The property had a very strong cat box odor . After 2 days we could no longer tolerate the smell. We had to vacate the property 4 days early. We notified the property manager that we had to cut our stay short and requested a refund for unused nights. We have not heard anything back.

Thank you for your feedback. We take concerns like this seriously, but we do need to clarify a few important points for accuracy. There have not been any cats in the property for several months, and we’ve hosted many guests since then without a single report of any odor issue. If there were a persistent smell of that nature, it would have been reflected in recent reviews and brought to our attention immediately. Additionally, when you informed us that you were leaving early, no reason was provided at that time. We promptly reached out to ask for more detail so we could understand and address the situation, but we did not receive any follow-up response. Because of that, we were not given an opportunity to investigate or resolve the concern during your stay. We are always committed to providing a clean and comfortable environment for our guests and this can be seen in our previous reviews. We also encourage direct communication so that any issues can be addressed in real time. This didn’t happen at all in this case.

The space was abundant for our needs and the owners were incredibly supportive and available to make our stay even better. The location of the rental is ideal (in a neighborhood near the interstate and a main drag). We shall continue to make use of this space in the future.

Great home base for us

Quiet, clean, and in a safe neighborhood that is close anything we needed. We used as a home base for sports events my youngest had throughout July in the surrounding area and it worked out great! This is our second time at the property and would definitely stay there again.

Booking with Pete and Maura was incredibly easy and so will absolutely do it again. They were very communicative, the property was exactly as described, and very clean. Perfect place for a quick getaway or an overnight stay.

Perfect for a Dog Show Weekend

We stayed for 3 nights while attending a dog show at the fairgrounds. Everything was close by & easy to find. A wall hook or two in the bathroom would be nice to hang clothes on while you shower. Otherwise, we completely enjoyed our stay.

Convenient to Towson Univ

Really appreciated the proximity to the University. Owner were very responsive and the unit was clean. Just a heads up, the ceilings are very low. My husband is a little over 6 feet tall and had to duck down at some points (but the owner did make us aware of that), so for one night it was OK.

This property worked perfectly for our team who was attending a show in Timmonium. Pete and Maura were great with communications. Traffic noise was a bit loud but that was minor compared to the positives of the property. We would book again. positives.
