Escape the everyday and relax in our beautifully decorated two-bedroom condo. Step onto your private deck to enjoy views of the open courtyard and pool, all while taking in the refreshing sights and sounds of the sea.

Channel your inner chef in the large gourmet kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a full stock of dishes and cookware to create memorable meals with family and friends. After a day of fun, unwind on our comfortable couches with a good book, engaging conversation, or a movie.

Enjoy super accessible pool and beach access – just head down the elevators or stairs for some outdoor fun in the sun. Don't forget your binoculars to spot dolphins playing in the surf!

At the end of the day, retreat to the spacious primary bedroom featuring a comfortable king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a granite vanity, walk-in closet, and a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom offers a bunk set (queen over queen) and a full-size bathroom conveniently located just across the hall. There are two roll away beds in the primary bedroom closet.

The complex provides two gyms, three pools, an open courtyard with gas grills, and shaded parking for one vehicle with a parking pass. A second parking pass is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you need additional parking, a pay-by-day or night city lot is very close by at the Little Island Park and Fishing Pier.

PLEASE NOTE: THE SANCTUARY PLANS TO OPEN ITS 3 POOLS MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND THROUGH LABOR DAY WEEKEND. THE CONDO ASSOCIATION HAS THE RIGHT TO CLOSE THE POOLS AT ANY TIME AND WE ARE UNABLE TO CONTROL THIS. COULD BE CONSTRUCTION, WEATHER, REPAIRS, ETC.

Condominium amenities and grounds are managed, maintained, and scheduled for opening and closing by the local condo management association.
