The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
Tv didn’t work, front desk was gone when we discovered this, we called the number that was given for after hour issues. No answer and the mail box was full. The next morning when we spoke to front desk she said she would take of it. We returned 4 hrs later someone had been in the room but still did not work. Talked to front desk again and told her the tv still didn’t work and didn’t know what had been done. I said we had talked to her about it in the morning and she said I know I was here. We then said she said she would have it taken care of and nothing was done. She once again she would take care of it, we did say we thought it was the remote because we had put new batteries in it and it did nothing. She then said the maintenance person didn’t tell her what he did. When we returned later in the evening there was a new remote that would turn the tv on but I had to reprogram the remote so it would work. Other than that it was fine. The attitude from the front desk was not appreciated at all.
