Located on the quiet west end of Pensacola Beach, our complex is located on a private sandy beach on the intra-coastal waterway, referred to by locals as 'The sound'. Fishing and beautiful sunsets from our very own private dock. FORT PICKENS ENTRANCE IS ONLY .2 MILES TO THE WEST. Access to the GULF OF MEXICO is a 5 minute walk across the street in either direction with a wooden boardwalk walkover. The water at our beach is perfect for children, boating, fishing and relaxing. Sunsets are gorgeous!
Inside you will find everything you need with tasteful decorating. FREE WIFI INCLUDED!!! All three TVs have streaming capability.
BAR HEIGHT patio furniture makes relaxing outside even more enjoyable!
Beach wagon, chairs and umbrella included.
We are located on the FIRST FLOOR over covered parking on the corner which makes this unit very private. ONLY ONE FLIGHT OF STAIRS, and your car stays cool! No elevator in buildings A B C D E and F

We have stayed at many places but this stay was above and beyond anything we could have imagined. The owner ensures your stay is pleasant and enjoyable. If we come back to Pensacola we will certainly stay again!

Weekend with our Marine granddaughter

The 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the bay in Pensicola was perfect for our weekend get-together. Property was clean and sufficient for our 4.5 days there. Weather was good too :)

Great getaway

Janetā€™s condo is located in a great spot for relaxing on the beach and enjoying the restaurants and shops of Pensacola beach. My sons and I enjoyed swimming in the pool, lounging on the beach and watching the beautiful sunsets on the bay.

Above and Beyond

Our stay was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in Pensacola Beach five times and this was our favorite trip. The condo was clean and beautiful. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we had everything needed. We will definitely be booking this condo again.

Fantastic stay and location!

We had an absolutely amazing time. The condo is beautiful, comfortable and everything we needed we available. Janet was super easy to work with and had great communication. The location is perfect. Short walk to the beach, right on the water on the bay side, close to the condo pool, a short drive to lots of shops and restaurants. It was my first trip to Pensacola Beach, and at the condo, and I'd absolutely stay again.

Stay at Baywatch!

We had a great time on this vacation! Our stay at Baywatch was just what we needed. The only thing I wish could have been different is the listing said it had a pool and hot tub and it was too cold to swim when we went with it being early April, but there was not a hot tub. I wish there had been, but we still had a great time, and Janet was great with accomadating us with whatever we needed, and responding quickly and in a timely manner. We would definitely stay at Baywatch again!

Great location

We love coming to Pensacola, residents are so friendly. We found a lot of things to do, the beach across the street was wonderful and not crowded at all. I would suggest heating the pool, we watched family after family leave because the water was so cold. Also we could not find the hot tub that is listed. We found several good restaurants close by. The condo was very comfortable and had all we needed.

The property had a beautiful view and was just a few steps from the pool. Janet is very accommodating and was absolutely amazing. The beach was also close by. It is beautifully decorated and she also allows you access to Netflix which is an added bonus on rainy days. She provides every cooking utensil you would need. This place is highly recommended and we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful & relaxing stay

The property was lovely and well cared for by its owner. We have stayed a number of different VRBO rentals over the years; this Owner goes out of her way to impress with the little touches to ensure your stay is comfortable. The unit was very clean and had all the kitchen necessities that we needed to cook throughout the week. We had everything we needed in the condo. One of the nice surprises was the sound machines in both bedrooms. I usually have to travel with my sound machine because every little noise wakes me up. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and I slept well. The balcony was very nice and we enjoyed it every morning and evening looking out over the pond and the bay. Highly recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Janet's condo. It had everything we needed and more, even some inflatables for the pool, a buggy to carry your chairs etc to the beach and a snocone maker (didn't use it but it was there)! The kids loved it. Parking was directly below the condo with room for 2 cars. The private balcony overlooks the pool, so we was able to watch over our children from there, not that I would recommend that for young children. Beds were comfortable. Two bathrooms. Clean. What else could you ask for? Do yourself a favour. If you are holidaying in Pensacola with kids then this is the place to stay.

Pensacola Beach Baywatch Condo

Janet was amazing!! We were able to get in early after driving all night. The king bed in the master was amazing, slept like a baby! The pool and pier were icing on the cake! A vacation with our youngest who celebrated his birthday and his gf, made fun memories!! Janet even texted that the blue angels were returning and we saw themā€¦so cool!! We saw dolphins and a sea turtle too. The turtles in the pond were fun along with the ducks as well! We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommended renting from Janet!

Pensacola First Trip

The condo was just as described. Very clean and in a great location. The covered parking was nice. Janet was great to deal with and gave fun suggestions of things to do. Quick easy walk across the street to beach. Beach was nice and not over crowded.

WONDERFUL!

Had a wonderful beach trip with my husband. Unit is in great location, exactly as shown in the listing. Beds were very very comfortable and there was plenty of space to unpack and store belongings. Extra bedroom was cute and roomy as well. MORE than Everything needed for our stay was stocked in the condo. Ice maker was a plus! was able to fill our cooler for time at the beach as well as for taking fish home. Janet was super communicative and ended up reaching out to offer both early check-in and later check-out. I would definitely stay here again, and am already checking the calendar for availability later in the season!

We first purchased our unit when our youngest was only 2 years old...this summer we will celebrate many beach days with our 8 year old grandson and his 4 year old little brother!
