Welcome to Redwood Lodge, a three story, seven bedroom home located near Snow Summit and a short drive to the Village and local shopping centers.

The family room area offers a great place to relax on comfy seating. Enjoy a nice fire in the wood burning fireplace, or watch your favorite show or movie on the large Flatscreen TV.

The kitchen and dining area offer all basic amenities. The dining table has seating for six. The kitchen provides a fridge/freezer, gas range/oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a standard coffee maker provided.

Down the hall from the living are two bedrooms, both offering a twin bed. There is a full bath off the hallway. There is a third room with an air hockey table.  Upstairs in the middle level are three bedrooms, two offering a Queen bed and the third offering a Twin. There is a full bath off the hallway.

On the top floor there are two bedrooms, one offering a Queen bed and the second offering two twins. There is a full bath off the hallway. With multiple decks, you can enjoy the nice wooded view. Out back, you can grill on the propane barbecue.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
