Welcome to unit #344! Our very spacious 2 bedroom unit features a bedroom with a king bed, a loft bedroom with a king size bed, a queen size sofa-bed in the living room, 2 full bathrooms, including a walk-in shower. Host additional guests on the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The open concept spacious living space, entails a full size kitchen featuring a refrigerator, range with an oven, dishwasher, and a microwave. With living room seating for 5, dining table, and a gas fireplace it is the perfect unit for entertaining. Don't forget to enjoy the french doors facing round lake as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.
It's everything you need for a weekend getaway!
The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoixā€™s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Our family stays at alot of places through VRBO, and this was one of thr cleanest,nicest furnished places we've stayed. The view was pretty and the beds were super comfortable. Loved the decor, and even had fans for us that need noise to sleep! Highly recommend!!

Very comfortable location with great views. It's set up very well and very clean. Within walking distance to good restaurants and bars. Was a short drive to boyne, highlands and nubs knob for excellent skiing. Would definitely return in the future.
