BEAUTIFUL 2019 LAKESIDE CLASSIC HOME! Golf Cart Included April-November!

After renting in Lakeside for many years, my family had the opportunity to build the home of our dreams!

Beautiful, filled with light, and perfect for families of all sizes and ages, our home has an open first floor with both a large wrap around porch and an enclosed porch. Master bedroom with ensuite bath is located on first floor. Laundry room and half bath on first floor as well. The kitchen is spacious, well equipped, and has plenty of counter space to prepare meals to be served in the dining room or on the porch. Additional seating for three is available at kitchen bar. There is both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. A variety of coffee is provided including K-Cups. paper products including paper towels, toilet paper and napkins are included. In addition, both laundry and dish detergent is supplied. Please bring your own toiletries.
The living room offers two sofas, one of which is a queen sleeper, and a 54" smart tv with cable and internet provided. The second floor has three additional bedrooms and two full baths, one with a tub/shower combo. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed while the third bedroom has a double bunk bed with a pull out twin bed. The home has central air and ceiling fans throughout. Both the screened in porch and the wrap around porch are favorite gathering places and offer plenty of seating. 2021 EZGO Golf Cart for 4 is included from April 1 - November 30. We love our home and hope that all guests will treat the home as if it were their own!

The Memorial Garden is across the street and there are walking trails that can be easily accessed. There is a charcoal and a gas grill available for cook outs. Play a game of corn hole in the large front yard as a set is included. Pickle ball courts, tennis courts, and the new aquatic and wellness center are all a short walk from our home. Should you desire to check out the area, there is an abundance of activities for the entire family. Ferry service runs daily between Port Clinton and both Kelly's Island and Put-in-Bay, and Cedar Point Amusement Park is in the nearby city of Sandusky. Marblehead Lighthouse is a short drive from Lakeside and worth a visit.

PLEASE NOTE! Lakeside Chautauqua is a gated community from Memorial Day through Labor Day and gate fees for both you and your car are charged and NOT included in the rental fee. Please visit the website lakesideohio.com to learn all that Lakeside offers along with rules, regulations and fees associated with staying within the gates. In addition, you will need to bring your own linens/towels. Lakeside Linen Supply is happy to provide linens for your stay should you desire.

Check in is after 3pm and check out is by 10 am. We require a 7 day, Saturday to Saturday stay from June- August 2025. Otherwise a 2 day minimum is required.
