The location is excellent and very quiet.The villa had everthing one would need on a relaxing vacation. The patio area is a plus.The management team was great on communication and many thoughful amenities in the unit upon arrival.We would definitely return!

Amazing stay!

Everything was exactly as it showed on line. Check in was super easy. The property was perfect for a family of 4. superclean!! Easy walk to the beach. We had a great stay!

Annual 4th Family Vacation

Property is exactly as described. The unit was nicely decorated and stocked well. We enjoyed having a grill on the patio. We spent most of our time on the beach so we did not use the pool but it was conveniently located. We enjoyed our stay!

Great experience

Our family came down for a vacation. Place was clean. Very easy to rent. Everything was clean. Condo looks like the pictures. Location was good. Close to beach, Coligny and the Lowcountry Celebration Park which is great for kids.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at other units here, and this ranks at the top. Close to everything to ride your bike. We did have a couple of issues (internet/tv) when we arrived, but called and maintenance was there within 15 minutes. Excellent service.

Lovely Home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband, son, and I stayed here for a week while on Hilton Head during the summer. We really appreciated all of the thoughtful touches throughout the house. There were USB/plug in boxes for charging our phones in both bedrooms and in the living room. The beds were very comfortable. The location was great, just a short walk to Coligny Park and a short drive to anywhere else on the island. Prior to our stay, I asked the host if there were any reading lamps because I read to my son at night and she said no. But she had made sure to put one in the second bedroom for us anyways! The washer and dryer were nice so we could wash our towels (there are like 6 beach towels and 4-5 sets of regular towels). There were some beach chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon out front that were very helpful. Although the umbrella was broken, we still made it work. I also noticed a nice yeti cooler in the closet by the front door, and I also took advantage of the broom to sweep up all the dirt/sand we brought in. The only comment I would make is the shower in the master bath doesn’t have much pressure, and if you’ve ran the washer and/or the second shower, you can lose hot water pretty quick. Overall a wonderful stay, and we would be happy to stay again if we ever decide to return to Hilton Head!

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and I think we picked the absolute perfect place to stay . The property was VERY clean and appointed with EVERYTHING we could need - in fact we brought far too much stuff with us. The walking distance to the beach is 5 to 10 minutes (maybe a little longer if you have to deal with strollers etc.) but for us 2 adults a 16 and 8 year old the walk really was exactly between 5 to 10 minutes. The pool was clean and not very busy so great for the kids to give the adults a little peace at times. In the evenings it was easy to walk (or bike) to the Coligny center with lots of restaurants and gift shops etc. We rented bikes through Pelican - no hassle delivery and pickup and bike were in perfect condition. In writing this I'm trying to think of something I didn't like, I can't - really zero issues. We were contacted by the host to tell us the location was ready a little early and the couple of other times I contacted them (to say we had arrived and to say we have left) their replies were pretty much instant - so I can safely say if we had had an issue then the response would have been good. OK - I thought of something (and maybe it's something I missed) but the listing for the property didn't seem to include everything that was included for the beach (not sure if that was on purpose) - there was a cooler, cart, beach chairs, umbrellas, bucket and spade - everything (towels were mentioned in the listing). So it's a positive negative :-) Bottom line - I would have ZERO hesitation in recommending this to anyone knowing they would have an excellent time at this location. Thank you to the host for an excellent vacation!

Reviewer Comments: Everything was great except for the furnace motor not working for at least 1 night. Issue was promptly addressed the next day after discovering the issue, but having no A/C overnight when it was 95 degrees during the day was not ideal.
