This place was very comfortable and close to everything I needed, I was alone for my stay and I felt safe and not worried. The beach was incredible and just across the street. I will definitely stay here again and I do recommend this place to anyone.

Location is everything, from casino across the street and around the corner, many great restaurants to choose from, and the beach is a block away walking distance. The Condo has nice pool, with eating area, shower, bathroom and a small playground for kids The apartment is very spacious for 2. Needs a lot of TLC. The view is about 90% city and 10% beach. All in all my husband and I had a great time

Great Location & Building

Very easy check- in , incredible view from the units balcony, bed was very comfortable, pool was fantastic. Great location, 3 minute walk to beach, lots of restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store basically behind the building.

Host was very easy to work with. Property is in a great location close to the beach and restaurants. 5 minute Uber ride to airport and about 20 minutes to Old San Juan. The property is dated, but we more interested in its location. Would stay here again.

Great location!

Nice place for a couple days before our cruise. Across street from beach and walk to stores and restaurants. Uber is easy and inexpensive to anywhere you need/want to go. Great communication back and forth. Loved the pool. Definitely consider staying here again.

I have no complaints. Beautiful property and neighborhood. Everything is at a walking distance & accessible. The view is spectacular. The owner was nice. Pool is amazing comfortable beds and couch. Felt like home. I will be returning again.

Short visit to beautiful Puerto Rico

Everything was old and not well maintained. The bed was too soft… location was excellent and the parking at the building was a plus. This property has a great potential, but need some investment.

The aptm price is reduced in consideration to the improvements to be done, a PH Aptm in that condo improved could be over 30-40% more the price given.

After a year of marriage, my wife and I finally went on a honeymoon. The penthouse was perfect and a fraction of resort fees. It was very comfortable, clean and had the greatest view, plus beach chairs. Shopping for basic needs was easy and in walking distance. After a great day at the beautiful beach which is in walking distance and dinner at Diego’s, we relaxed in comfort, with AC and Netflix. I highly recommend the “penthouse.” And thank you, Wilfredo for being a great host. Bravo! 👏

Great location and very clean!

It's hard to judge a place by pictures, but we were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. Wilfredo was very helpful and gave us easy to follow instructions on accessing the building, etc. He also answered any questions that I had within an hour or so. It is so conveniently located, we walked everywhere except for the days we went to El Yunque and Luquillo and Old San Juan. There are many restaurants and bars located near the condo and it was right across the street from the San Juan Hotel and Casino...(this is a must go!!) If I ever go back to PR I will definitely stay here again!!

Good location in Isla Verde

My wife, 18 months-old daughter, and I stayed from 7/27/23-7/31/2023. Our first impression was that was clean and air conditioned, which was a nice appeal coming to a hot climate. The only critic were related to the plug connecting the coffee maker. It was too short. My wife purchase an extension cord. The water pressure in the shower was a little weak, so strongly recommend improvement in this area. A good touch was the beach chairs. The umbrella that was available wasn’t as strong, but we were able to manage without it. Great location to beach. Will return in the mere future. Thanks Wilfredo for making yourself available to us.

Thanks, I’ll look into improve those areas, appreciate the feedback to make it a better location, The water pressure is relate to some improvements related to infrastructure of the area, so that’s better now.

Unsanitary

Booked for three nights and had problems on arrival checking-in. Once arrived at the property look as described on the ad. Upon returning to the property at night noticed cockroaches in the bathroom area and living room. In addition the only toilet was leaking water every time it was flushed. I contacted the owner the next day and informed him of the situation and my desire of not staying there under those conditions. He only returned 50% of the deposit for the remaining two nights. I asked for a 100% return of the deposit for the remaining two nights, as the broken toilet and sanitary conditions did not make the property habitable, but I have not received communication back from him. I’m still trying to work the situation with VRBO to find an agreeable solution.

Outdated and ugly

So as we arrived we noticed that there’s no a/c in the main building waiting area. So we worked our way to our suppose to be penthouse. Our living room /kitchen did not have any air conditioner and made it extremely hot, the only a.c that was working was the one in the bedroom thankfully . Everything in the house was super outdated and dirty . The kitchen dishes sponge was dirty and even had hairs on it which I didn’t even want to touch. The bathroom was filthy as well that the rack looked gray instead of white, the shower handle was broken and the manager told us just a few minutes before arriving , we then tried to use the bathroom outlet and of course didn’t work either .As we tried to make the best out of it other things kept coming up . The beeper to the gate of the car , throughout our whole stay there it never worked, we told the manager and said it was the battery and even after he brought an extra battery it still didn’t work , which was a HUGE INCONVENIENCE cause sometimes

First none of the buildings in the area have AC in the lobby, is a residential unit not a hotel, for customer with such expectations the hotels in the area are the best option, prices are around $400-$600, you should hook a hotel or a short term in a different rate which based in your commments will be around $250 a night, you paid $115 with parking a night that’s like 45% for units in condos around, we checked the AC and it looks like the settings were wrong as is working “Good”and we don’t have any complains like this, the car beeper we provided a battery, looks like was installed improperly as works good too, bathroom handle we offered to change as we noticed while preparing that was loose but work, the guest didn’t want to have us do the exchange, the Aptm is a penthouse and daily gets dusted in the large balcony , in general this review is inaccurate and. As I mention earlier the guests of looking for a short term Aptm in the area should rent units more updated that will cost double or hotels triple, happens sometimes and it’s quite unfair to owners, because since arrival we offer all clients if they need anything, extra touch up cleaning or anything to make the stay better.
