Pointes North Inn is one of Charlevoix's unique condominium suites that book like a hotel room. Book for the condo's privacy, stay for the hospitality.

This gorgeous condo boasts beautiful laminate flooring in the main living areas, tile in the bathrooms, cozy carpet in the bedrooms, and plenty of lighting. In the loft-style upstairs bedroom you will find a luxurious king-size bed, a tv with a roku remote, beautiful bedside tables, alarm clock/radio, a dresser, a walk-in closet, and a jet tub!. The upstairs bathroom has a separate walk-in shower and toilet room that also offers an additional closet. The beautiful vanity offers extra storage! The living room offers a comfortable sofa, a sitting room with a settee sofa and a cozy armchair, large smart tv with a roku remote, beautiful side tables, and a stunning view! There is dining space that seats 6 that overlooks the channel. The full sized kitchen boasts plenty of storage and granite countertops. There is a 4 burner glass cooktop range stove, full size fridge, 12 cup coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, tools for cooking and serving. The large downstairs bathroom offers tiled shower, separate toilet room, and a beautiful vanity with marble countertop. The master bedroom displays a beautiful queen size bed with a cozy cottage vibe, plenty of storage a smart tv, and a cozy reading nook! In the downstairs coat closet you will find the iron and ironing board, and a few cleaning supplies. In addition to the fabulous interior, through the sliding glass door upstairs you will find a 4 person seating and table arrangement on the large balcony.

We provide towels and mini soaps for your use, as well as limited daily housekeeping services. Be sure to ask the front desk if you need a playpen or high-chair if you bring your little one.

Pointes North Inn has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and coin-operated laundry on the second floor. The lobby area has seating which overlooks the heated indoor/outdoor pool. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

The location was excellent. The condo was clean and spacious. The building itself is old and could use some TLC. My first impression was not good to be honest. The carpet, especially on the staircase, was old and dirty. But....the apartment was great! I would stay ahain if I could get the same room.

Wedding weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was beautiful, views were awesome and it had plenty of room. The air conditioner was loud. They came to fix it but it was not any better. It also was a bit warm and air was at the highest it could go.

Large Charlevoix Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Charlevoix is a beautiful area and this unit is very spacious. However, the complex and the unit could use some updating/maintenance. The unit itself has been updated. However, it has quite a few maintenance issues that should be attended to. The complex itself is very rundown.

Charming place

This is a beautiful place that we found to be enjoyable to stay in, but some inconveniences. Seeing broken blinds that are very difficult to open or close, huge spiders on the patio doors, ants in the carpeted area was not the level of standard the pictures showed the place to be. Although the place offered a kitchen and accessories, the stove door was locked and the patio doors were very difficult to open and close. We don't mind coming back to this specific unit if improvements are made to feel the rental cost was well spent.

Not worth the price.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the price, I was very disappointed. Most of the vertical blinds were broken or entirely missing, so you could not close them, allowing everyone in the restaurant across from us to see in. There were lightbulbs that were burnt out, the remotes all required new batteries for the televisions to work. The price was comparable to what we pay at the Ritz Carlton, the expeience was far less.

Hot, Dirty, Loud

The A/C was broken - the temps inside close to 95. Even though the A/C was eventually fixed, we had to spend the first night with all windows and doors open. The noise from the bridge traffic was terrible. No one could sleep. Not much better even after we closed the doors. Place was dirty - potato chips on the carpet. Really poorly appointed - no cleaning products. Do not recommend.

Great Location near draw bridge

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and the specific unit was a great place to watch the draw bridge. However, our unit had a new washer/dryer that had not been hooked up. (I specifically waited to do laundry here as we were here for 2 nights.) Admirably, the property front desk woman offered to do my laundry. She was fantastic! Other item of note - the downstairs bedroom window had no window covering. The upstairs loft bedroom window had several of the vertical slats missing. In my opinion, for the price of this stay everything should have been in good, working order.
