But between your trips, there's plenty of room to flop down on the living room sofas, and each bedroom is carefully curated for comfort. You'll love the private amenities in this condo, like the private washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and the full kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and full-size appliances. Of course, classic beach home decor (including beadboard and Adirondack-style chairs) will truly make everyone feel at home. In addition to everything at the condo, guests will enjoy access to a beach private to this resort during their stay. That's in addition to the shared pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and fitness room!

Super clean condo with a great view.

We loved staying at mainsails. This is our second time staying on this property and both times have been excellent. The condo was spacious and very clean when we arrived with an awesome view of the water! The mattress in the master bedroom needs updated but other that we loved this place!

Relief after holidays.

We had a wonderful stay, view of beach and ocean was much enjoyed. The guard/gate at entrance made us feel very safe. But the kitchen needs a new skillet. 😀

Great place to stay

This property was clean and perfectly placed. The only thing about this property was the master headroom mattress needs replaced! Big lump in the middle of the bed and two spots worn!!! But other than that…perfect!

Nice Condo

The view and modern furnishings were nice. Missing some items in the kitchen, only a few forks and no potholders found. Master bed mattress is fairly worn and the fitted sheets came off multiple times a night as they seemed too small. Overall loved our trip to Mainsail.

Great stay!

We love staying at Mainsail! This is a nice unit with a good location! Nice view of the beach and close to elevator / open air stairs that take you to the beach! Bring some extra eating utensils and maybe some oven mitts if you plan on eating in. Send someone up to try the door when you get there. Looks like others have had our experience of having the first code not work. Otherwise, great visit to Mainsail and Miramar Beach! We will be back!

Great view

Nice place. We had a few issues getting in condo code didn’t work but we called and after several people got in. You need coffee filters, beach towels. No hangers fyi. Air only set as low as 72, that could be issue in summer.

Amazing view

Everything went very smoothly for our time at Mainsail. The condo was a bit dated and it would be nice to have some common condiments/cooking basics (oil, salt, and pepper). The view was breathtaking and the immediate access to the beach was unbeatable. The internet connection was slow and dropped quite often. Since I needed to work while there, this was an issue for me. Otherwise, the stay was amazing. The parking was far from the actual unit, but since you can unload close to the elevator, this wasn't an issue at all. I would 100% recommend this unit and return given the chance.

Overall great stay with a few complaints.

The condo unit was amazing, amazing view, tons of space and plenty of seating for our family of 6! The kitchen was functional but definitely needs more utensils, plates and cups and some of the utensils, especially the one spatula, were still dirty. We found out it was probably because the dishwasher does basically nothing. We loved the fact that they don't ask you to do 100 things before you leave like most places. The beach access and pool were perfect, hot tub was really nice and hot! The condo is in a great location with lots of shopping and restaurants right there close, but access coming in and going out are kinda tricky! Our one major complaint was how the condo gives way too much preferential treatment to owners. Only owners can park in the front by the rooms, everyone else has to park back in the parking garage, so then most of the owners spots are sitting empty because they're not there, their rooms are being rented out by us! The worst part was every front row beach chairs were reserved for owners!! We paid a lot of money to rent our room and then we have no good choice of beach chairs, and the owners of our room aren't there anyway! So again, most of the front row sit empty everyday because their units are being rented out. Just didn't seem right.

Location is amazing

First, let me say the location was perfect! We had 2 young teenage girls along with 3 other kids and I picked this location purposely so we could see them on the beach from our room. The view was fantastic. This was probably one of the best stocked condos we've stayed in as it had a crock pot, colander, lots of utensils. However, we did have 7 people and there were only 7 plates, 7 bowls, minimal dining utensils, etc so we had to either wash after every meal or run the dishwasher (that leaks a little on the floor so watch out!) Also would be nice to have an ice cream scoop and pizza pan. Some of the utensils were melted or cut into as well, so maybe a refreshing of the stock would be good. The space was excellent and we loved that they had the washer/dryer, large living room with plenty of seating, decent deck. Also included 3 boogie boards and you could check tennis and shuffleboard equipment during the day. The game room was dumb, almost all just grab games, only 2 actual video games. The heated pool was nice. Now the not so great...wifi was very spotty and not on a password protected network. This made it very difficult as my husband had to work from the condo. The first night the wifi didn't work because we were told MSL 133 one day and MS 132 the next even though our room was 133. The day we checked in, we didn't have any linens for the pull out couch and since we had 4 girls and a boy, the boy slept on the pull out with no linens except some pillows we gave up from our bed. Parts of the bunk bed were broken, there were large wet stains in the kid bunk bed room, and one of the shelves in the fridge were broken as well. We tried to contact vacasa, but I sat on hold for over 1.5 hours before I gave up (this was on a Sunday.) I was finally able to get a hold of someone Monday by text and they sent someone over, just to give us linens. Also, beware, beach service is NOT included with this room as was advertised. I went down early the first morning, and found out from the guy setting up that if we got beach service, we could take 2 chairs from the u-shape being set up, the line of chairs are for owners. No problem...set up there and hung out till the kids came down. We were probably there till around 2pm, with a ton of stuff since I had 5 kids with me, when someone came over checking to make sure we got beach service. I told her our unit number and she said we don't get it. I showed her that it was included in our reservation and she said sorry, we weren't on the list, but she wouldn't make me pay or move since we had so much stuff around. But did let me know we would have to pay the next day. We drove down and could have brought stuff, but didn't because we were promised this in the reservation. Again, got a hold of someone by text and they said they were under the assumption we got it, but maybe something changed. She said she would bring us 2 chairs and an umbrella for the rest of the week. She did, but the umbrella was so thin you could see through it, plus then we were not allowed to set up by the ocean, but had to go behind the beach service chairs. Was NOT happy about this since I am a redhead and cannot be in the sun (have had skin cancer already--so really needed the shade) and could not watch the kids properly in the water because I was behind everyone else. This was one of the huge selling points between this place and others when I booked. Hope they do better for future customers.

Miramar Beach

The proximity to the beach is great. Down the elevator and in less than 2 minutes your feet are in sand . The unit was clean with a great view . It is surrounded by beautiful homes . You must eat at Fat Clemens’s up the street if you go . I was disappointed that the wifi did not work . We tried to resolve with staff but they could not help . Parking is not directly at unit , that would have been nice . Overall it’s a great place to stay .

Perfect condo for us! The best location for easy and fast access to the beach. Beautiful view of the beach from the room/balcony. The condo was extremely clean and well kept. HIGHLY recommending especially for being so reasonably priced. Greatly appreciated having the spice rack in the kitchen!! We will definitely be back!

Nice play to stay in great location

We were pleased with the ocean view and cleanliness of this condo. Large fans were provided in addition to ceiling fans. Beds were comfortable with plenty of sleeping room for our family of 5. Definitely would recommend.

Nice and clean

We enjoyed our stay in Mainsail 133. It was very clean and well maintained. Very close to the beach access and very family friendly. There were 6 in our party and we were very comfortable. We are already looking to stay again next year!

Definitely would stay again!

This rental was in a great location. It was inviting and very spacious for our family of 5. It had a great view with outside seating for 5. The fenced in pool area was nice with plenty of seating. The pool was only 5ft deep, which I prefer. The beach service was “first come first serve”for visitors, but we never had any issues getting seating, The beach service workers were very nice and polite. The beach is private and never was over crowded during Memorial Day weekend. I would highly recommend this stay. When we come back, I would choose this stay again.
