This property was ideal for our multigenerational family group. We stayed for a week in July, and the grandparents had the very large bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the main floor, while my husband, daughter, and I had the whole upstairs to ourselves with two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a lovely screened-in porch. The house had everything we needed for the week, from a fully stocked kitchen to linens, towels, and even a water dish for our dog. The location is great, very quiet but with easy access to restaurants and amenities in Southwest Harbor and beyond. We explored Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor, and other parts of the island. One thing to note is that the house has a spiral staircase to access the upstairs, though this was not a problem for us, as it is a very sturdy staircase with a railing. The house itself is very comfortable, with a large dining room table for meals and games and a big couch and chair in the living room. The hosts made themselves very accessible, though we didn't need much from them since there is a binder of information just inside the front door. 10/10, we would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again if/when we return to Acadia.
