The previous 3 bedroom was renovated into a 2 large bedroom home, featuring the updated kitchen and baths in a beautiful, peaceful setting. The completely walled/hedged backyard creates great privacy. Perfect desert getaway for couples or small groups. Across the street is Demuth Park, with great trails and biking...just 2 miles to Downtown Palm Springs, for fun shopping and dining.
The space
Welcome to our lovely home! From the private front yard, you enter the home to find a comfortable living room/dining room area with cathedral ceilings, and all the creature comforts with modern amenities you'll need to make your stay in Palm Springs a wonderful one. The updated kitchen and modern bathrooms will impress with comfortable furnishings, and thoughtful touches throughout the home. Guests will enjoy the luxurious bath/body/hair products from Molton Brown, and the Aesop and Pecksniff's hand soaps.
What was originally a 3 bedroom home is now with 2 bedrooms, creating a large 2nd bedroom with a sitting area/workspace. In the guest bedroom, there’s a new 24” USB-C monitor where you can plug your laptop in to do work anytime you need! The master bedroom opens out to the backyard and pool.
Both bedrooms have quality linens, a queen mattress in the guest suite, a king mattress in the main bedroom, and pillows to ensure a luxurious and comfortable stay.
Casa Mesquite is outfitted with smart TVs, all equipped with Roku for your convenience (55” in the living room, 43” in the master and 32” in the guest bedroom), a robust Wi-fi, and a Sonos sound system in each room.
Outdoors, you'll enjoy multiple seating areas on the pool deck for sunbathing or lounging with a glass of wine under the stars. The entire area is 100% private, thanks to the thick bottle brush hedge surrounding the parameter. There is also an outdoor teak dining table for dining al fresco.
A Weber BBQ grill is available for your use.
There is an LG washer and dryer for your use in a laundry room attached to the garage.
Pool and spa heating: Pool heating (available October through May) is $75/day or $500/week.
Additional guest fees: If the guest requests additional occupants, the change in reservation fee is an extra $50/day.
Please note a one-time cleaning fee is additional. Sorry, no pets allowed and not safe for children under 12 years old. 11.5% (12.5% after 7/1/2021) city taxes are additional and added during check out.
Palm Springs City ID# 3529
Per city ordinance #2705 - a government issued ID is required to rent the property. A singed rental contract is also needed and kept on file with the city during your stay.
