We offer our Hale to you to enjoy the benefits of staying in one of the largest Apts. in our surrounding location, right in the Heart of Waikiki.
Our large open floor plan is fabulous featuring a living/dining room combo. All 1-bedroom apartments. have a private lanai for your enjoyment.
Enjoy a fully furnished kitchen for cooking including a refrigerator, oven and gas range, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Also provided are pots/pans, plates, dishes, utensils, and glassware.
The Apt. has A/C, floor-to-ceiling windows, and ceiling fans. Apt. is outfitted with a flat-screen TV and remotes.
On-site coin-operated Laundry facilities are located on every other floor of our building for your convenience.
Parking is based on availability, and we offer the best daily rate in town at $12 p/night. Please let us know in advance if you are in need of parking.
Check-In and Check-Out times are better than a Hotel! Check-in at 3:00 pm and Check-out at 12:00 Noon. No Worries about Contactless checking in and checking out, we will have instructions for checking in and out of your Apt. using our convenient Lock-box system. Any booking over 180 nights may incur additional charges.

This unit is in an older but well kept building. We appreciated the dish soap, paper towells, hand soap, beach chair, and beach towells that were in the unit. The kitchen was well equipped with fairly new microwave, coffee maker, toaster and hot pot. The only issue we encountered was that water in the kitchen never got hotter than luke warm for dishwashing so had to heat water in the hotpot. Overall we had a very good stay--location was great.

Our building is a landmark in Waikiki for more than 30 years, receiving happy visitors year after year.
We have older customers and young ones as well. Your dad picked a unit that caters to the older generation.
It was his choice and you had a large apartment all to yourself with a view of the Manoa valley from the balcony since your dad decided not to come. We hope that next time you will have a more positive outlook and will be happy to return here to our beautiful island.

Beach Life
Once I figured out how to use the TV and elevator everything was great. Now I was there the end of March and most of April. Did not hear all the noise that might be there in the summertime. Come 10pm it was quiet. A couple of grocery or convenience stores really close by made it it easy to keep the frig stocked. The condo was clean. Had no problem with the ac as another jerk mentioned.

What I expected for the price. Good size unit.
Given the price I expected a clean unit that needed upgraded (it's not the Ritz at this price) and that's what you will get). For a minimum 30 day stay unit I expected some cleaning supplies. Dish soap was all that was supplied. Some little things I feel were missing and I talked to the property manager about. Hopefully they take them to heart and make the changes. The people I talked to at the company were very nice. Pretty good location. A short walk to Kuhio St. Lots of restaurants close by. No real complaints at all.

Thank you for the Review. We provide turn-key furnished apartments for a longer period of stay in Hawaii. We are not a hotel accommodation. We are not a Bed and breakfast, nor an Airbnb type of rental either.
The site used to call "home away from home".
You probably stayed the first time in a "home away from home" type of rental such as ours having hotel hospitality types of expectations, such as coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc
You have to have your own supplies for the rest of your stay just like when you are at your home.
We supply hand soap and dishwasher liquid for our tenants, 2 large trash bags in each trash tray, 1 roll of paper towels, and 2 rolls of toilet paper when you move in.
For the cleaning, supplies we provide a small vacuum cleaner, a broom, and a dustpan, a Swiffer. or a mop.
We do not operate as Hotel or regular vacation rentals. We appreciate your suggestions to improve the first impressions. We are considering your insight.

A great little spot near the heart of Waikiki
This location is perfect. However there are some issues with it.
1) Lack of air conditioning - This is not usually an issue as there is a strong breeze if you're at the right floor. The ac provided for the unit is probably older than me and works just about as well (that is to say not at all).
2) This one is outside of their control. Because it is close to a lot of stuff in Waikiki there is a TON of noise at night. Including wailing drunks, fighting drunks, reving engines, loud music from vehicles. The tenets in the building and surrounding buildings are very well behaved and are not a source this night time cacophony.
3) The elderly owner is a sweet heart and truly a wonderful person to interact with.
4) No parking space! Kinda a bummer but I suspect if you talk to them it can be arranged. Call them!
5) The unit is a very dated. If you do plan on cooking in the unit it can be a little difficult as the cutlery is very dated and cheap to boot.
That said with some minor improvements this unit could be a 5/5 in regards to price and location. As it stands you will have a good time and enjoy your stay but I give it 4/5. Mahalo!

The 604 Apartment has window air conditioning, we just tried it after reading your comments and it is quite powerful.
Maybe you guys did not know there is a safety button on the electrical plug itself that has to be pushed in to turn the AC on. Otherwise, it won't work.
The AC is about a year old and works like a charm in the living room and cools the air in a matter of minutes.
We are thinking of having a small one in the bedroom as well.
We certainly will check the cutlery, and make sure the next tenant is comfortable cooking with it.
We have parking spaces available, it cost $12.00 a day.
You should just have asked for it and once it's paid, we would have assigned you a parking stall.
Waikiki is actually noisier on the main avenues, where the major traffic takes place at night.
Thank you very much for coming here and spending some time in a historical building, such as ours. We do our best on a daily basis to keep up with everything and maintain safety for our tenants.
We appreciate your input as well as room for improvement.
