Pardon our mess!! We are under construction until May 19th! With the siding and decking being replaced the decks and balconies are not able to be used at this time. Parking is limited, but we are offering parking across the street with a parking pass should you need.

Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront views. Our bedroom features a king bed with a full bathroom, including a walk-in shower with a shower seat and hand rails, and a wood burning fireplace in the living room.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners and a microwave. Seating for 6 is available with a kitchen table and bar seating.
The living room has seating for up to 5 guests, use a complimentary fire log to set the ambience of a wood fireplace. And don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 60 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Great weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful experience at #228. The place was super clean and we had a sweet little anniversary set up when we arrived which was a nice surprise! The only things we would change is a new mattress and a window covering as it is between the bedroom and hallway with a light that is always on. Curtains would be great! We also LOVED the shower! Amazing weekend. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent time. We've stayed at the Edgewater Inn 20+ times over the years. Management seems back on track to when we first started. Room 228 was clean, nicely decorated and a great location. The window coverings could be better but overall I can't complain. The common areas were clean. The exterior needs some painting, cleaning, etc., but is in better shape now than a few years ago.

Quick trip up North

While the rooms are more expensive than a standard hotel, to me the extra money was worth it. Excellent views of Round Lake and the fall colors. Easy to walk around downtown Charlevoix. One complaint: need to upgrade the in-room coffee situation.
