf courses in the Atlantic County area.

At night, enjoy dinner at one of the fine-dining establishments on the Absecon Island or a kid-friendly restaurant such as the Greenhouse deck in Margate.

My friend and I booked this place last minute and it was perfect. We checked in without any issue, the place was modern, clean and neat. The host was very communicative, location was great (easy walk to beach/boardwalk, coffee, breakfast, etc), and good amenities. Overall a great stay!

The home is located right down the street from the beach. Perfect location to beach and downtown shops and food. All within walking distance. Host went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. We will def stay again if we return to the area.

Quick and easy

Hopped on VRBO and was on the beach within days with this nice spot a block away. Owner super responsive and beach wasn’t crowded at all. Perfect getaway…

Great access to Ventnor beach & restaurants

We've rented here 3 years in a row. Super convenient (close to stores as well) & great hosts to deal with. It's an older property with various updates. Carport is a plus as the area has limited street parking.

Wonderful Home and Haospitable Host

Close to the beach, spacious, clean, and comfortable. What else culd you ask for in a beach vacation home. Eileen was a great host and we truly enjoyed everyday of our week at her beach home. You cnanot beat the close proximity to the beach and the house had a lot to offer in space and comfort. It was a great vacation and I would highly recommend Eileen's beach house in Ventnor.

Amazing location just one block from the beach. Home was incredibly well stocked with paper goods, cleaning products, soaps, and shampoos, and all those disposable kitchen accessories that one often has to purchase. The kitchen also was extremely well equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.Comfortable beds and furniture. Great TVs and the owners were a pleasure to work with for the very few and very minor issues that came up. We hope to return next summer.

Excellent stay

Excellent, well-maintained and clean property one block from the beach. The living room and dining room had plenty of space and light. There is full Comcast cable available on the living room tv and streaming services available on tvs in both bedrooms. The host respond to questions promptly. We would gladly stay here again.

Awesome Experience

This property was in a fantastic location 1 block from beach within walking distance of Walgreens, liquor stores, restaurants, & small convenience stores. The hosts were wonderful and really cared about the quality of our visit. They were extremely responsive to our requests for things we needed. We can't wait to return next summer!!!

Wonderful property. Terrific location.

Property as described. Great home a block from the beach and around the corner from Ventnor restaurants and stores. Home had everything we needed. Looking forward to renting again next summer. Was looking forward to my week at the beach for months and was not disappointed! Host was extremely responsive and friendly whenever I had any questions along the way. Great experience.

Ventnor shore house

Location is great, easy walk to the beach, drugstore & liquor store. Handy to have carport parking space as on street parking can be tough at times. BRs are spacious, as is DR & LR, but 2nd BA is cramped. Kitchen ok. Communication with owner was very good. Extra beach chairs a plus.

The shore escape

Eileen and Chuck were such gracious hosts. They were very easy to contact with questions and their response was quick. The unit was very clean and spacious and convenient to the beach. I highly recommend it.

large and close to the beach

This place was very large, for two people we could really spread out. There is a quality washer and dryer in the common basement which was great. The covered off street parking is especially nice for Ventnor City, we were able to do some day trips and not have to worry about finding street parking, I can only imagine this would be more valuable during the high season.

Ventnor Getaway

My family had a great week! The weather was beautiful and we got to enjoy the beach everyday. It was very convenient to just cross the street and be steps away from the beach! Eileen was wonderful and answered any questions we had in a very efficient manner. The home was very clean and spacious. We’d love to return in the future!

Great Location but Worn

This property was a great location just a block from the beach. The owner was also very helpful. Unfortunately there was a storm which took out the internet and cable the week we were there - the owner brought us a DVD player and DVDs which was nice. My only complaint was that it was a bit worn which made it seem overpriced - it could use a coat of paint everywhere, kitchen updated, wood floors patched a little better in spots. We were also charged extra for having a 5th person even though 3 were small children. It seemed a bit ridiculous to be charged extra for this. But it was a great location and since we have young kids, we didn't need anything fancy. Walking only a block to the beach was a giant plus.

Great location, steps away from boardwak & beach.

NIce, clean unit, well maintained. Close to beach, boardwalk, casinos, restaurants and markets. Right across from library. Unit has 2 brm & 2 bath with large dining room and living room, full kitchen washer and dryer, outside shower, large patio with bbcue & a carport. Great for families. Swim, bike, jog in the boardwalk, relax on the beach during the day. Go and have fun in the casinos at night. Walk to Ventnor Ave for various restaurants or cook out in the patio most nights. Very nice accommodating owner. Will be back next year. Will bring other family & friends for the top unit.

Great Stay, Great Location

My family had a great week in Ventnor. We saw a free movie on the beach and my wife and I listened to one of the free concerts. There is a great local meat market on the corner and some really cute restaurants. I would recommend staying here. The place was clean and comfortable, plus the owner was really nice and accomodating. My wife and I already talked about bringing the kids back next year.

Wonderful place to stay

This home was comfortable, roomy and very accommodating. It had 2 full baths plus an outdoor shower which was great for having multiple people there. It just had everything, a full use kitchen and a washer and dryer in the basement. It's also a barefoot walk from the beach. <3 <3 <3
