Entertainers paradise with private pool and spa! This home sits on a large 10,000 sq ft lot with all modern amenities. There is a newly marbled heated pool and spa, fire pit area, pool table and 70in tv with sound system in the living room, and Roku smart TVs in 5 of the Bedrooms! Location is in a quiet residential neighborhood in La Quinta, minutes from shopping centers.

Home:
Living room boasts a large sectional couch and 70 inch 4K tv with a sound bar and subwoofer. This is the perfect space for your group to watch the game or relax at night with a movie. Next to the living room is a pool table and a small bar loaded with wine glasses, whiskey glasses and Moscow mule cups. Kitchen has beautiful mahogany cabinets and a stainless steel Samsung fridge. Kitchen is stocked with practically every cooking utensil and appliance you might need for that large family meal!
There is a newly constructed casita with a 5th bedroom and bathroom. Casita has a work desk, ensuite bathroom and its own private entrance separate from the main home. The master bedroom also has an en suite bathroom with a skylight. There are 3 other bedrooms and a hallway bathroom. The large sectional couch can sleep 1 more. Towels, soap, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner are all provided. There are extra pillows, blankets and large beach towels.

Outside:
There are 3 separate large sliding glass doors leading into the large and spacious backyard. Kickback and relax at night over the fire pit. Cook up some bbq on the grill and enjoy over the large patio dining table. Or just relax on the separate patio seating area. To the right is the private pool and spa that is gated, making it perfect for kids. The pool and spa have beautiful pearl white pebble tec giving the water an enchanting blue color under that hot desert sun. Everything is automated giving you full control over the LED lights and spa features. There is nothing better than sitting in the spa at night with the string lights around the palm trees on, the LED lights on in the pool, the spa jets running and a nice cold beer in your hand. Seriously you won't want to leave after :)

This home accommodates up to 12 guests with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Additional spaces include a living space, dining area, kitchen, billiard room, 2-car garage, and laundry area.

Sleeping area 6: one twin-size, roll-away Millard Diplomat Folding Bed (memory foam mattress). Located in Master Bedroom.

--- HOUSE RULES/ POLICIES ---

1. No parties or loud gatherings are allowed.

2. Due to La Quinta city policy, outdoor noise amplification at vacation rentals is prohibited at all times of the day. This means no outdoor speakers even if the volume is low. If you have speakers inside the home, make sure noise cannot be heard outside. Quiet hours is from 9PM to 8AM, during which outdoor noise must be kept to a conversational level. If you plan to be loud and boisterous past Quiet Hours please take it inside the home. There are outdoor noise sensors on the property that measure sound levels.

3. Spa and pool heating are extra. $25/day for spa heating and $100/day for pool heating. Pool will be heated to 85 degrees. Please advise beforehand if you want to take advantage of pool heater as it takes 10 hours to heat the pool so it is warm by check in.

4. Early check in at 1PM ($100) and late check out at 2PM ($100) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.

5. Minimum 25 years of age to book.

6. No more than 5 vehicles allowed on the property.

7. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises.

8. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Safely Damage Waiver: As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely.com to provide you with $1500 worth of coverage for accidental contents damage or property damage. This means you can vacation with the peace of mind that you wont be unknowingly charged after your check out for minor accidental damages that may happen during your stay. All we ask is that you inform us of any damage so that we can file the claim with Safely.

Payment Terms: A valid credit card is required to be kept on file upon reservation. 50% of there payment is due upon booking and the remaining 50% is due 60 days before check in. If your check in is less than 60 days away, the entire reservation amount is due upfront. We cannot change the payment terms and we cannot hold dates without payment.

Outdoor Noise Limits: All units are equipped with a NoiseAware volume tracking devices. These devices track decibel levels, but do not record sounds. Amplified noise or music is allowed outside as long as it is not Quiet Hours. Quiet hours is from 9pm-8am Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday-Saturday, during which any speakers and all amplified noise is prohibited even if it is coming from inside the home. Any other outdoor noise must be kept to a reasonable level during Quiet Hours. These are city regulations and we must abide by them to keep our short term rental license. Upon the first notification from NoiseAware of a noise violation, we will reach out to the Guest to take corrective action. If the Guest is unresponsive or if no corrective action is taken, Guest may be liable to a $500 charge. Furthermore, if code enforcement goes to the property and issues a citation, Guest will be responsible for paying the entire citation amount. Guest authorizes manager to charge credit card on file for any fines issued by code enforcement or any charges for breaking noise policy.

Cancellations: Cancellation policy is more flexible for bookings made through our website than for bookings made through VRBO. On VRBO, for any cancellations made 60 days or more from check in, you will receive a 50% refund minus the payment processing fees charged by Stripe. For any cancellations made within 60 days from check in, you will receive no refund. If the reservation is cancelled with 48 hours from booking, you will receive a full refund minus the payment processing fees charged by Stripe as long as check in is more than 30 days away. There is a strict no cancellation policy for all major holidays, major tennis or golf tournaments, and music festivals. Festivals include but are not limited to Power Trip, Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals. Special events and music festivals that are cancelled, postposed, or altered in any way, for any reason, do not qualify for any refund, alteration of the reservation or cancellation, including Acts of God, pandemics, epidemics or health outbreaks such as COVID-19. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IN THE CASE OF EARLY DEPARTURE OR CANCELLATION FOR ANY FESTIVAL BOOKING.

Through this check in link you will have to enter some basic information regarding your reservation, will have to sign our Terms and Conditions, and will be able to purchase any additional services as part of your booking. Great house. Perfect to enjoy week at BNP. We walked to Tennis Garden everyday. We loved the backyard in morning and evening. House is very clean and quiet.

Great family fun!
We booked this property for a multigenerational getaway. The house was perfect for relaxing and convenient to get to local attractions. With the fabulous pool area and outdoor entertaining space we absolutely lived outside for the week. Since we have small kids, we really appreciated that the pool area was fence. The hosts were responsive and patient with our many questions as we got settled in. Thank you! I am already dreaming of my next stay.

Disappointing!!
We pulled up to the house and were shocked to find it under construction and concrete dust all over the driveway. Since it was under construction the garage was full of debris, concrete, materials and the power was disconnected so we could not park in the garage or open the door. The washer and dryer had been disconnected and there were no lights in the driveway so we had to unload our vehicle in the pitch black.When we asked Sara the property manager why we were not told about any of this before she said it was an “oversight” and the construction was supposed to be done 2 months ago. How is that an “oversight” not telling us and letting us know amenities listed with the house were not available?When we tried to take a shower in the primary bath the hot water knob was stripped out and did not work, so no hot water. This surely would have been noticed by the cleaners if they had cleaned the shower. The house manual ( which they want you to consult for everything) is not up to date. The Wi-Fi connection and password is incorrect and says the gardeners come on Thurs but the gardeners showed up on Friday and left the side gate open!! It’s a miracle our dog did not get out and get lost in a neighborhood he’s not familiar with. Things happen but most of these things happened “before” we got there.We texted Sara to let her know we checked out a day early and she texted that she wanted to talk to us that afternoon about our stay. We said no problem only to have her never call us.

Nice house, quiet area.
We enjoyed our stay here. We rented because of the pool. The kids enjoyed the pool. The house kept us cool in a 110-120F temp outside. The location is near to stores and restaurants. 5 Star!
