Charming 4 Bedroom Cottage in Lakeside w/ 4 person golf cart and linens

This charming 4 bedroom cottage has been updated and well maintained. The front porch sun room is a perfect place to relax. The first floor has an open floor plan with brand new floors. 2 cute bedrooms upstairs have double beds, 1 has a queen mattress (new for summer 2024!) and the 4th has two twin beds. Please note, the 4th bedroom can only be accessed through bedrooms 2 and 3. Both floors have large, updated full bathrooms. Window AC units throughout. Unlike most lakeside properties, linens and one bath towel per guest are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Property includes a 4 person golf cart. Great location close to everything in Lakeside!

We hope you love our cottage and the lakeside experience as much as we do! Lakeside is a gated community and has a daily admission charge and parking charge from Memorial Day to Labor Day for ages 13 and older. This is not included in your VRBO stay and must be purchased online or at the gates before entering. This includes access to the lakeside pool, beach, baby pool, splash pad, educational lectures, exercise classes, entertainment and more! There are tons of adult and children activities planned all summer long.

Lakeside is a dry community with no alcohol sold within the gates. Unlike other lakeside properties, linens and bath towels are provided. We will have one bath towel provided per guest. Please bring your own beach towel.

We stayed here with our daughters ages 3, 2, and infant and loved it! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The golf cart was so helpful and location was great. Ashley was very communicative and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is our second year staying at this property. It is wonderful! It has everything that we need for our large group of 8. We never feel crowded. The screened in porch is our favorite spot in the house! Ashley is also so easy to work and communicate with.

Great stay for my family

This was the perfect house for my family. My 6 and 9 year old loved the bunk bed room. There was also a pack n play, high chair, and kid dishwear. The golf cart was a nice bonus. Great location to walk to the lake and downtown lakeside area. House had everything we needed!

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful time. The home had everything we needed, and the location was wonderful. The front porch is the perfect spot for reading. We feel truly relaxed and refreshed after our stay, and we will definitely book again.

Lakeside Charm

This home was even better than pictures portrayed and there seems to be no bad spot in Lakeside. The house had all of the amenities, including the golf cart. We loved relaxing on the front porch each morning and again in the evening. Would stay again for sure!

Lovely cottage

We so enjoyed our stay! Ashley is a great communicator. I would definitely recommend this cottage. It is important to know that the bunk bed room can only be accessed through another bedroom. Ashley did specify this in the listing.

Perfect for two families with kids

Loved our stay - kitchen is well equipped, especially with kid safe plates and utensils. Front porch is a wonderful hang out spot. Beds and pillows are comfortable, AC works well. Golf cart was a perfect inclusion with the house. Only downside was the room with the bunk beds does not have darkening curtains which made for 5 early risers with the sun!

Great place to stay in Lakeside

We enjoyed our stay at the Four Leaf Clover! The house was exactly as listed and in the photos. The golf cart was a huge winner with the kids (and adults) and we used it constantly so I couldn't imagine spending the week without it. The full sized beds 'technically' can sleep 2 but they are of course just full beds so just be sure to consider that with the size of your group. Definitely would recommend or stay here in the future.

Fantastic week

This is our second time staying in this house and it is perfect for us. We are a family of 5 and there is plenty of room. Two full baths is a huge bonus. The house is always clean. The golf cart is such a nice bonus. Communication with the owners is very easy. Highly recommend this rental.

The Four Leaf Clover

The cottage was wonderful. Plenty of bedrooms and space for family time and relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and the location is awesome! It is close and walkable to shopping, dining, the lake and pier, kiddie pool, splash pad, play ground and mini golf. Having the linens supplied and the golf cart available was so nice and convenient! The golf cart allowed us to get the grandkids to the aquatic and wellness center and the farmers market. Ashley responded quickly to all of my questions prior to our visit. Truly, an amazing vacation!

THE BEST Lakeside Experience

Ashley’s house is perfect for your Lakeside stay. We’ve been coming to Lakeside for a decade, spending a week each year - usually in a different house. This experience is our best yet. The house has everything you could want - plenty of space for family to gather, lots of room for sleeping and all of the extras - great A/C, equipped kitchen, grill, AND the golf cart!!Beyond that, after years of bringing our our linens and making runs to the Lakeside rubbish site at the end of the week, we were THRILLED to have a house that took care of linens for us and had simple, quick, and sensible checkout instructions. No rubbish runs, no strippings sheets, just a brilliant end to a fantastic week.We have been spoiled by Ashley and her team - can’t wait to secure our spot for next year!

Great time great place

Place was very nice. Decorated very cute! Golf cart had Led lights which was a huge hit with the kids. Loved having plenty of towels and linens. The girls took over the porch bedroom and loved it. Also loved that you had places to hang clothes and hang towels. The toilet paper and paper towels were also very helpful. Ashley was great and got back to us immediately when we had a a shower problem which wad fixed the next day. Would definitely rent this cottage again!!!

Comfortable cottage

Cottage was very nice with all the amenities, very clean and comfortable. Communication was good with owners and we would definitively recommend property for a nice stay in that area. Would caution there is a slightly expensive gate fee daily for every car/ and guests staying at the property that covers some of the gated communities activities which seem to be quite a few things to do in that gated area if wanting that. Ask for brochure to explain them. We were only there for stay in very nice cottage to do activities outside of the community so fee caught us off guard. Other than that very pleasant stay!

Great Little Getaway

This is our first time being in Lakeside during the busy season ( usually come in the off season) The house was conveniently located near the entrance and not too far from the lake or town. The home was clean and well stocked with basic supplies. We had to turn the ac units on when we arrived but we were comfortable within a decent amount of time. Our kids loved having their own play room to sleep in. It did get a little warm during the day so we had to have their naps in a different room. Overall we were all cozy and comfortable and it fit our group of adults kids toddlers and infants just right. The front sun room was perfect for morning coffee and the golf cart was an absolute must for us so we were happy to have that. Then host was quick to respond to our messages and we had good communication if we had any questions. There is definitely much thought and consideration to the guest that stay, especially with kids and we plan on renting again.

Excellent

Our stay in Lakeside was only for 4 nights, and we regret not staying the full week. We have taken some really nice vacations with our kids and they agreed this was their favorite one. The house was perfect and in a great location. Ashley was very responsive with any questions we had. The golf cart was great. Check-in/out was super easy. Beds were comfortable. My 12/13 year old daughters loved with second floor porch bedroom. We all look forward to staying here again in the future!
