Prepare hearty meals after a day on the slopes using upscale stainless steel appliances and a spacious prep island; reserve the after-dinner hours for movies on the flatscreen TV and card games around the dining room table.

Pros: Comfortable, clean home with plenty of room in a great location with a beautiful view. Cons: Wi-Fi was spotty and the balcony door didnā€™t lock at all. We also didnā€™t realize that there were other people staying on the first floor and sharing the garage, but not a dealbreaker.

High end rental

This place was one of the nicest rentals we have stayed at in our many trips to Mammoth. This condo was beautiful. Location was great. It was so nice to have a garage to store our paddle boards and bikes. Bedrooms were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed! Weā€™d love to return here in the future.

Wonderful Home

The Creekhouse stay was wonderful. Quiet, clean, spacious bedrooms, lots of bathrooms and all the comforts of home that you need. The kitchen had all the items needed, comfortable living room and overall a wonderful stay. Best for adults and kids older than 10. Loved having the garage available to store bikes and parking.

Lovely place for family vacation

We really enjoyed the home. Very clean and ready upon our arrival. Kitchen had mostly what was needed for cooking and we were able to make good use of it during our stay. House is relatively close to things and the Town trail is just nearby. Parking in garage made it so the car was not hot, and the kids appreciated that. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great experience.

Beautiful house

Beautiful high-end new house. Three bedrooms, 2 full baths + 2 half baths, big kitchen and living room. All top of the line features/accents and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. And access to hot tub/sauna facilities! We hope to stay here again. Highly recommend.

Amazing Place!

This place is amazing. Pictures do not do it justice. If you are looking for a place with plenty of room for the family or multiple couple this is the place to get. Kitchen and living space are great. Bedrooms are perfect and spaced out for privacy with plenty of bathrooms for all. Views of mountains from both sides. Also, if you are wondering how big the garage is I fit my F150 in with room to spare.

Lovely and spacious place

This home was one of the best places we've stayed in Mammoth Lakes. The house is just as described (the virtual tour is great to get an accurate perspective.) Relatively newer home in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is nicely stocked, and all newer appliances work great. The garage was big enough for a full-sized Dodge RAM1500 plus all our sporting gear (skiing, mountain biking & fishing). It was extra nice to have on the day it snowed. The bedrooms are far apart from each other, giving everyone privacy. Multiple bathrooms are nice for a big group. There is no TV in the third bedroom by the balcony. Had to contact Vacasa because the balcony door would not lock. Exchanged texts with them, and they said they'd have the local team take care of the problem, but no one called or came out to fix it. Luckily, the balcony being on the second floor, it wasn't too critical. We enjoyed our stay at Creekhouse and hope to return soon.

Nice, newer unit. I specifically booked...

Nice, newer unit. I specifically booked because the listing indicated that it had A/C. Not the case. It only has a central fan. I was told there are fans in the closets, but there were none so management brought fans, but the bedrooms were still too warm. Managment had window cooler units installed (that the owner already had), which helped a bit after a few days and a lot of calls/texts. Management was very nice and continued to follow up until the issue was resolved as best as possible. TV didn?t work in guest bedroom, so owner has a new one being sent. Kitchen was fairly well stocked, but a little random. Slider screen was hanging off, but my father in law got it back on track. The condo suited our needs, but fell short of expectations, especially given the cost.

Good Overall

Nice property and location; however, the description said it has AC, but only has a central fan. The property management brought fans for the bedrooms (since they weren`t in the closets as noted) and then arranged for coolers to be installed in the windows (since the owner has them available, but they had not yet been installed for summer.) After a few days, all was good. The condo was well equipped and we enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately, this property does not have a heater in the bedrooms - be prepared to be freezing through out the night. Huge problem in the Winter months! Our rooms would get below 60 degrees while we slept.
